Service is great. Unfortunately, they have no sort of security. My vehicle was broken into and for the most part unhelpful since they had to wait for management just for nothing to be done. Paid a nice price to stay just to pay a heavy price to get new windows.

I enjoyed the pool. However it could have used a good vacuuming. Breakfast was fresh, the coffee was good, however I had to use my own cup. The coffee cups were tiny and flimsy. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again

Staff was friendly. The elevator door was operating oddly and there was an attempted car jacking while we were there. Heard the staff yell at the people trying to break into a car in the middle of the night.

Loved this hotel so much. Location is perfect for people needed a hotel before you catch a flight. Its so close to the airport and you can leave you care there for a fee of 3.99 a day. They have a free shuttle to take you and pick you up at the airport . Perfect. I really recommend this hotel. Whish there were more locations around texas!

Listing says that free parking is included but we were told upon arrival and check-in that it is actually $4. Now, it’s not the price because that’s fairly cheap but it was more so the principle of the matter. It’s not the best part of town so parking on the street was less than ideal. Unfortunately, even after showing the check-in staff that it is listed as having free parking, they did not budge on the matter. The room itself was perfectly fine — nothing special but it was clean. The amenities however left something to be desired. Another concern was how poorly maintained the elevators seemed to be… each one took way longer than you would expect, was particularly noisy, and the doors would stick open/closed. Not the worst stay I’ve had but again, not great. It was fine for one night before our early flight departure but I would definitely stay elsewhere next time.

The staff was pleasant but the actual room smelt like body odor. I could hear everything from upstairs and next door. The elevator smelled like cigarettes, the doors were barely openening and closing, i was nervous it was gonna stop operating with me inside.

We stayed for one night. There were bed bugs! We woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy with bites all over. When I reported it to the front desk they did not seem surprised and offered nothing to make it right. I called customer service and I was told they opened a case and I would hear back within a few days. I have heard nothing!

On my floor at the elevator, the trash cans were so full it had over spillage on to the floor for hours, even after I notified the front desk. At the coffee bar, it was really dirty with spills, sugar, paper, trash, and it is right in front of the front desk, so they were able to see it as well.

The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The carpets are stained on the 3rd floor. The room was fairly nice. They charge for parking $3.99 and it’s a $100 a day incidentals fee. No covered parking is available. The continental breakfast was mediocre. I didn’t except much from that. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

There was no coffee maker in the room. I leaned on the towel rack and it came loose from the wall. The internet password didn't work, had to go back for another. They had no milk available for cereal or coffee. Just coffee creamers.

The king-bed room was very spacious, high ceilings, clean and quiet with the basic amenities I needed for a short, two-night stay. Coffee in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. I would choose to stay here again when I’m back to visit family.

It was supposed to have shuttle service to/from airport, but I couldn’t get ahold of the hotel for pick up. Expedia also could not get ahold of the property so I had to pay for an Uber. Horrible experience especially at midnight!!

The night manager was outstanding. She ensured my pickup and return to the airport were perfectly arranged, and even had a coffee and bagel ready for me at 4 a.m. before my trip back to the airport.

The check in was horrible. The lady said my card was declined so I gave her a new card and she said that was approved. When I went to call my bank they said the first card was approved and the second one was not even ran. My receipt after checking out was the first card she said declined. I also asked her for a shuttle schedule for my departure and she said “yea I’ll take care of it” well 5 am came and I went downstairs to get the shuttle and there was nothing scheduled and the next one won’t be available till after my flight departed.

Great stay for the night to catch a flight in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. Transportation was seedless to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Kay was very helpful in arranging everything!

When I arrived well after the posted check-in time at 4:30 pm, the suite I had booked was not available. The staff said I would have to wait longer for the room to be cleaned, as it was not ready. The front staff attempted multiple times to move me to another, cheaper room without a discounted price (wanted me to accept a double when paid for a suite). At the time we were very tired, had an early flight and just wanted a room to check in to, but it wasn’t going to overpay $40-$50 more for a double. We were forced to leave the property and book elsewhere. The front staff did not seem to care about the situation at all and were happy to see me leave the property without an apology, future credit etc. Horrible service and I will never stay at a similar property again.

Check in was horrible. The staff member was grumpy and tried to charge me double the rate I showed a hotels.com receipt for. I had to get hotels.com to call him to honor the rate and that took 30+minutes. The room had two pillows for a king and pull out sofa room and no blanket for the sofa. I asked for a blanket and some pillows for the sofa on night two and Mr. Grumpy gave me a blanket but told me I couldn't have pillows. There were also only two towels in the room, an no room service between nights. Normally I wouldn't mind, but a room of that size with only two towels for a two night stay is ridiculous. The breakfast had bagels and orange juice only. No coffee- when I asked for coffee she said, they were out. The bathrooms were dirty- with actual globs of dirt on the walls. The worst of all though, is the door to the room didn't stay shut unless it was locked. All in all, horrible experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself and amenities had a few issues, including no hot food (compared to other 3 star hotels directly in the area), no plastic water glasses in room, no coffee in room, some mold in bathroom area as property looks a bit tired. The breakfast area wasn’t well stocked with the items offered at all times, including bread/bagels, cream cheese which patrons had to ask for restocking. I have stayed at 2 other area 3 star hotels nearby that have more amenities described above

The hotel was very clean and Average. Star was friendly. However, that complimentary breakfast was not a breakfast. Just bagels and yogurt. Also coffee was not very good at all. Really wish hotels wouldn’t advertise “complementary breakfast” when it’s not.

I had a issue with the breakfast on Saturday morning, there was no protein put out. I asked the front counter person they were apologetic but never did anything to check. When I asked about other food options near because I got in late and was not able to get my rental until 7am. Later in the day front desk staff told me that the protein had been prepped but not put out. The protein was put out on Sunday. So I know that it was available for Saturday.
