The elevators didnt wirk properly. The first floor ice machine wasnt working. The laundry room wwad was out of service. Fire alarm went off multiple times. Internet was intermittent. TV glitched. Room got flooded from two floors above. Staff seems rather cavalier about these things. I don't think the owners care much about properly maintaining their building.

Overall an excellent over night stay. 98 degrees outside, comfortable inside due to excelent ac. Sink faucet broken but usable. Evaluators extremely slow, gave up waiting most times and used stairs, two icemachines, one broken. Refrigerator in room gets an up check, in room coffee maker down check. It is an affordable hotel in a high end area of Long Island. Would stay again.

The only good thing was free parking. The elevators were old, creaky and hit or miss on the correct floor. I also got stuck in it, so I took the stairs after that. Room service did not leave towels 2 days in a row. The telephone did not work to call the front desk. Fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm one night. Back door entrance broken and couldn’t use card key. There was mold in the bathroom seat for Senior, and around the handle bars. One of the towels we got had fecal stains on it that did not wash off. Pictures are uploaded. There was a woman who kept banging on our door crying that we were in her room and she wanted to take a shower. She insisted that we open the door to let her in. We told her to go to the front desk, she left but came back again, banging on the door saying we were in her room. The in-house phone was not working so I called the front desk from my cell phone. I was told that the woman’s room was on the floor above us.

Elevator was broken, had to go up the stairs with all bags and two small children. They didn’t call before checkin and didn’t give us any alternatives. So we had no other option then to go up three flights or stairs multiples times. Thank god we only had the reservation for one night.

This hotel needs a major update. The elevators are old and shaky, the furniture has knicks and dents and the TV is about the size of a computer monitor. Overall the hotel was clean, but old. For the price we paid there should be at least a pool. The coffee bar in the lobby was pathetic and no decaf. Since you cant walk to any restaurants they should have some food on sight. The price was way to high for what you got. Would not stay here again.

I'm not typically one to write a review, but I felt misled by the other reviews and wanted to make people aware before booking what they were getting. The first room we were given had a cockroach in the pillowcase, a dirty bandage on the windowsill, the bedding was stained, and overall the room was run down. The front desk did switch our room, and we decided to try to give it a chance since we had been driving all day. The next morning, in the new room, we found another roach crawling on the fridge. We were supposed to stay two nights, but we left early. When asked about a refund for the second night, the front desk let us know they would have to have someone inspect the rooms later in the week before issuing any refund, despite bringing the first roach down in a pillowcase and taking pictures of the second. The sheets were stained, room was dirty, and mold was present. I requested a refund from the staff at the front desk and they were unwilling to address the issue, they refused to issue a refund, they were rude and insulting. Due to an event in the area, I was unable to secure another hotel room and forced to sleep in my car. I have contacted the management and have not heard back from them regarding my concerns.

I honestly expected more from this hotel. The floor seemed to be dirty. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom. The bed was ok, but the linen was stained. The air conditioner was not cold enough. The price was too much for so little.

Check in was difficult as there was a physical barrier between the staff and people checking in. Very difficult to hear the staff speaking and extremely difficult to understand what they were saying. Cockroaches in the room. Dresser drawers all broken, one “new” towel was dirty. AC was extremely loud and clanking all night.

Was here for business purposes, room was big, the toilet looks like it needs to be updated. Quiet at night. The WiFi was terrible. I had to reconnect to my hotspot to maintain connection for work. The following morning, the police came to my door at 9AM to tell me an incident occurred at the hotel and were looking for suspects and how I didn’t fit the description so they’d be on their way. I found that very alarming being that I was only there a day. It would be questionable for me to stay again.

The room was clean which was great, but the beds were awful. You felt the springs, and it was just really hard to get comfortable and actually sleep. Hopefully next time we stay they'll have newer mattresses.

The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are not that new, but it is worth the price. Parking is very convenient, there are many supermarkets around, but it is recommended to drive there.

The best I can offer is it had a reasonably comfortable bed. Very minimalist. Tiny bar of soap, tiny tube of shampoo, small bath towels. Furniture in the room in very poor condition. Hair found in the shower that was not ours. Overall, I'm glad it was for one night. I wouldn't stay there again. Very close to Roosevelt Field Mall.

The beds are so old that the springs creak under you. The AC wall units are not effective. The lights above the bed didn’t work at all leaving almost no light in the room beyond the bathroom vanity. There was a persistent smell of marijuana in the halls and in our bathroom. Overall, low quality for a high price.

The staff has zero flexibility during check out. They extended our check out until 1pm but was on our case when we left at 1:15pm I get they have a job but there’s a way to say get out in hospitality. Never stayed at a hotel class like this but you get what you paid for.

they cancelled my reservation for 2 nights they cancelled it at 7pm on my day of arrival and did not tell me. i had to make a reservation at the desk for one night at 2am after arriving fron ft. lauderdale. i had to book another hotel for my second night. they said my credit card was denied and that is why they cancelled me without telling me. i used that same card an hour earlier at hertz and even used the same card they said was denied earlier by them to rebook a room . terrible customer service

Everything was great. Close to shopping, food and more. Had to travel for my aunt's funeral and this was convenient to everywhere we had to go. The only thing I would improve would be the outlets. Not many. But everything else was great. We even washed our clothes in their laundry room to repack our suitcase. Thank you.

For the price, this is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It's a $50 Uber ride from JFK airport and probably even more to Manhattan, so the location is not convenient for everyone. But you probably won't beat this level of comfort for this low a price in New York.
