Nice room and pool

We loved the pool, it was nice and also warm enough to enjoy. thank you for being thoughtful. The only negative, the blanket between the sheets was dirty; coffee stains on it. Kind of grossed us out. We noticed it on the second day.

Room was nice. Too bad bar & restaurant closed on Friday & Saturday nights so had to drive if wanted a drink and food. Asked for garbage in room to be emptied & no one came so had to ask again - maybe lack of staff? Otherwise great location

Only a one night stay, but very satisfactory. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff made check in and check out very easy. The only complaint I have is that the pool had a VERY strong chlorine odor, and it was only 3 feet 6 inches deep all the way across. Definitely only for the kids. All in all a good stay, though.

It was all good...bar stayed open after midnight so that was a plus & the cookies are always a treat.

Restaurant and bar were closed all day and facility was under construction. The reason I chose the location was because those amenities.

The outside looks nice, but rooms are run down. We didn't have a fan in the bathroom or it didn't work so the whole room got humid whenever you opened the bathroom door after a shower. Bed was rock hard and we both left after two days with back pain. Fridge also didn't work. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was a buffet that was $15 per adult, we didn't try it so I can't give a review. W e absolutely love staying in the area of Brookfield when we come down to Milwaukee 3-4 times a year, but we will be choosing a different hotel next stay. Pool and hot tub had such a strong chemical smell our eyes turned red and watered. Also, the pool was not well maintained and gross.

Over all it was a good stay pool is shallow but nice

Everything was great. The only drawback was the fitness area had no cleaning wipes and there was no soap in the bathroom dispensers.

I thought the room was clean when we checked in dropped off our stuff and came late back to the hotel and there was a dirty sock near bed , a used wash cloth hanging on shower curtain and on the side of the couch a red stain not good at all

Capet are dirty and tub is rusty. I experienced itching with 5 to 7 red spots on my body after a night sleeping on the bed.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very helpful and always smiling.

I liked this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I didn't notice any strange smells. The air conditioner worked quietly.

The room looks nothing like the pictures. it just looks and feels dirty. the bathroom shower doesn’t even drain, it’s all just a mess.

This Hotel seemed to be older. There was some mold build up in the bathroom and the room smelded musty, because they hadn't turned on the air conditioning. The employee at the front desk spoke kind but was interested in his cell phone.

Hotel is very old and everything seems to be falling apart Breakfast service wasn’t friendly Room was not vacuumed because I found garbage on the ground and old charger I would not recommend this hotel

Older property, friendly staff

I had a great one night stay for summer fest, the bed was comfy, parking was easy. The front desk was helpful. I would stay again!

We booked a king suite, which sleeps 4. Two would sleep on the king bed and the other two would sleep on the queen pull out couch. In our first room the bathtub plug didn’t work, the cold water handle on the faucet wouldn’t budge (so you could only wash your hands with scalding hot water), the refrigerator was broken, and the phone didn’t work. All a recipe for disaster with two toddlers. We expressed our concerns about the room (which they didn’t write down) and they moved us to another king suite. Mind you, this all happened at 9 PM when our toddlers should have long been asleep. We get to the new room and the bathtub plug doesn’t work, the cold water handle is still dodgy, and to top it all off, the pull out bed is COMPLETELY broken, falling in on itself broken. We call again to express our concerns and are told there are no more rooms available to move us to, other than separating our group and putting two of us in one king room and the other two staying in the current room. This was our first time traveling with our kids, and we did not want to separate. In the end, my husband ended up putting the pullout mattress on the floor just so we could get our kids to sleep. The cherry on top was that once we got everyone settled for the night, we realized that the air conditioner was working but sounded like a freight train. Went down in the morning and cancelled the remainder of our stay. Luckily the staff was understanding and refunded the first night.

Clean but needs updated. Bathrooms had issues and furniture was old.

Did not get the room that I had reserved and the smoke alarm kept beeping throughout the whole entire night

The room was very large and comfortable . It was also very clean and well stocked . Only problem the remote didn’t work. Had a difficult time shutting the tv off. Also the toilet handle stuck.

This hotel is so pretty. Just really well done. Quiet, very spread out. Big rooms & most importantly - clean & safe! Shane at the front desk was so helpful, professional, friendly & kind!

The personnel is friendly and willing to help. However, the cleaning services and physical property needs attention. Cleaning the room every 5 days is not acceptable.

The buffet breakfast was not appetizing at all and had to go elsewhere every morning. I would not go back again

Front desk attendant was rude and sloppy. I asked about a free breakfast because that’s what was on the website and she laughed at me. The rooms are old and dingy. There’s holes in the walls and the story has stains all over it. The elevator looks like it’s not been vacuumed in years. So embarrassing to have to pay for this stay. I also called the front desk for coffee pods and she never brought them.

I stay at this location whenever I travel. It's conveniently located to food, shopping and the airport. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The only issue with this stay was I reported that the water kept running when I flushed the toilet and one of the sliding closet doors was off the hinge, making it difficult to open or close the closet. These repairs were not addressed during my stay. It will not, however, prevent me from returning.

We had a good stay. Stayed one night. Found a breakfast place right next door. Planty of parking on the property. Room is clean enough.

Very safe area

Hotel is next to many shopping and food options, Major Hwy to get into Milwaukee. Very Clean and comfortable room. I just wish people learn to not let the room door slam shut!! come on man!
