Nice hotels with ok gym (bad ac!) and sauna. Rooms were small.

Loved the room they gave us. We were staying for 5 nights and we got a larger room which was up on the 7th floor so quiet. Breakfast was busy but very good buffet. Excellent cocktails with an in-house do, giving a great vibe. Only downside for the hotel was the size of the gym which was too small for the size of the hotel.

Alt på hotellet var perfekt. Beliggenhed, kvalitet og komfort. Kæmpe plus at der var parkeringskælder.

Loved the breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever had, also loved the sauna!

Hotel condition was very good, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good, one of the best we have had in our significant travel throughout European countries. The air conditioning did not work very well but it was adequate. The TVs did not support screen sharing or casting your own content so if that’s a must for you that will be a problem. Parking is very limited and the garage is tight, even by European standards. Location is great and staff was outstanding.

街の中心にあるとても綺麗なホテルです。 以下、サウナの感想です。 ○セルフロウリュができる広くてムーディーなサウナ（75度） ○スタイリッシュな脱衣所での休憩 駅から徒歩で行ける近さの宿泊者専用のホテルサウナです。 壁の上部に等間隔で張り巡らされた小さな豆電球だけが唯一の灯りとなっており、明るさを最大限抑えられた広さのあるサウナ室は、その雰囲気に入った瞬間から魅了されます。 ドアの隙間が広く、セルフロウリュをしてようやく熱さを感じますが、サウナストーブが大きくてロウリュのやり甲斐がすごいあります。 水風呂はないのでシャワーで汗を流し、脱衣所にあるゆったりと腰をかけることができる木製チェアにて休憩。 サウナ室同様、間接照明で照らされた雰囲気が格別で洗練された空間に癒されます。 サウナの利用時間は17時から22時までと短く、朝は利用することができません。 ただ、夕食を摂る前か、寝る前のサウナとして旅程に組み込む価値はあります。

This hotel is all about the location! Do not think it could be any better. However, some things I'd like to have an improvement on and these are things I have already highlighted several times but nothing has been done. The gym should be open 24/7 and so should the sauna! The gym's super dark and immensly warm. Not the best equiptment either. Like super basic or even under the basic level. Super dark in the room as well, even if all the lamps are on. Quite noisy in the room esp as our window was now facing the main street and was at the second floor. could barely sleep. quite warm in the room too. no clue how the ac worked id it even did work (?) the breakfast's pretty crowded and maybe you should think about enlarging the breakfast area. I was missing peanut butter without added sugar and info on the fat % of the natural youghurt as well as on the cottage cheese. Was also missing info whether the berries contained sugar or not. the check in shoul go way faster without needing to wait in a long line. and I COULD NOT BELIEVE my ears when hearing we needed to pick a time when we go for breakfast in order to avoid the crowds. well we are on vacay, we want to have the freedom of eating and going whenever we want to and depending when we wake up etc. so this was clearly annoying! also, ive staye at the hotel several times but never have I managed to get a late check out. like NEVER! think this could be solved too.

Alles in allem sehr gut, besonders wenn man einen der Marski Parkplätze bekommt. Frühstück hervorragend, eine riesen Auswahl inklusive einer heißen Theke mit Koch.Leider hat die Bar am Montag und am Dienstag geschlossen.Das Zimmer und das Bad waren etwas klein mit wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten. Das wird allerdings seinen Grund im Zimmerpreis haben.

Hotel in posizione centralissima, davvero comoda per visitare la città. Lo staff alla reception è stato sempre gentile e disponibile: ci hanno procurato subito una culla che avevamo richiesto nelle note, anche se inizialmente non era presente in camera. Purtroppo, alcuni aspetti della struttura ci hanno deluso, in particolare la pulizia: abbiamo trovato una spazzola sotto al letto lasciata da un precedente ospite. Inoltre, non ci sono cestini adeguati per i rifiuti, e quelli lasciati sul tavolino (come bottiglie vuote) non sono mai stati rimossi per tutta la durata del soggiorno. I letti venivano rifatti in modo approssimativo e gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati. Infine, la struttura non è attrezzata adeguatamente per famiglie con neonati: riscaldare le pappe o preparare pastine si è rivelato piuttosto complicato. Nel complesso, ottima posizione e personale cortese, ma ci aspettiamo maggiore cura e attenzione per il comfort degli ospiti, soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli.

Brilliant customer service from staff. Excellent breakfast options. Furniture was a little tired, and the room was not vacuumed for the duration of the stay.

