The hotel was centrally located near all tourist stops. Was walkable to all areas. Only a few blocks to the harbor and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in a fantastic location! Everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Sauna was amazing.

Very bad experience indeed. The room was not made when I arrived, and my key card did not work to get the light on in the room. Was too tiered to tell, I had to get up early to work. Reported it all next day, and they promised to fix it all. But, no... same problem next day. And, the room was just half made. No soap in the shower, litter box not emptied etc. I complained again, but they said nothing could be done. And did not get a room, so had to live in darkness without even the possibility of charging my phone. Worst service I have ever experienced. Scandic hotels are usually ok, but keep a long distance from this one. If there is a problem, you will not get help, and they do not care obout you!
