Das Häuschen war schön und gut ausgestattet mit Küche und das Bad mit Sauna. Das Weihnachtsmanndorf ist gleich in der Nähe sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor Ort.

Cabin was really warm and clean throughout.Had everything for comfortable stay from kitchen(fully equipped) to bathroom(incl hairdryer and straightener, bathrobe and slippers), bedroom and sofabed had plenty of pillows and great duvets.

Loved the cottages and the breakfast was really great. A later check out too, which we really appreciated. Sledges free to borrow, a very welcome addition as the rest of the activities are quite expensive.

Most restaurants close before 7pm and mostly souvenir shops in village. Some accommodation too far from reception and difficult to find esp in dark snowy conditions . More lights and signage will be useful

First of all, the property is quite deceiving. I booked a suite and it's not around the cottages. The rooms were actually at the back of the property and it's quite a hike to get to the main building for breakfast. The unit was not worth the price as it offers minimal. You're better of spending that money at Nova Skyland. Upon entering our unit, What welcomed us is a dirty used rug upon opening the room. Called front desk and they just said "you want me to send the housekeeping back?". Well, housekeeping shouldn't need to come back upon check in. Then, there were some bugs coming out of the shower and bathroom sink. I wasn't happy spending my money here. Spend it somewhere else.

Das Zimmer war ok, aber nicht sauber. Der Geschirrspüler war voll mit Schimmel. Die Zimmer wurden nicht täglich gereinigt. Wir sind Abends angekommen, Essen im Restaurant war nur möglich, nachdem wir ziemlich ausgerufen haben. Das Restaurant war leer (siehe Foto) und man wollte uns nicht bedienen. Es gibt weit und breit kein anderes Restaurant zum Essen, weswegen man letztlich für Spaghetti Bolonese zu 4 auch gerne 200 Euro bezahlt.

The cottage was cozy and comfortable. The sauna was super great. The room was quite far from everything. But it was manageable due to the awesome environment. The cleaning service was not perfect. There was still hair on the floor after receiving the cleaning.

I think the high point of this destination is the location because you’re actually very close to the Santa Claus village. It also had a lovely breakfast bread and plenty of dining options within the Santa Claus village as well as around it in in the shopping centre. It is also extremely well connected and easy to access by multiple modes of transportation. Especially love the room we were in their standard cottage, which also had a sauna inside the room which meant we didn’t have to share a sauna with other people and we had our own private one. It is usually well decorated and maintained. My only issue was that the cleanliness could have been better in our room. The utensils provided with the room were completely not usable, especially the pans. When I called the reception to request them for another pan, they said that it would take more than an hour. I also offered to pick up the pan from the reception but the lady told me that she’s the only one at reception and does not have any substitutes. The next morning we were checking out and noticed that a new pan had been provided that morning but was of no use as we were checking out.

The room was nice but very basic, the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable for the children to sleep on and having the sofa turned into a bed it didn’t leave anywhere else for us to sit comfortably. The food in the restaurant was okay, not worth the prices they were asking but I guess this is expected at a place like this. The reindeer ride wasn’t what we thought it would but the kids love it so that’s the main thing. I would highly recommend visiting Santa’s pets, it seems a bit pricey to get in but you have access all day, so we went back when it started to get dark and enjoyed toasting marshmallows over the fire pits and cooking hotdogs, all of which can be purchased from the kiosk where you enter and surprisingly cheap compared to the rest of the holiday village. Overall the staff were nice, the breakfast was good but I’d recommend eating at the services across the road (better value for money). I would suggest hiring a car as we did, it gave much more freedom and made the excursions much cheaper. But please avoid Green Motion, they have scammed us out of the deposit (check their reviews on Trustpilot, I wish we had). We’d like to go back but early in the year when the snow more likely to have settled 🎅

In de zomer dus betaalbaar. Goede service, mooie locatie en handig bij het vliegveld. Ontbijt oke, kamers wel wat warm. En in de nacht hoor je de husky farm. Verder best!

Receptionists were nice, accommodating and helpful. I like that they transported our luggage into our rooms during arrival. With the snow on the ground, it was a huge help. However, it would be great if the same courtesy be extended at departure. It was very difficult pulling our heavy luggage in the snow to get to reception area.

My boyfriend and I were staying here for 2 nights in a Suite at the beginning of November. We arrived at noon, as our room was not ready yet, the staff politely stored our luggage, which was very nice, so we could explore the village in the meantime. As the check in time came closer we were getting told that our room wouldn’t be ready at the official check in time. The staff seemed a bit unorganized and no one could really give us any explanations or updates. 1 ½ hours later we finally explored our suite, but unfortunately without our luggage which was still stored somewhere. I‘m aware that these things can happen, but as a customer I‘d expect some kind of „goodie“ for having to wait this long (free meal…) Also there were no slippers and no bathrobes (and no shampoo) in the suite… another big no-no: the dishwasher was still running (from room cleaning i guess?). I reported all of these things to the staff and they assured me several times that they‘d fix, but that never happened. The facilities and suite were nice in general (clean, spacious, sauna) but the whole hotel seemed very unprofessional/unorganized, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. breakfast also wasn‘t what i‘d expect for this kind of hotel.The bread seemed days old, vegetables were already dried out and the waffles hard. Nothing special, had better breakfasts at other hotels/resorts. All in all it was a nice experience, because well,Santa lives here! :) but I wouldn‘t come back!