This hotel stay was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. But our experience could have been better. I loved our first room. The city view was amazing. We were at the 8th floor and the sounds from the streets below did not reach us at all. The interior of the room felt luxurious. I was in heaven until there was an incident with an unwanted bug and we changed room. The new room had no beautiful view, just an office building. The noise of partying people, cars and snow machines on the street was very disturbing and kept us awake. The room could have been cleaner. The floors felt dirty and we even found a dusty stuffed animal under the bed. I hate to complain, I really want to love this hotel, I did at first, but now I'm not sure I'll dare book a room here next time I visit Helsinki.

The pros: the quality of food at breakfast is very good for self-serve, buffet style standards. Reception Staff/check-in is friendly. The cons: non-existent room cleaning, even when you request it.

thank you for helping me. The staff was very polite as well. The breakfast was rich in variety and delicious. However, when I returned to the room in the evening after asking for make-up in the room, I was concerned because the floor was still dirty.

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Einziges Manko: Die Sauberkeit im Essbereich ist wirklich grenzwertig für so ein tolles Hotel. Tische kleben, das Geschirr ist nicht gründlich sauber gewaschen. Das war zum Teil echt eklig.

The hotel when you first walk in looks good. Check in takes around 10-15mins. There seems to be 2 hotels (old and newer) and we seemed to be in the old part. This part seems very old. The halls are dated but the main thing I notice is cleanliness. It’s not clean. The hallways are fall of crap on the carpet. While our room layout is good, it again doesn’t feel clean. There was someone’s sock on the floor which shows it hasn’t been cleaned properly. I would not stay in the hotel again and wouldn’t Recommend it for this reason. Even though it’s in a great location and the staff are lovely.

Be aware there is a nightclub out back which is open till 4am Wed-Sat and you can hear the music from the room. There was a greasy food mark on the floor of our room when we checked in which I reported to the reception and it took them two days with a reminder to get it cleaned properly. This all being said, it's a centrally located hotel, the beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains are good (a necessity in a Finnish summer!).

Ok but they did not clean the room every morning. Very unusual not having the room cleaned daily

Shower drain was clogged, last day we got stained sheets, and some areas was quite dusty. Other than than, the location and general feel of the property was great.

We had issue with air conditioning in first room, and we were shuffled to another room on the street side. Motorcycles loud, but quieted down. Beds were comfortable and amenities ok!

We spent two nights in the city and chose this hotel. It’s a bit far from the airport but perfectly located to walk around and enjoy the city. There’s a restaurant and bar right next door, a daily market by the harbor, a lovely park, and plenty of restaurants along the way. We booked the no window room out of curiosity, and it turned out to be great completely quiet. I especially enjoyed the sauna, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, I really liked the hotel and the area around it

Loved the Grand room with King bed but would recommend to tie the separate beds together and use a king bed topper when the customers have specifically booked a king bed. The room was quiet and spacious with a lovely view to the street. Very comfortable and stylish bathroom. Minibar with glasses, safe, kettle, bathrobes and ironing board all great!

Too hot the rooms underground

Rummet var mörkt, ganska dålig belysning. Fastän rummet var rymligt saknade vi någonstans att sätta resväskan. Hade önskat att det var mer praktiskt inrett. Mycket sköna sängar.

Location is the start. Near everything. To get to my room you have to walk. I was at the 4th floor but first you have to go to the 3th floor then walk and walk take another elevator to the 4th. To complicated to get to the room. Bathroom to small. Getting in and out of the shower for a handicapped almost impossible.

Fantastic location and friendly staff, but we were given a room on the first floor, and the hotel seemingly has a dj playing all evening both friday and saturday, which meant that a thumping bass made it very difficult to sleep before it ended sometime during the night. Kind of ruined the stay for us.

Showers need to be redesigned so they do not flood the bathroom floor. We used our towels to build a dam.

窓無しの部屋でしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。但し、地下の部屋であることの明記が無かったので、少し残念でした。

Front desk was really helpful and kind in helping us book a restaurant for the holidays

とても便利な立地。ホテルの目の前にトラム駅、デパートがある。デパートの地下には広い食品スーパーやカフェがあり、食事にも便利。 荷物のチェックイン・チェックアウト後の預かりはカードキーを使用して自分で共用のラゲージルームに預ける方法。盗難などの責任は自分にあると張り紙があるのと、預け荷物が多いときは出し入れが大変かもしれない。 窓なしの部屋に宿泊したが、地下の部屋だった。フロアの廊下や部屋には絵画や写真が飾られており、地下にありがちな暗い雰囲気はない。

The staff at the Marski were extremely helpful. We were only booked for one night initially with an overnight train the next night to Lapland. However, the airline lost our luggage which added some unexpected challenges. The staff members at the front desk were very accommodating even though we technically were no longer their guests as of noon. We ended up cancelling our other hotel and spending our last night in Helsinki at the Marski. Oh and the room was great too. Comfy bed, very clean.

