Stayed 3 nights

The hotel was deplorable!!! The only clean and decent part of it was the lobby and the staff. The carpet was disgusting throughout and was badly stained and the hallways and room stank to high heavens. I asked for the room to be changed 3 times and they were pretty much the same - dark, smelly and dingy. I finally found one I could tolerate but I would never stay here again!!!!!!!!!!! and I would advise you to stay away!!!! I had stayed here a year ago & it was not this bad. I believe they turned this into a shelter or something of that nature. People were n the lobby cursing up a storm and I actually saw a police running after someone. Lordy lordy! I wish I could afford to leave, but unfortunately I was stuck there! But like I said, never again!

Stayed 2 nights

You get what you pay for....we paid for 2 nights and left after the first night. The furniture was outdated. The elevators were outdated. One side of the elevator didn't stop on our designated floor. Disappointed with no hot water for a shower. The mattress was not top quality and decided to make the 6 hour drive back then stay another night at the hotel. I will definitely be upgrading hotel preference the next time.

Stayed 3 nights

My wife and I bought a room for 3 nights. I stayed the first night and had surgery the next day. When we got to our room, the toilet water looked dirty. I flushed it and fecal matter came up and it about overrun. Called the staff and they moved us to another room. Went to turn the TV on and there was.no remote. Called the front desk they brought another remote to find out the t.v didn't get any channels.
