This cottage is nicely updated, with thoughtful amenities galore! The lake setting is quite peaceful and a small sand lake beach less than a 5 min walk away. Many beaches nearby. The hot tub was luxurious.The host, Aruna was fabulous. Checking in to see how we were doing. Gives you a wealth of information about local restaurants, beaches, attractions and more prior to your visit. Responds immediately to questions etc. Very easy to work with. She genuinely wants her guests to have a wonderful vacation.

This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience though, and we would recommend this house to anyone needing a getaway!

Our hosts provided everything we could have needed from beach towels to luxurious shower products to wooden skewers for s'mores. The outdoor space is gorgeous, too! We spent HOURS kayaking, fishing, floating...just an absolute blast.

The cottage was perfect for our family of five. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you would need for a vacation. The area is beautiful and quiet, with stores just around the corner. Being on the pond was the icing on the cake! The view is spectacular and the water is so clear. Our family made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards, and a lot of fun was had just spending time together in the backyard on the pond. We didn’t want to leave!Aruna was amazing in providing tips, info, instructions, and checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house was beautifully appointed. The hot tub and kayaks were a hit with the kids. The recommendations from the hosts were very helpful as we were new to the area. And it was nice to go to a house rental and have basics like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc available.

We loved this house. Right from the walk in, clean, spacious, modern. Had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard on Long Pond with kayaks and paddle boards, which we loved and used every day. My sons fished off the dock. We grilled out a few nights and made s’mores on the gas fire pit. Good size yard and a full deck for dining. It had everything we needed. We brought our dog and it was a nice neighborhood to walk through and he enjoyed swimming in the pond. Hoping we’ll be back next summer.

Absolutely a wonderful trip. Property is right on the pond. The house is decorated Loved the gas fireplace, hot tub and spa like shower. We didn't get a chance to use the stand up paddle boards nor the kayaks but looking forward to that next time. The house was really clean and welcoming. All the little thoughtful touches. Like chocolates in every bedroom, a complementary bottle of wine, milkbones for our fur babies. Highchair and pack and play. It was a great time!

This property is in a great location - on a quiet lake, 7 minutes from the beach, next to a grocery store, 10 minutes from a water park, near ice cream, etc… We stayed a week with 2 kids (1 and 6), 3 adults and a small dog. The property is great and the check in / check out process was super easy. The manager, Aruna, was always available for questions and was super helpful. Kayaking and paddle boarding? - check! The accommodations were spotless and beautifully decorated. The yard and water access exceeded our expectations. Waking up to swans and kayaking every morning was perfect. The hot tub and fire pit were also a plus. We usually do touristy stuff when on the cape but this time we did not leave the yard and the water!

My family had a great time! We’ve stayed at plenty of other VRBO properties and found this one to be the cleanest and most as described. Aruna was an excellent host providing us with recommended things to do and great restaurants. The property provided much for the kids to do ( fishing, kayaks, hot tub) when we didn’t have the best weather. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Superior VRBO experience — immaculate, terrific amenities, and truly lovely views of one of Yarmouth’s several inland waters (we saw swans every day!) And despite our off-season booking, we had no shortage of things to do or see within easy walking and driving distance - highly recommend !

Lovely quiet neighborhood close to beaches and all the local attractions, but then with a lake on your back doorstep. Easy parking and a stop and shop grocery store around the corner. Extremely attentive host. Beautifully clean and welcoming. Even had a little ambient music going to add to the welcoming ambience. Large kitchen island for easy meal prep. Would love to come back. Felt right at home away from home.

This was our first time in Cape Cod and unsure of where to stay. How lucky we were to find this home. The back yard was perfect for our dog and what a beautiful view of the pond, enjoyed watching the Swans, Ducks and Geese swimming. The home was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at the house for 2 nights and it was amazing! Aruna was an incredible host and had great communication. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect too. After going out for the day we came back and relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be returning in the coming years.

We've never been to the Cape in winter, but we all had a great time. The cottage was super cozy and had everything we could want. The view over the lake was beautiful and the hot tub, firepit and indoor fireplace were all very welcome after brisk walks on the beach. (It was a little too cold for the kayaks!) The hosts were very helpful - we appreciated the video tutorials on how to operate the firepit and hot tub.

Fantastic location on the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located right on the pond. Beautifully decorated and super clean. The hot tub is amazing as is the outdoor gas fire place. What a gem, this house was perfect, plently of room, unique, the views of the water were gorgeous. Kayaks and SUP are a great way to check out the lake. All the amenities were wonderful and the owners are very attentive to ensure a great stay. Would love to go back!