Nice hotel but service was not at the same level as other times. My room was not prepared at 3PM went back to the room and still not done.

立地も良く朝食付きで朝食内容も良かった。 初日、タリンに早朝に行く事を話したら朝食時間前の出発の為サンドウィッチ、コーヒー、ヨーグルト、ジュース、フルーツをテイクアウトで用意してくれて心遣いに嬉しく感謝でした。 部屋も新しく冷蔵庫もありその前に宿泊したコペンハーゲンとストックホルムのスカンディックに比べ料金も安く全てにおいて満足できるホテルでした。 一つだけ残念だったのは 部屋の清掃は毎日されていたのにバスルームは使ったびしょびしょのタオルもそのままで清掃担当者が違うのかと不思議でした。 フロントでその事を伝え1回目はタオルのみもらい、2回目もメモも渡したができていなかったので再度フロントに行き話し、やっとバスルームのタオル交換してもらいました。 フロントの対応が素晴らしかったのにその事でマイナスポイントが付き残念でした。 おすすめできるホテルです。

Nice hotel. Only issue was their request for us to pay for an early check in. We knew we had arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags in the storage room. Reception said our rooms were ready and we could check in for an additional 40€ (I think). We weren’t bothered about checking in for that price, and were happy to leave our bags in the storage room for free. If the rooms are ready, why not just let us check in early? The ask for €40 just seemed unnecessary. But all said, a nice hotel, good location, and the reception staff were very polite.

Terrible front desk. How dare they can educate customer and said they can resell the room just because the customer was checked in late.

After 3 weeks all over Europe for our honeymoon, Marski was the ONLY hotel to acknowledge our honeymoon and went out of their way to make it special. They put rose petals on the bed, made sweet towel swans, and left a hand-written note along with a snack. We go to Europe often, and next time we'll only be staying at Scandic hotels because of how wonderful this experience was and how nice it was to finally feel like our honeymoon was acknowledged and made special.

All in all a good choice -- walkable from the station and to the city center, my room was quiet, convenient. A bit inconvenient: It may happen that you have to wait for 10-15 minutes to check in in the afternoon. The price-performance ratio is acceptable.

Quality hotel with good service and excellent location. Love the possibility to take sauna. Check in queues were too long though…

立地よし、おしゃれで快適です。トラムの乗り場も目の前で便利でした。チェックイン前やチェックアウト後の荷物預かりも、荷物部屋の鍵を貸していただいたのでスムーズでした。ほんとに宿泊してよかったです！

Amazing breakfast, lovely room, super clean, great location close to centre of Helsinki. Tram station straight outside, 10 min walk fro main station. Will be vision Helsinki in the winter and will stay here again….

Convenient location just a few minutes walk from the railway station. Excellent breakfast. I would have liked to be able to open the window which is why I can’t give the top score.

Centrally located for eveything! Extremely quiet and safe. Would highly recommend for any length of stay in Helsinki.

Everything was wonderful, including the staff, service, and my room. The location is within walking distance of the central Helsinki station, and there are plenty of shopping and dining options in the area.

Nice hotel in good location. Only bad thing to mention, hotel is located near some bars, and over the weekend you can hear a lot of drunk people on the streets. Sound from outside the hotel is very loud.

Had dinner at the restraunt and the meat on the designer burger was so under cooked… I asked for medium well done and I recurve raw it was still frozen inside … and they could not give me a new one nor put it back on the grill… food poising waiting to happen

The windowless sleeping room was done well with the forest scene. The breakfast was very good, enjoyed the variety and the focus on healthy Finnish food.

Very central, but the main restaurant could have wider opening hours.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city centre. This hotel was surprisingly better than I expected. The room was nice and the breakfast was really good. It was like a brunch at the weekend with a fresh waffle station, a juice bar and an omelette station as well.

Great location easy short walk from the train station. Amazing breakfast the best we have ever had in Europe! Being a vegan I’ve never had so many options while traveling. Comfortable bed & nice room.

Svårt att hitta vad man sökte vid frukosten pga mycket folk och dåligt om utrymme samt maten utplacerad på stationer långt ifrån varandra. Svårt att klara sig på svenska på detta hotell. Trevlig personal.

Bodde på detta hotell för andra gången nu och hit kommer vi säkert tillbaka.Läget kan inte bli mycket bättre och rummet var jättefint och mysigt. Frukosten var bland de absolut bästa vi ätit på något hotell tidigare! Helt underbart och så gott. Personalen var trevlig och service inriktad. Rekommenderas varmt.
