Nice apartment. Clean and convenient. The check in process is a bit cumbersome, as you have to manually type in all the details. There's free laundry, but the reservation system is a bit of a mess and not everyone respects the times. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great trip. Hotel was excellent from the services AND the service you received. Great amenities such as game room and sauna. Location is also good one street back from the harbour and just over 10 minutes from the town. Loved Helsinki.

Well supplied kitchen and the hours for the sauna are really convenient.

Clean and roomy space. Really enjoyed it. Our only glitch was that we wanted to use gym and found out too late that we needed a special card for it. There was no staff present when we discovered that we needed a special card. Also, one night one part of our party got locked out because our keys were not unlocking the front door.

Super Unterkunft, man kann selber in seinem Zimmer kochen oder in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Es gibt eine Sauna, die mitbenutzt werden kann, der checkin und checkout läuft digital und unkompliziert ab. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

I loved the studio apartment and all that it had to offer, especially access to the sauna and terrace and the laundry facilities, which were a real boon! I definitely would stay here again. There is a communal kitchen downstairs, which allows you to make dinner with others, which I loved. This, in addition to my own studio kitchen, which was fully appointed and super well organized to suit the apartment's size. I wanted some dishrags and a toaster and within minutes these were brought up to me. Overall, very impressed. The only downside is that the windows didn't have screen on them, so I kept them closed. Since the blinds were embedded in them, it made it hard to enjoy what the fresh air and view had to offer.

Dejligt nyt hotel. Mange gratis services: parkering i kælder 1,7 m,, vaskeri, cykeludlån, fitnescentet, fin morgenmad på cafeen. Ingen reception så man skal være sikker på man har kode til at åbne ned, vi havde ikke men efter lidt søgen hjalp cafeen os ind sf bagdør sp oas på med at komme efter kl 18. Meget god placeting i byen nær seværdighede og restauranter.

7階に男女別のサウナがあります。サウナからベランダに移動することが可能です。サウナに入っている方が裸の人、バスタオルを巻く人、水着の人とおり、それぞれだなと感じました。 客室にドライヤーの設置がありません、ドライヤーはエレベーター横にある引き戸の中にありますが、返却されないためか置いてないことが多く、他の階から借用しました。 チェックイン前後に荷物の預かりが可能で、それは1階にあります。簡単な暗証番号の作成でロッカーを使用することができます。 朝食のメニューは毎回同じです。ケーキのみ種類が変わります。安定の美味しさです。 ペット（犬）の宿泊が可能なホテルなので、廊下で出会うがあります。しつけられているのか鳴き声は聴こえてきません。 朝の時間のみ、ホテル玄関を掃除するスタッフに遭遇しました。ほとんど見かけないです。 タブレット操作に慣れていないせいか、チェックイン時の入力に時間を要してしまった。チェックアウトは、カードキーをボックスに入れるのみです。

Had a gym and sauna included and we had a lovely stay with a great location near the port.

The accommodation is nicely located. The sauna place is great. Our room was good but a bit small for staying there incl. cooking. The bike rental is very nice. Unfortunately the promised cleaning service didn’t take place.

Es ist von Hotels nicht in Ordnung, dass auf der Reservation Seite steht, Compact Studio mit Doppelbett, und dann sind wir in einem Zimmer mit einem 140 cm Bett. ( Einzelzimmer ) Grundsätzlich erwarte ich hier eine Rückerstattung. Self Check hat nicht funktioniert. Sauberkeit im Hotel war in Ordnung. Lage sehr gut. Café schmutzig, Personal reinigt Tische nur wenn Gäste dies verlangen. Frühstück ist das Geld nicht wert. Besteck, Teller, Tische, Boden schmutzig. Auswahl beim Frühstück ganz schlecht. Jeden Tag ein Typ Brot (immer Baguette Brötli) eine Confi, ein Joghurt (Natur) etc. Selten so schlechtes Frühstück gegessen. Das was man bezahlen muss wie Gipfeli, Cappuccino etc sehr fein. Personal wenn jemand da ist freundlich. Personal vom Café freundlich aber mit einer etwas besseren Leitung könnte man hier etwas tolles rausholen. Klimaanlage war ganz schlimm. Egal was wir einstellten sie kühlte den Raum immer auf 21 Grad. Nach 2 Tagen kam ein Techniker, den wir leider wegschicken mussten weil wir aufs Taxi mussten. Allerdings glaube ich, dass der irgendwas im Technikraum verändert hat. interessanterweise ging die Temperatur nachher auf 23 Grad und in der Nacht hat es abgeschaltet? Vorher keine Chance dies so einzustellen. Bett übrigens bequem, einfach zu klein. Regendusche konnte ich nicht nutzen, da es jedesmal schon mit der normalen Brause eine Überschwemmung gab. Wir waren dankbar als wir das Hotel zurücklassen konnten, und freuen uns jetzt auf 14 Tage Rundreise.

