Great stay! Everyone was so friendly, the chalets are cute, it’s all by the river so you can play in the water, good breakfast…. Nice and quiet in the summer, great time to go if you dislike crowds. You can rent fat bikes and SUP boards (for an extra cost), but kayaks and other types of bikes would have been nice too. But overall: well done, keep it up!

Amazing river side chalet. Everything clean and had a dishwasher which had cleaning tablets provided. Small but functional kitchen. Steps outside can be slippery when icy. Very warm and cosy beds. Internet was good and could plug in a fire stick. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices. Excellent friendly staff. 20 minutes walk over the bridge to the shops. Would definitely stay again.

This has potential to be a 5 star property and they advertise as a luxury property, but it's really bare bones. Amenities such as soap poor (one dispenser in bathroom for sink and one for shower but not good quality), the kitchen scantily stocked. But quiet and clean and a 10 minute Uber to the Santa Claus Village or Rovaniemi. We arrived late and had to walk in the dark down an icy path to our accommodation - a ride would have been nice. Breakfast was OK, staff a little grumpy. Best part was the on site Sauna - worth every penny and there is a food truck parked right next to it. Would probably stay again were I to go to the area, as the choices not great for Rovaniemi (and not much in the town to offer).

These chalets are beautiful and the fit so many people. We had a group of 10 split across 2 Superior Chalets for just one night and I wish we could have stayed longer! The included breakfast buffet was excellent. They let us store our bags after checkout while we went out on a tour. Plus we were able to leave our cars parked there while on the tour. All at no extra charge. Lovely place.

The rooms are very small, with the beds taking up almost all the space. There is no sound insulation at all between the rooms. We could clearly hear conversations, TV, and other noises from the neighboring room, which made it very difficult to sleep and relax. There is also no smell insulation. The strong smell of food from the next room filled our entire space, making it very uncomfortable. The odor was so intense that it lingered for hours. Parking is convenient, but sometimes non-guests park in front of the house, which can be inconvenient. There are no bathrobes. The bathrooms and kitchen are outdated and in need of renovation. The sauna is very basic and does not feel modern or well-designed. There are no blackout curtains, only blinds, which do not block the light properly, making the room too bright in the morning.

The bathroom of the chalet stinks. Old fashion fornitures and not well structured (wardrobe wider than space, spaces not well considered). High price with no amenities on bathroom, external framework not well kept. Parking at the chalet and good breakfast !

Die Einrichtung war zum Großteil schon sehr abgewohnt. Der Müll war noch voll von den Bewohnern davor, Geschirr dreckig im Schrank. Der Fön im Bad ist bei Benutzung geschmolzen. Auf dem Fensterbrett lagen mindestens 10 tote Fliegen. Der Reinigungsservice sollte alles gründlicher erledigen bzw. überprüfen. Anlage sonst sehr ruhig gelegen, Personal nett. Supermarkt zu Fuß (25 Minuten) zu erreichen. Frühstück ausreichend

Chalet was cute, bit dated but clean. We were nervous with the children (8&5) staying in the top room as the gate didn’t feel too secure when they lent on it. We could also hear next door up early. We only stayed one night so wasn’t too bad but if we had been there longer it would have probably been frustrating as it was very early. Restaurant was lovely, we paid to have the evening buffet and menu, breakfast was included in our stay which was also lovely with plenty of choice. Overall a good stay.

Petit chalet fonctionnel, parfait pour passer quelques jours à Rovaniemi. Nous étions six et avons apprécié la propreté des lieux. Néanmoins, l’espace est trop juste pour pouvoir prendre un repas tous ensemble.

So the place is pretty nice, we had a chalet for 6 person with sauna which are in a cute little red house. However, the room was noisy as we heard the road, the beds upstairs were noisy and not that comfortable, the shower was hard to use. The sauna was good. There was a lot of people at breakfast, but the breakfast itself was good. The bathroom needs a makeover.

A casa era legal mas ficamos sem wifi a estadia inteira, incomunicáveis. Conversamos na recepção e nada foi resolvido. Acesso a wifi em estadias é básico não um luxo. Infelizmente não recomendo este lugar, mesmo sendo bem localizado.

Horrible horrible horrible. It started with severe late check in because they didnt have our chalet ready, then they gave us the smallets chalet, not the actual one we paid for. The rooms are ice cold, i called reception more than 5 times noone seems to care its 2 in the morning, we are waiting on our taxi to go to a different hotel this is insane. Full refund expecting, horrible staff and experience

Didn't realize that the cabin was so far away from the main lodge and would have to cross a street for breakfast buffet. The room was ok, the stairs leading upstairs were more like a ladder, use caution booking if someone has mobility issues. The sauna in the bathroom was very nice.

