Good coffee and breakfast. Pool area- edges around pool had lots of mold around the grooves. Grossed me out. I would think cleaning it with some bleach every few days would make it look nicer. Lots of unfinished moldings around doors in that area.

We stayed as a midway stop in a longer trip, hotel is a little dated, mostly showed in the pool area, but overall would stay again. Comfortable, cool, large shower, all hit the spot after a long, hot 4th weekend.

I loved this hotel! The room, a king single, was clean, bright, modern, and all updated. Instead of little shampoos and soaps, the have affixed pumps of what you need. The bed was soft and comfortable and the pillows were also soft. Comparable to a 4 star, I've stayed at. The pool is clean and warm. The breakfast was top notch and friendly staff made it fun and memorable. I can't say enough good things. Will book for my trip back.

The stay was okay. The beds were comfortable but the one staff was rude when we asked for clean towels. No one took our dirty towels. I didn’t see any housekeeper the whole stay. Other than that, the stay was okay.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Hotel fully booked so manager offered to spray room deoderant. This is not a real solution. Hotel needs better cleaning.

Loved the beds- very comfortable. Comforters -cozy & warm. Pillows were outstanding comfort. Mold/ mildew in the shower. Tables, desk- beverage stains. Something round & brown in floor, under head end of bed by window- didn't investigate that.

Very very clean even though it’s an older hotel. Front desk woman who checked me in was wonderful! She went above and beyond! The room was immaculate! This is super easy access on and off the freeway with a truck strap across the street and a couple of restaurants in the area.

This hotel was clean and tidy. All amenities were great. Common areas and grounds were clean and well kept.The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, well stocked, and the attendant was very helpful. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean and attractive. We will be staying here often when we visit family.

The hotel seemed remodeled from when I stayed there 7 yrs ago. It was clean & new. The breakfast was organized and offered many options. It was the nicest breakfast offered w hotel stay I’ve seen in a while. Great overnight. Thank you.

pretty dirty room and bathrooms , my bed was almost like broken and felt slanted . i never saw a staff member at the front desk except when i checked in . they never clean my room while im here . it always has a bad smell here won’t be staying again . the extra drive from the Madison location is way better

Staff friendly and efficient. Room poorly lit. Shower area- rusted drain grate, molding coming off base of shower, floor in bathroom wet when we arrived. Breakfast was excellent. Molding on door to room was peeling off. Shrubbery overgrown on sidewalk in parking lot.

This was a nice hotel but as soon as you walk in the police reeked of marijuana. It gave you the feeling that it wasn’t very clean. Our room was on the first floor. It was very damp. The air conditioner was marginal.

Zachary at the front desk was an absolute delight. Efficient, friendly, and was the same the next morning after working a 12 hour shift. He made such a difference from a service standpoint and should be recognized for being so guest focused.

Zach at the front desk was super helpful with our family and got us everything we needed in a friendly and professional manner. Nikki (sp?) was friendly and helpful this morning as we were leaving. If we are anywhere close by on our return trip, we will definitely stop back to stay because of the staff. Thanks again!

This is a tough property to rate. The area around the exit is basically a way station with hotels and truck stops. So this is not a place to stay for leisure unless you have business in the area. But it's a great place to rest off I-90. It's clean, safe, and the truck stops make it super easy to fuel up and keep travelling. It was also quieter than I expected, given how close it is to I-90.
