The staff was friendly. The elevator was broke. The ice machine was out of order. Room was clean. We stay in Hilton hotels often, but the mattress was not up to the normal par. It was okay for a quick one night stay.

The Elevator was out of service, and we were put on the second floor. This was not disclosed when I rented the room. We also went for a swim in the pool and the thermostat had been turned off. The water was freezing and we couldn't enjoy the pool.

Great pet friendly hotel - just note that there is a $75 pet fee on top of the hotel charge. Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean with a nice breakfast and indoor pool. Only about 15 minutes from Geneva on the Lake.

I gave it a 5 for many reasons, that being the room served our needs, the shower was lovely (other than those ridiculous hotel liners that get soaked and leak), the bed was comfy, the breakfast was really good with a lot of options. There were eggs sausage waffles fruit yogurt bagels muffins so much more! The workers there are the nicest i have ever encountered especially the breakfast area and housekeeper and desk staff. Went out of their way to help any situation. Pool was small but warm!! The only slight negative was our room smelled slightly musty when we first entered but not a biggie. I never smelled dogs or anything. Great stay.

The room was clean, but the first day the hot water came and went. The second day there was no hot water at all. The window was blocked by the roof of the porte-cochère. The cleaning staff were very friendly, but the front desk seemed to be annoyed when I was checking out that they had to leave their office. She didn’t even ask about our stay, but just said I was good to go.

Description of room says it sleeps 5. You find out when you get there that it doesn't really sleep 5. It only sleeps 4. If the roll away bed (1 for the entire hotel) is not available you have no other option. Someone will just have to sleep on the ground. FALSE ADVERTISING.

The hotel was as expected, but I had booked a King size bed on Orbitz website and upon check in was told that there was no King size available and they gave us 2 Queens instead. The lady told me that she gave us those instead of booking us at another location. I feel I should have been notified and given the choice. As it was after 4 when we checked in, we really didn't have a choice by then. If the King size was not available, why could I book it online? If it wasn't available, I would have booked at another location or another hotel. I like having the luxury of the king size bed and couch when I am on vacation. Very disappointed in whoever dropped the ball on this one. I will think twice before booking again.