Comfortable and tidy

New modern concept - but the room wasn't as clean as expected.... only very little information in advance.

The property and rooms were very nice and new. However, they are not set-up for Hotels.com (or expedia) customers. There is really no service or personnel at this "hotel". One must self check-in. The issue is that you need a 6 digit code which was suppose to be emailed; however, they did not send this to customers that book through expedia/hotels.com. I had even reached out them prior to arriving stating my arrival time via the app's messaging service, and they never responded. They have one person there Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, but when we arrived at 2pm on Thursday, this person was not there. Once they finally arrived at their office, they did give me my 6 digit code, but stated that I needed to wait until 3pm to check-in. When I did the self check-in at 3pm, the computer said, "your room is not ready yet, please wait until 3pm". Very frustrating after traveling for over 12 hours. This same person then did something on their computer and asked me to self check-in again. I booked the room for 2 people, but this computer system only provided me with one key. I then had to go back to this person to ask for another key. Why can't they just check us in? The room had no TV. There was a common area with a TV, but we could not access the 4 channels that were suppose to be available, so we couldn't watch the local hockey game etc. The cleaning service is weekly with light cleaning every other day. They don't alway show up.

Check-in terrível, quarto e corredor sujo, acomodação apenas para 1 pessoa, café da manhã ruim complicado e sem qualidade, localização péssima e simplesmente não encontrei nenhum funcionário do hotel. Não recomendo.

Everything was great except I came back in the afternoon and my door was wide open with no one around. The cleaner returned after a few minutes with towels. Concern is anyone could have come in.

Everything was super but the bed a bit hard.

Great place to stay. Great location, great facilities and great rooms although the shower floods easily. Check-in laborious when people arrive at the same time as only two check-in machines. Also asked again for information already provided at time of booking.

We had a suite on the top floor with a balcony. It had a kitchen, washer, couch and private sleeping area. Very comfortable. Hotel is located close to town and several trams stop just around the corner.

Perfect stay in Stockholm. Very well equipped self service apartment. Spacious, comfortable beds. Only concern was that the shower that flooded the bathroom, but the pluses overcame the misuses. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is located near the ferry terminal and has access to public transportation (bus and tram service). The room is very clean and equipped if you needed to stay and prepare meals for yourself (larger kitchen on first floor). The outdoor market is very close by and all of the major highlights are close by and within easy walking distances. Overall the property is outstanding with everything one would need (laundry, kitchen, etc…) There is a nearby grocery store that has access to everything one would need. The only problem I encountered was the self check in process, a portion of it was down and there was no explanation or example what to do to get past it. Other than that I certainly would stay there again.

The hotel was pleasant and modern, quiet, and the other guests seemed respectful. It is located in a peaceful part of the centre of the city, with easy access to everything. Whilst this was a self-contained apartment, cooking utensils were minimal. There was no TV or radio in the room. My double bed unfortunately consisted of two singles pushed together. I paid for breakfast, but found the main buffet area consisted of savoury cooked food I would have rather eaten for dinner. The continental alternative was very limited. If you wanted pastries you had to pay again, there was no bread apart from mini rolls, and no cereal. Staff at the cafe were also expecting me to bring breakfast vouchers, although I never ended up receiving any despite their apparent enquiries into the issue. The concept of the hotel is great, and having the ability to eat in during the evening, as a lone traveler, is lovely. However, if it also provided some of the things people traditionally look for in certain areas, it would tick all of the boxes.

