We had a great stay from arriving to leaving. Staff was super friendly and helping, we needed an adaptator for the electric socket and they provided. Sauna was super spacious and surprisingly had a window with a little city view. Breakfast is super complete with lots of options to choose from. Also covered parking was very convenient since it was snowing quite a bit.

in general a great hotel, free parking, great desk service and great breakfast. unfortunately, we had some noises coming from somewhere outside the room, could not understand where exactly (probably pipes was what the staff told us), staff provided earplugs (which we can’t use). booked a private sauna which couldn’t go above 70 degrees celsius (probably better to inform guests beforehand so they know what to expect, for instance I’m used to 80/90 and 70 was just not enough for a pleasant stay). room was clean in general, there was just too much dust visible on mirrors and tables/ night stands

This place is deceptive from the outside.. in a good way! It looks like an old building from the outside, but the insides pleasantly surprised us. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, room/suite was good, clean and decently maintained. Sauna was also pleasant. There is room for improvement to deck up the outside presentation.

Péssimo, banheiro muito pequeno, banheira alta e escorregadia (difícil acesso). Café da manhã horrível, café muito fraco, leite desnatado (não tenho problema com lactose), croissants ruins, manteiga sem sal(não sou hipertensa), suco de blueberry muito aguado. Quarto imundo, chamei a faxineira que ficou 10 minutos no quarto e não limpou, deveria ter aspirado todo quarto e lavado o banheiro que estava sujo. Mas roupas de cama tinha tudo tipo de cabelo. Péssimo e caro, paguei R$3.300 por 2 diárias, que é muito caro mesmo que fosse bom. Ainda por cima acho que cobram menos de outros hóspede. Tira esse hotel da lista.

Our room was small but spotless and comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated on a hot day in what is supposed to be the Arctic capital! We recommend the affordably excellent restaurant. Great breakfast buffet as well.

Camera quadrupla suite molto piccola, con 4 valigie quasi non ci stiamo. Divano letto da cambiare con assoluta urgenza. Scomodo e terribilmente rumoroso. Pavimento in camera con moquette, per chi come noi é allergico non va bene. Colazione molto buona e varia.

The Artic City Hotel Is vert nice and Is situated in the center of Rovaniemi. On foot you can go to everywhere. The only negative aspect Is the size of the room. We were 3 people in a small but small room. We hadn't space for us, for clothes and for lagguages.

とても便利な場所にあるホテル向かいのショッピングモールはたまたま休みが多いのか？　がらんとしていましたホテル部屋は狭いのとエアコンを効かせるにはカーテンを開けないといけなくて、最初の夜は寒かったですが、その他はよかったですシャワールームもおしゃれですが、なかなか水はねを防ぐのが難しいでも、すぐ熱いシャワーを浴びれるので良いです二時間だけですが、サウナも快適に過ごせました

We had a lovely one night stay here in Jan 2026. Its a really good base, perfectly located in the city centre, easy walking distance to anywhere including most activity pickups. The buffet breakfast was really good and had everything you could want. We had dinner in the Bull Bar & Grill downstairs which had a really nice atmosphere, and very convenient as its just downstairs in the hotel, so you dont have to go outside! We had a burger and ribs and both were really good. The lounge area by reception is really tastefully done, and we enjoyed sitting there a few times enjoying the comfy seating and free flavoured water / blueberry juice. Our room was a little small (not much space to put suitcases/unpack) but the beds were comfortable, and a nice bathroom. Would happily stay there again.

We enjoyed this property, it was more nostalgic than the other hotels we stayed at which I really appreciated. It was very cozy. The food options were great, I loved the main restaurant and the atmosphere. The room was very small, which was fine for our short stay as it was just me and one young child . Our window opened up to an apartment complex that had a lot of traffic both foot and vehicular which created a lot of noise. We had to close the window in the middle of the night which made our room too hot while we slept, but no complaints that the hotel was able to control.

Room was super comfortable, quiet, not too hot, tea/coffee facilities. Everything yiu need. Breakfast was lovely. Slight lack of places to sit for a very short time but only because it was busy. Hot and cold drinks available in the foyer. Excellent location. Staff were lovely.

Found out a week after our stay in the hotel that my spare iPhone was missing. Reached out to the hotel and they immediately responded. Their cleaning crew found my fone and they were so quick to respond. They shipped it back to me after verifying that it was really mine. Good, accommodating and honest people. Would definitely stay there again.

This must have been the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got to check in early and the front desk arranged for a taxi as well as an early access breakfast for an early departure. I can't say enough about how great this property and staff are.

Worse experience, unfriendly reception staff. Noisy surroundings at night,the wall in the room are so thin that you can practically hear your neighbours talking loud and clear. Amenities not top up even after housekeeping services.Room do not have a phone to contact the front desk for information or help.

Heta, the receotionist, was exceptional. She was extremely helpful beyond words. She answered all the questions. We had a lovely experience and an unforgettable stay due to Heta and all the other staff members. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and nice. We will stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.

Mooi hotel en alles is in de buurt, winkels openbaar vervoer en vriendelijk personeel. Keuze uit 2 restaurants waarvan 1 een bar stijl is met zeer goede burger. Het andere restaurant is in een wat donkere stijl en geeft een knusser en rustig gevoel. Ook daar is het eten zeer goed.
