Place in a good area over all, some construction being done in the area. But it is easy to walk to other areas for dining and bars. Bar in hotel had VERY LIMITED SELECTIONS. Not sure if the bar tender was being rude or the bar was low on ingredients . They had no tequila brands and no lemons. Bar tender was rude as well when we asked about limited selections

It was ok. They needed to take the money we paid and fix things. Shower, tv, hairdryer and very humid in the room. Also add FREE breakfast please. Be nice if the had parking garage. Also ice machines were broken on half of the floors.

Pool water was extremely cold , although the kids had fun the temperature made it hard to enjoy especially since it was indoor. Parking really was a headache and all the construction/ renovation. Bathroom in room could have been more cleaned. Only ice machine worked was 4th floor and the vending machines only had diet soda. The breakfast was good it’s just that my family thought that it would look like the pictures they have on the website. It wasn’t so that was disappointing but Overall my family and I loved the room/ stay 🙂 & front desk women was nice.

The staff was all very nice! Our bathtub dripped allllll night, the stopper for the bathtub also did not work. The air unit also could not be adjusted. The pool was FREEZING, our kids couldn't enjoy it at all as they turned blue after being in it for about 10 minutes. The parking for this hotel is also not ideal. My husband did not feel safe walking the block to park at night downtown as there was glass shattered on the ground from noticeable break-ins. He stated that a woman alone should not stay there with the parking situation, which I guess you could use the Valet! Just not a very safe enviroment.

Construction around the building limited parking so if you weren’t lucky enough to snag one of the few free spots you had to pay to park. Elevators took forever and there was three of them!! Cleaning staff was super friendly in the hall! Pool was super cold and a lot of things floating around inside. Would stay again but not until the parking is under control!

Thia hotel needs some maintenance done. Out of 3 elevators, only 1 worked and it actually quit for several hours! Parking was also horri ble. They also need to enforce the NO SMOKING in this hotel!! It Reeked of marijuana. Real nice guys for all the families there with their kids for a Monster Truck show.

The hotel did not have any ice makers on any floor that worked. At checkout, I mentioned this fact, and they said they had ice at the desk. No one told us this until checkout. Lot of help that was. There was no parking which was not mentioned. I had to park in a garage 3 1/2 blocks away. This was in a dark, desolate area. Walking back to the hotel after dark by myself was not ideal. The girl that checked us in was not friendly. I could barely hear her and she was not helpful. The pool area had no towels on both days we were there. The door to our room 231 did not shut good and was hard to open and close. You had to shove it with your shoulder. I was very disappointed with this hotel for the money that was charged. I will never stay there again.

The indoor pool was amazing, breakfast service was great and rooms were super clean. However check in was at 3 and our room wasn’t ready until almost 7, I understand delays but they couldn’t give an ETA and when I asked if they could call me when the room was ready they never did I finally had to call back and ask what was the status and then they finally said it was ready. Lack of communication was very frustrating but other than that staff was super friendly and overall good location :)

The site stated parking available. There was no parking on site. You had to go pay for parking in a city lot that was in a bad part of town. I observed guests removing the license plates from their cars so they wouldn’t get stolen. Check in process was not easy from getting to the front door to checking in. Only one person was behind the counter.After getting up to the room, there was only two sets of bath towels when I made a reservation for four people to be in the room. They advised they were having a shortage and were limiting the number of towels in the room. The carpet was filthy. It did not provide a safe and clean atmosphere. Will never stay there again. Ended up leaving and not staying at all. The pool water was also extremely cloudy that you couldn’t even see past the first step going into the water.

I have stayed in better hotels for much less money. The hotel overall is in need of a deep deep clean! Upon checking in garbage cans by the front door overflowing - the room had a dirty deeply stained chair that smelled air conditioning in room didnt work - never got fixed after calling the front desk - it was 78 degrees just miserable peeling paint in the bathroom dirty stained carpets

It was horrible and i would like my money back. It was my daughter's sweet 16 and ahe sad this hotel ruined it. There were bugs in the room. The room did not have a shower Curtain in it. The fridge didnt get cold. Man it was horrible. I will never stay here again. I want a full refund for the roaches.

The main areas of the property were nice. The room its self was nice. The bathroom on the other hand was not the best. The tub was painted and peeling, there were handprints on the ceiling, there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The beds were nice the room was large. The main door did not work properly and you had to lift quite hard to close it.

