Part of the property was still under renovation and you could tell it was an older property, however, what was completed made the place very nice, and the rooms were well done and clean. For the money this is a great place to spend a weekend in Westport. Our friends stayed one night in a different room and said their shower had very low water pressure, but that’s probably the only negative thing about the motel I would note.

We had a great stay and everything that has been rennovated was well done. The outside is still in progress but that didnt really impact us it was just the visual and the lack of a front office which we disnt need. We did get a really friendly text welcome and confirmation of our early check in the day of (unfortunately it came too late for us to take advantage of it). We hope to stay again some time.

Great renovations ongoing at the property- will love to go back once finished ( maybe with a restaurant?) Only thing not yet done in our room was trim work otherwise like new room. Easy access & communication as done by text with codes. Loved location on harbour - easy Walking Around & seeing sites of Westport!

The lobby closes at 5 pm. While the after 5 pm check-in -using text and email - worked fine, I would have preferred a smiling face behind the office counter. That works better more me -- especially if there were "issues" of one kind or another.

We did not care for their door code locks! Rooms were clean and updated but bathroom area was too open to the rest of the room, and no ice machine or services due to the renovation of the hotel lobby. View over the marina was great! Patio area was very nice.

Our room was clean attractive & quiet. Check in was so convenient-getting the code while we were on the way was great! Parking lot could use some improvement-some areas are tight and seem to flow the wrong way.

Great communication from owners and property managers. Recently renovated rooms that are efficient and cozy. Walls and ceilings are thin. They are aware and put earplugs in the room. However, a quiet hours policy acknowledged by the guests would be better. Most everyone transient there is there for fishing. Have a quiet hours policy from say 9pm onwards if we’re all getting up 3 to hit the boats. Don’t be banging and clanging around in your room being a poor neighbor when folks need to get up early. I’ll stay here again. Just be aware that guests are not as noise considerate as they should be. Not the hotels’ fault at all.

We LOVED this place!! It is right on the marina and we sat for hours in our room watching the activities on the water! Property is older but has been recently updated and it is very nice! Large comfortable rooms with a fireplace in every room!

Our room was overlooking the marina on the second floor. It had a nice view. Since there isn't an air conditioner, the room was supplied with a fan. But with the door open, we got a nice breeze too. Bed was comfortable. The walk-in shower was a good size. There was a table and 2 chairs by the window to use and an electric fireplace for heat. It was a nice, relaxing weekend with a short walking distance to the shops by the marina. I recommend it.

The view and location was great. But when we entered we noticed ear plugs and thought it was for boats.. No it’s because the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors tv or whatever’s going on?? The room was smaller than expected tiny bathroom. Our bed was very soft we like em firmer. The in room electric led fireplace was cool and got the room very warm. Can’t speak for the insight restaurant it ran outta food by 9pm Saturday night.. ? The look out pier is across the street with great beach access down the walkway past the rocks 100yrds . All the shops are within 5-10 minute walk including all piers. The Best Booody Mary and service was at the Knotty pine bar Highly recommend. Merriks seafood window was great the whole crab was so fresh. The Richard’s doughnuts wa huge and delicious. The lighthouse was down the way Wow what a great place to visit( careful of vertigo) the marina piers and fresh seafood was a wonderful experience we already are planning on coming back.

The Hotel is in a great location, has great views and the rooms have been nicely updated. Our only complaints would be that the walls seem very thin. We could hear the tv and people talking in the room next to us till late into the evening. Also, there is a bright light that stayed on all night, that was outside a window that has no coverings, next to the front door.

Just that if you are staying at the lower floor( first. Floor) you will hear all footsteps upstairs ! Woke up 530am because of the noise ! Told the front desk about it and told me well it’s a 1920s bldg. anyways , all is good except if I will stay again surely will request a 2nd floor room.

I booked through Expedia. I was texted my room number and door lock key code the day of check-in. They do not keep the lobby open, but that presented no problems. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning, but there is excellent flow through ventilation and a fan was provided so we slept comfortably. An extra blanket was also provided and was needed. I had an interaction with housekeeping and it was pleasant. The room had a view of the marina and ocean views were available from the door. We watched the sunset from the landing in front of the room. Parking was plentiful. The wildlife can be loud with the windows open, but earplugs were provided. Overall, it was a perfect experience. I would certainly stay here again There is an on-site restaurant called The Siren which had excellent service with decent food.

All was good except there is nobody to ask any questions to or if there’s a problem there is nobody to contact. I tried all the numbers and the number from the text that came through to me and there is no way to get ahold if anyone. The lobby was closed the entire time of my stay. Hotel itself was great. Great location and no problems with the room.