If there are 10 stars rating and I will give to 10 stars!!! We booked the basic room studio for one night, but the stay was amazing! The village itself got a lot of offers, shops and beautiful Christmas environment! The cottage house looks amazing and there is the sanua room even in the basic room. And the staff are so helpful, especially huge thank you for Ryan to helping us check in earlier, so we can have a shower after a long train ride! Highly recommended this place!

到着した時からWelcomeな雰囲気たっぷりで、本当に快適に滞在させて頂きました(^-^) レセプションのお姉さまがとても親切で「何でも遠慮せずおっしゃってね♬.*ﾟ」という空気感があって、本当にお世話になりました(*^_^*) お部屋は広々としたコテージタイプお部屋の扉を開けた瞬間から温かい空気が感じられます。ずっと暑い暑いと言っていたほど、窓を開けても寒くないほど、しっかり暖房が効いていて、外気温マイナス10℃前後あるのが嘘のような快適さでした。洗面スペースもとても広くて、扉もシャワーカーテンも無い造りでしたが、水の飛びはねを気にせずシャワー出来ます。何より素晴らしいのは、サウナがあること！寒くなりがちなお風呂スペースですが、一番ポカポカ暖かくて、なんならw洗濯物もよく乾きますw ベッドは高さのあるしっかりしたマットで寝心地も良かったです。収納もたっぷり。キッチンも大きめのテーブルもあるので、お友達と食卓を囲むことも出来ました＼(^o^)／レセプションでチェックインして、そこから数分かかるコテージまで荷物を運ぶのか…と思っていたら、荷物はサンタさんの画像入りラッピングカーで運んでくださいました。チェックアウトの際も、朝食会場が始まる前に発たなければ行けなかった私達に、前日夜には朝食boxを用意して下さって、空港までのタクシーも手配頂き、フロントによらずにそのままタクシー(しかも！サンタさん柄&サンタさんのようなドライバーさん💕)にピックアップされてお部屋を出れば良い！という楽チンさ。レセプションのお姉さまには本当に良くして頂きました。ありがとうございました。サンタ村にはショップやレストランも沢山あって、アクティビティにも色々参加出来ます。ロヴァニエミに行かれる方にはこのホテルを強くおススメします(*^^*)

This property is located in Santa’s Village. For those not familiar with the area, this is the place to be when coming to Lapland / Rovaniemi. It’s convenient to all activities like Husky sledding, reindeer sledding, other animals, crossing the arctic circle, visiting the REAL Santa, sending postcards from the official Santa’s post office (where letters from around the world go) and of course shopping. Yes, you have to walk from your cabin to the building where the breakfast and reception is, but it is worth it. The place is clean, and cozy. If you are looking for modern, posh amenities, this isn’t it but for the convenience of everything this meets all expectations. I would highly recommend. Close to the airport too without hearing the noise. You don’t need to rent a car if you are staying here!

Very unique setup, feel like Chrustmas everyday. Only complaint we have is that all restaurants are close at 6pm except The Three Elves Restaurant which has very limited menu, we tried it on the first day. We were going to try other restaurants on the other days, but ended up eating frozen meals and instant noodles on the rest of the days we were there.

Stugan var bra och rent. Mycket bra badrum med bastu. Fin standard. Skräpigt runt stugan plast och papper. Frukost inte bra, personalen ville inte prata engelska, maten dålig standars, dåligt utbud, osten torkade kanter. Äggröra torr, ingen fyllde på med korv, skinka eller annat. Tycker synd om gäster som åkt så lång för att träffa tomten och få så dålig standard på maten. Ingen bra reklam.

Rooms were just like the pictures. And they were clean. But from reception to the rooms you have to walk like 200 meters, with children AND bags on icy road, with -5 degrees. So it was really uncomfortable to do it without help. Breakfast was simple, they could include some nice pastry.

Right near the Santa Claus reception is the entrance to the Holiday Village, and you can park right next to the cottage. It's also very convenient to walk to other attractions in the village. The room is quite spacious, and the toilet includes a sauna, it’s really relaxing. The breakfast options are more than we expected, and the food quality is quite good. ps. through the gift shop to access the breakfast restaurant

Amazing place to stay. We even had pur own sauna. Service was excellent very friendly staff. I wish they had more coffee machines at the breakfast area to reduce time lining up