Cleanliness was very well . But the parking was out of control coming from miles away I wasn’t expecting to have to park my vehicle miles away . They was no breakfast as stated and it was an additional $50 hold on my card check out days ago still haven’t received my refund . On top of the weed smell was very loud and uncomfortable.

The bartender was awesome. The towels in the room were dirty and the room was freezing with no way to change temp. It was difficult to get there but they did have construction around them.

Overall, the hotel was a pleasant stay; however, there was so much noise throughout the night. Our room was near the elevator, and it is very apparent that they need serviced/replaced. I felt slightly unsafe due to our door having issues closing. With some updates, the hotel would be excellent.

Light by the head board was broken in the room just dangling , tv screen was broken still worked but you could see the led lights through the picture. Ice machines did not work on the first 2 floors. No ac in the restaurant. Room had a smell to it I had to buy air freshener. Staff was nice and pleasant. Property needs some up keep

We had so many small issues with our room, that we cannot just ignore them. Toilet handle broken, telephone broken, bath tap very difficult to turn on, no hair dryer, cupboard door almost falling off, stained bedding, only 5 tissues in the box.. the saving grace is that the staff were truly amazing, and the location is fantastic. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our room, but overall it could use a little TLC.

We had to get our room changed. The first room had a toilet that would not stop running and it wouldnt drip below 76 degrees. The lady at the front dest until 11pm was so nice and helpful. The second room was huge and much better!

Checkin was terrible. We arrived to a huge line waiting an hour after checkin was available. Was told at desk rooms were not ready. Took our number and never called. Checked in at midnight and hotel overbooked so we got a king bed. Hotel is nice, desk staff so-so and breakfast room staff awesome.

They were not prepared for check in for the Morgan Wallen concert .. we waited in line for 2 hours to check in .. they had 2-3 people working.. this was 4 when we got there .. girl checking me in was sooooooo rude .. told me the rooms weren’t ready and there MAY be one for us after the concert .. I said May ?? I had this reservation for 3 months .. she then looked the other direction & wouldn’t look or talk to me .. yes it upset me .. not to sound you know bad but she wasn’t the MW kind so she was over us all .. now to bartender at the bar there .. he was fantastic and let me say we were feeling very well by the time we got through the line .. the room was fine .. not sure they even changed the sheets but I was so tired I didn’t even care .. but hotel was nice

This was a great area to stay. It was quiet in our room and we were able to walk to several of our destinations. Lashona at the front desk was wonderful. They gave a recommendation for breakfast, it the place was so amazing!

The front desk is as amazing! Once of the clerks even let us borrow her charging block because we had lost ours! Management had brownies and strawberries made for my friend and I for our birthdays!! Overall an amazing experience and would be glad to stay again at this hotel!!

We showed up to the hotel at check-in time, and there were literally over 100 people standing in line to get checked in…. Staff said that the rooms were not clean yet.. We were going to a concert, and needed our room to get cleaned up and changed.. We never got to check in until after the concert.. My fiancé had to get ready in the public bathroom, by the lobby…. It was very irritating that i paid so much for a hotel room, and we couldn’t even check in before the concert…. Kind of ridiculous

Stayed 1 night and the shower had no water pressure to even take a shower. Once in bed for the night during the quiet hours the room next door woke up with loud music and partying with drinking and recreational smoking. Took service desk about an hour and a half to resolve the situation.

We went on a family in town getaway and gave them a chance FAILED.. the front desk people were very friendly BUT our room smelled of urine the pool was dirty AND then we paid for breakfast OMG WORST EVER we could’ve went out to eat no turkey products only pork not a fresh fruit in sight no juice machine just some milk on ice and a man pouring water out of a pitcher…I am not pleased with my experience especially when I wasted my points

Everyone that works there was amazing and very nice. The parking is absolutely horrendous. There’s no on site parking and the parking lots they suggest is very small. We also ate at the restaurant that was out of a lot of of items but the burger was delicious. The room was dated but the pillows and bed were both pretty comfy. The breakfast they offer is a total joke and half of it it was out or cold. But the staff were definitely working hard and very nice.

Staff, for the most part, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Restaurant was terribly limited in food choices at breakfast and dinner - no luinch service. Lounge and food services closed prior to published times and both closed too early in the evening.

Shower had wall leak bubbling behind paint Floor on Bathroom side was soaked? It would soak my socks in seconds? Phone in room did not work? Odd? Surprised they would rent in this shape? Also no breakfast as advertised? Said kitchen is under repair? Sad. Misrepresentation of their room offer. I booked 2 nights. Bait and switch deal! NG!