So clean and comfortable! We will be back. Only 2 requests....better garbage bags that don't tear when you try to help out and take your own garbage out and a soap dish for the bathroom sink area. The bathroom is so nice and clean, I hated putting the slimy soap on the sink as compared to having a soap dish to contain the mess. So impressed with this place though! And Dianna, who I am assuming is the owner, is AMAZING!!! She goes over and above and treats you like you really matter to her. Nice job Dianna!

We loved our weekend stay at Saltwater Inn. The check in was made so easy with a simple text to my phone. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable. There is a microwave and refrigerator. It was right in town and right next to the marina.

Great place to stay in Westport. Clean, quite, comfortable, close to the water and many shops and restaurants. The only thing I didn't care for was that the lobby was not open and all communication with the staff was by text. On the other hand, they were very responsive and friendly so maybe I'm just old school. :)

We loved our weekend stay at Saltwater Inn. The check in was made so easy with a simple text to my phone. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable. There is a microwave and refrigerator. It was right in town and right next to the marina.

We arrived in Westport and found an area we felt unsafe in. The room was very clean, but due to the location and first floor room looking out onto a fishing dock we did not stay (ate the room costs) and booked into a Marriott facility on I-5. We could also clearly hear the people upstairs talking.

We had the most serene stay at the Saltwater Inn at Westport. The ground floor Marina view was amazing for viewing the July 4th fireworks and we loved watching the lights dance on the water every night. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

The inn is located adjacent to the marina and overlooking the main drag of Westport--our room had outstanding views. We enjoyed the spacious room with a high ceiling and an electric fire. Plenty of towels and other amenities were provided. The no-contact check-in worked well, though I do worry something could go wrong. The newly opened Siren Restaurant next to the motel was marvelous with great seafood and baked Alaska (flambeau).

Absolutely fantastic. The view is incredible; fishing harbor, the shopping area AND the beaches. The owner is warm and welcoming. Nice restaurant on property. The rooms are extremely well done and comfortable. Relax with a cocktail on the huge patio overlooking the fishing boats. Saltwater Inn will be our go to spot every time we visit Westport.

Definitely the best place to stay in the beautiful remote fishing town of Westport, WA. Recently renovated motel they did great upgrades, and having the restaurant onsite is a big plus, and I do believe it’s the nicest restaurant in town.

This was such a great place to stay. Very nicely decorated and felt very homey. Very conveniently located near everything but also far enough away from the activity and noise of the town. The beach is very close by and we could hear the ocean waves crashing from our room which was very fun. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant food and service leaves something to be desired but would probably just enjoy a drink next time. Great communication for check in and check out.

The view and location was great. But when we entered we noticed ear plugs and thought it was for boats.. No it’s because the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors tv or whatever’s going on?? The room was smaller than expected tiny bathroom. Our bed was very soft we like em firmer. The in room electric led fireplace was cool and got the room very warm. Can’t speak for the insight restaurant it ran outta food by 9pm Saturday night.. ? The look out pier is across the street with great beach access down the walkway past the rocks 100yrds . All the shops are within 5-10 minute walk including all piers. The Best Booody Mary and service was at the Knotty pine bar Highly recommend. Merriks seafood window was great the whole crab was so fresh. The Richard’s doughnuts wa huge and delicious. The lighthouse was down the way Wow what a great place to visit( careful of vertigo) the marina piers and fresh seafood was a wonderful experience we already are planning on coming back.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was great as well. Property was updated. The room can be noisy and you can hear a lot of outside noise. They do provide headphones. Restaurant connected was disappointing. I would of loved to have given 5 stars with how nice the room was.

I booked through Expedia. I was texted my room number and door lock key code the day of check-in. They do not keep the lobby open, but that presented no problems. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning, but there is excellent flow through ventilation and a fan was provided so we slept comfortably. An extra blanket was also provided and was needed. I had an interaction with housekeeping and it was pleasant. The room had a view of the marina and ocean views were available from the door. We watched the sunset from the landing in front of the room. Parking was plentiful. The wildlife can be loud with the windows open, but earplugs were provided. Overall, it was a perfect experience. I would certainly stay here again There is an on-site restaurant called The Siren which had excellent service with decent food.

We were in town and found out we could check in early. This was great. Very peaceful and safe. Lighthouse has a great view and very easy walk to beach. Staff was excellent. Would have given 5 ☆ but outside our room was a spot light so bright that when I used the bathroom I thought it was morning. We would stay here again

Newly remodeled rooms, clean. Convenient check in through your phone text. Cafe has great coffee. Room has all the things you need. Nice place to stay right in town by the dock. Will be staying again for sure when we visit Westport.