Net huisje, fijne douche en sauna, goede bedden, maar door 2 onder 1 kap constructie wat gehorig. Het is niet mogelijk het huisje van binnen donker te krijgen door gebrek aan gordijnen. Huisjes staan dicht op elkaar en dicht aan de doorgaande weg. Wij hadden de pech dat er veel luidruchtige mensen in de nabij gelegen huisjes verbleven (harde muziek, schreeuwen, gooien met ramen en deuren)

We had a wonderful stay there between Christmas and New Year’s. Awesome winter weather. Our cabin was super rustic but very nice. The sleeping was okay: we went as couple but two beds pushed together. We cooked our own food for dinner. Really great winter adventure. I’d love to go back there sometime.

My Mom and i stayed in one of the Junior chalets and we loved it. They are kept neat and stocked with things needed for cooking. The food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious. But most important all the staff where helpful even going out of their way to help us even before my Mom was hurt. She hurt herself half way through our trip and anything we needed and more they helped.

Wow, what a lovely stay we had here. Staff were the friendliest we’ve ever known and check in was quick and easy. Chalet was exactly as pictured and we appreciated the warmth when we got in! Sauna was a great bonus. Breakfast was exceptional, so much amazing choice and new things to try- compliments to whoever makes the morning blackcurrant mousse, my kids loved it. We also ate there for dinner and can honestly say that the food was cooked to absolute perfection- we travel fairly regularly and the bar has now been set high- the reindeer we had for dinner was incredible. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and our kids loved the selection of games to play at the table too. Would love to return and will recommend to everyone. We also got to see the northern lights across the lake/river on our last night so it just made our trip magical. Thank you so much.

Horrible horrible horrible. It started with severe late check in because they didnt have our chalet ready, then they gave us the smallets chalet, not the actual one we paid for. The rooms are ice cold, i called reception more than 5 times noone seems to care its 2 in the morning, we are waiting on our taxi to go to a different hotel this is insane. Full refund expecting, horrible staff and experience

These chalets are beautiful and the fit so many people. We had a group of 10 split across 2 Superior Chalets for just one night and I wish we could have stayed longer! The included breakfast buffet was excellent. They let us store our bags after checkout while we went out on a tour. Plus we were able to leave our cars parked there while on the tour. All at no extra charge. Lovely place.

Le chalet était magnifique et confortable pour 3 personnes. Un peu surchauffé pour nous c'est le seul bemol. L'équipe etait top et très sympatique. Le bar et le restaurant est de très bonne qualité. Et le petit dejeuner de très bonne qualité et très copieux !!!

Amazing river side chalet. Everything clean and had a dishwasher which had cleaning tablets provided. Small but functional kitchen. Steps outside can be slippery when icy. Very warm and cosy beds. Internet was good and could plug in a fire stick. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices. Excellent friendly staff. 20 minutes walk over the bridge to the shops. Would definitely stay again.

This might be a fantastic place to stay for skiing but it was a little disappointing in summer. The staff and breakfast were lovely, but our cottage was rather shabby, cramped, and badly situated far from the water and close to a loud, busy road. It was nice to have a kitchen since the restaurant has a pretty limited menu and seating area.

朝食のメニューが豊富で美味しくいただきました。市街地から3km程離れているので少し不便ですが、行きは散策がてら歩いたり帰りはタクシーを使ったり移動日の空港行きはUberの予約を使いました。部屋にキッチンがあり調理器具や食器が揃っているのでスーパーで買った食材で簡単な夕食を作ったりと楽しく過ごしました。お部屋のサウナも快適でした。ただ(海外あるあるですが)シャワーに仕切りがなくビチョビチョになるのが慣れなくて困りました。

This was a perfect choice for a family and was attracted to the private sauna in the room. Beautiful location on the frozen lake was magical. Perfect location as it is directly across the ski resort.

Chalet was cute, bit dated but clean. We were nervous with the children (8&5) staying in the top room as the gate didn’t feel too secure when they lent on it. We could also hear next door up early. We only stayed one night so wasn’t too bad but if we had been there longer it would have probably been frustrating as it was very early. Restaurant was lovely, we paid to have the evening buffet and menu, breakfast was included in our stay which was also lovely with plenty of choice. Overall a good stay.

We had a lovely view of the river and the room was mostly clean. The dishwasher had dishes in it but they were clean so we emptied it. Also our patio had an ashtray full of cigarettes and some empty beer cans but we called an they came to clean it. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock (the second door that led to a hallway) and so they looked the outside hallway door for us to make us feel safer. They said we had nothing to worry about, that the area was safe but I had two small kids and the idea of access to our cabin by anyone was definitely not okay. We ended up wedging a mop against a chair and against the door to lock it when we weren't there or sleeping. The advantage of them locking the outside door was that we had the sauna to ourselves which was lovely. I would say its a great space for 4 but the upstairs loft space has a very low ceiling so it is really more ideal for kids and not for anyone that might be a bit claustrophobic. Overall, friendly staff, great little bar on property with delicious food and perfect 2 night stay while meeting Santa.