This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. Wonderful accommodations. Spacious and well appointed. Has a great visit. The location is fabulous. Aruna was fabulous at reaching out as well as responding to my messages-all very quickly which was appreciated. Truly loved this place- favorites were the multi head shower, hot tub and fire pit. The cherry on top was the view. Will definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you!!

Our two young adult children joined us for a week stay at the cottage. It was ‘as advertised - clean, comfortable with an enjoyable backyard. Aruna was responsive with all communications. I would absolutely stay there again.

If you feel like there is no such thing as excellence anymore, you need to book a stay at the Cottage and work with Aruna! The Cottage is amazing and looks even better in person than in the beautiful pictures! We stayed for several days at the end of April for a family wedding, and I can only imagine what this property looks like in full bloom! It's clear that Aruna put thought into every detail inside and out because there is not a single suggestion that I could make that she has not already thought of! Lastly, Aruna is incredible! We arrived late at night and were tired from a long day of traveling. I could not easily find the information she had sent on how to get into the cottage, so I texted her. She immediately responded with that answer and even more than what I asked for. From the time I booked the property, to the time we left the Cottage, Aruna was exceptionally helpful and communicative. This was our first VRBO stay, and I must say that the bar has been set high. I'm from Dallas and had a work trip in Boston so decided to book this house to relax with my wife for a few days after. It was exactly what we needed! Aruna was the best all around! She was very communicative and included so many little touches that made our stay extraordinary (chocolates by the bed, 1 complimentary bottle of wine, water toys ready to go)! She also sent an extensive list of restaurants and other things to do in the area which helped us plan each day without a lot of work or stress on our part. Waking up in the morning to sit on the back porch watching the ducks and swans glide by was my favorite part of this house. The lake was serene as well as the neighborhood. Thank you, Aruna, for an amazing week on Cape Cod!

Fantastic location on the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located right on the pond. Beautifully decorated and super clean. The hot tub is amazing as is the outdoor gas fire place. Aruna’s communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. I definitely recommend this rental!

This property is in a great location - on a quiet lake, 7 minutes from the beach, next to a grocery store, 10 minutes from a water park, near ice cream, etc… We stayed a week with 2 kids (1 and 6), 3 adults and a small dog. The property is great and the check in / check out process was super easy. The manager, Aruna, was always available for questions and was super helpful. Kayaking and paddle boarding? - check! Stayed for a long weekend with my husband and our doodle. The home was spotless from top to bottom but had warm personal touches that made it feel very hospitable. Aruna is a lovely host and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!

This is a lovely cottage on a sweet pond with a dock and all the accessories for a little row or glide on the pond. The cottage had everything we needed for our (too short) stay - great room for relaxing and watching movies, a pleasant backyard to relax and eat, or enjoy the hot tub or hammock - all in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed all the local restaurants and recommendations, driving all the way up the Cape to PTown, and exploring the National Seashore and beaches. Great communication with the owner as well. Thank you! ❤️

Superior VRBO experience — immaculate, terrific amenities, and truly lovely views of one of Yarmouth’s several inland waters (we saw swans every day!) And despite our off-season booking, we had no shortage of things to do or see within easy walking and driving distance - highly recommend !

Lovely quiet neighborhood close to beaches and all the local attractions, but then with a lake on your back doorstep. Easy parking and a stop and shop grocery store around the corner. Extremely attentive host. Beautifully clean and welcoming. Even had a little ambient music going to add to the welcoming ambience. Large kitchen island for easy meal prep. Would love to come back. Felt right at home away from home.

Wanted to escape mid-week with my boyfriend. The house was a perfect spot. The waterfront view was so pretty and the private hot tub in the backyard was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Close to plenty of shops and things to do but still quiet and peaceful. Host was responsive, and check-in/out was smooth. Would definitely recommend and keep in mind for future getaways.

Host is easy to communicate with and made this trip so smooth. Great place to stay!Fyi, there isn't an air conditioning unit in the bunk room. We cracked the door and used a fan (provided by host) to pull the cold air from the living room in and it worked pretty well.

We had a wonderful stay here, house was very clean and host was excellent. Location is great, close to everything and pond is beautiful. Spa shower/outdoor shower were wonderful. Also we Loved the clean ingredient soap/shower products as well!

Hot tub was fantastic at night looking at the stars. Super fun kayaking and paddle boarding right off the dock. Quick ride to so many great beaches. Mayflower beach for sunset was a highlight. Rode 20 miles on the Cape Cod rail trail which was only about a 10 minute bike ride to get to the trail from the house.

The weather wasn't as warm and dry as we hoped it would be to spend as much time enjoying the outdoor space, but the hot tub and views of the water made up for it. The interior was clean and well-designed and comfortable to accommodate three adults and four children. Tucked away location but easy to get around and access what the cape has to offer!