Easy access to apartment. Very clean and the studio was just the right size. Ava the day manager was very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to great part of Helsinki and tram stop was one block away. The harbor was very close only 3 blocks. There is a wonderful food court on the harbor very close. Ferry to Suomenlinna Island is a 10 minute walk. The island is a MUST visit. Only 20 minute ferry ride. A beautiful place for a day trip!

Super easy check-in

Definitely a recommendation for travelers. Logistically Close to everything . However, a tip for those who anticipate a late checkin , make sure you contact the host to get the code to the entrance door prior to arrival, especially those who book through booking platforms. Otherwise checking late at night is not easy.

Lovely apartment hotel HOWEVER, be CERTAIN you have received a check-in code before you arrive! Self check-in on a tablet and you need the code. We were lucky that staff answer the dbell but they aren't always there.

No staff At reception

Conveniently located near to the port and a short walk or tram ride to the centre. Unfortunately on arrival the automated checkin did not work, however this was resolved within a few minutes. Checkin is also completely inflexible, so if you arrive a few minutes before 3pm you still have to wait until exactly 3pm. However once checked in the hotel has great facilities with a kitchen in the room (including a dishwasher!) - the only thing missing is a tv which as a solo traveller is nice for company. Overall though I am very satisfied

Clean and cozy place! Only one thing you need to consider is that the reception staffs are reachable in limited time(10:00 to 18:00). Other than this, recommend here!!

The hotel was great. However the guy at the host office who took our bags told us to be back before 6pm. We arrived at 5:10 to find the office closed with a note to call security to get access. And a poster with there office ours on public holiday closing at 5pm. Which is not what we were told by the host. I’ve had to use my nz mbl to call security. We needed our bags urgently to get a flight. This is the downside of this hotel when there is no 24hr reception and you can’t talk to anyone in charge after hours. It doesn’t work for all travels. Sorry but this has cost me time, money and stress. I would not recommend this hotel based on this service or lack of it.

Excellent location. Walkable to anything and everything; shopping, dining, cafes, clean safe public transport, seaside, etc. very clean property & clean rooms with full studio kitchens if needed.

Great property for the price. Good location (particularly as we subsequently hopped on a Viking cruise which was only 5 mins walk down the road), and convenient facilities including luggage storage though note the reception is not always manned. As the rooms are studios, the come with a handy little kitchenette and kettles etc which we've learned are not always standard in hotels in this part of the world! So being able to make our own coffee and tea was definitely appreciated (note they supply coffee and fruit tes, though not English breakfast, although there is some milk).

Fantastic location near tram line and viking terminal. Clean, comfortable and practicable. Loved it!

The closeness to the port and the city center

Location was great. Easily walkable or tram to anywhere in the city.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The location was excellent and was easy to get around the city. Our suite was very comfortable and well equipped. We would stay here again!

Very convenient location, easy walking distance to Cathedral, harbour. Tram stop near, supermarket near. Studio very clean and comfortable. Quiet location.

The only thing that would have made it a better stay would have been a sauna that we both could use together. He is blind and I have never been in one before. We had breakfast every morning at the Finca las Ventanas cafe on the ground floor, excellent food. Very close to tram stop, just around the corner, two grocery/convenience stores nearby, K Market and Alepo. We walked almost everywhere.

Çok temiz ve rahat, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Bu defa kafeteryasına da gittim, fiyatları çok uygun, odayı kahvaltıyla beraber almanızı öneririm.

Breakfast at finca las ventanas was delicious, but menu should have more choices. Empanada for two morning was too much, although it was delicious. I found no hair drier in the room. When I checked out, I asked this. They said that every floor has service station which has hair drier. This info should be posted. Except that, everything was good.

Generally staff and facilities were great. Criticism is minor. Breakfast was same every day - it would have been nice if something was different. Pillows were too soft and didn’t give a good night’s sleep unfortunately

Good location, newly renovated building, clean room. The air in the room got very stuffy - it was 24c and turning the thermostat down had little effect. The pillow had an odd protector that made it feel like sleeping on a balloon. I paid for breakfast but didn’t get it. I should have received a voucher for the breakfast but didnt. There is no personnel at the location to sort out things, only a WhatsApp number that’s monitored 10-17.
