家族で利用しました。コストパフォーマンスに優れ、こちらの要望にも迅速かつ笑顔でご対応頂き非常に助かりました。また、隣に大型のショッピング施設があり、ちょっとした買物にも便利です。駐車場は正面のものは駐車場可能台数が少なめですが、裏の駐車場は広いので問題ありませんでした。

大浴場が非常に狭い。特に洗い場の隣後ろとの距離が近いのがストレスだった。湯温も夏場に41.8度は熱すぎて浸かれない。コインランドリーは館内に4台しかなく、待ち時間が2時間強と長いので台数を増やしてほしいし、利用する場合は、早い時間に利用した方が良い。館内、客室等は、清掃も行き届いていて清潔なので、気持ちが良かった。

客室はコンパクトですが、清潔感もあり、良かったと感じました。スタッフも対応は良かったですが、ロビーに人が溜まっていることが多かった様で、いつも人が多かったと感じました。 1階に男性用大浴場があり、その上がロビーフロアになりますが、1階に行くときも戻るときもエレベーターがロビーフロアに停止しないから、とてもスムーズに移動出来ました。今回は朝食付プランでしたので、朝の7時過ぎにレストランへ行きましたがレストランが混んでいたので、少し待つ事になりました。自分は5分程の待ち時間でしたが、今回は長い時間混んでいた様でした。その為に、メニューの欠品対応が少し悪かった様に感じました。メニューは多くて、美味しかったですが、出来ることならサラダ用の小皿があると嬉しかったです。名古屋飯感は余り無かった様に感じました。ホテルから名古屋駅に行くのも、繁華街に行くのもちょっと歩きだと中途半端な距離感ですが、歩き馴れた人には良い距離感です。また泊まりたいホテルの一つになりました。

朝食付きにしましたが、とても美味しく頂きました。ロビーにはアメニティ、飲み物、アイスが常設されていました。大浴場もあったのですが、女性風呂は常に混雑マークでしたが、時間もあったので行ってみましたがやっぱり大混雑でした。洗い場も少なく、みんな立って順番待ちしていたので、温まるだけにして、部屋のバスルームを使いました。その点だけが残念でしたが、他は居心地よい素敵なホテルでした！

いつも使うホテルよりはお値段も高く期待していましたが、私的には清潔感にかなりかけていました。部屋のトイレ前脱衣所の壁紙が剥がれていたり、特に気になったのが女性用の共同のお風呂。脱衣所が汚れていたり、洗い場はカビや汚れがひどく、私的には気持ち悪くて、部屋でもう一度シャワーをし直しました。多分、次回は無いと思います。

スタッフの方々の対応はすごくよかったです。ただお部屋の清掃が行き届いてないなぁと思いました。カーテン開けたらすごい埃が舞ったのと、お風呂場と洗面所の赤カビが気になりました。お布団とかもちょっとバサバサしただけで埃が飛んでました。私も子供もハウスダスト・埃のアレルギーがあり、軽い喘息の発作と蕁麻疹が出ました。空気清浄機があって良かったのですが、赤くランプついているのが何度もありました。トイレとお風呂場が別々になっているのはとても良かったです。朝食もとても美味しかったです。お値段は4人で泊まって安かったので、妥当なお値段だったかなと思います。

The hotel comes with a public bath but I didn’t have time to use it during my stay unfortunately. Overall it was a pretty pleasant experience. Check-in/check out was incredibly simple. The staff there speak English pretty well so didn’t run into too much trouble there. The room itself was comfortable but not cleaned very well. Cleanliness might be closer to a 3.5/5. Otherwise enjoyed my stay.

宿泊した客室のドアはエレベーターホールから丸見え。安全性の面で気になった。今回は出張のため利用したが、机がせまく、椅子も背もたれがないので、長時間のデスクワークには適さない。駅から少しはなれているが、不便ではなかった。女性一人客が安全に泊まれるよう、また部屋で快適に仕事ができるよう改善いただけるとありがたい。

The bed room not enough the pillow . I’m booking the bed room is 2 adult 2 children . The bedroom have two pillows is not enough. I asked the staff want more pillows , he said is nothing. 立地はよかったです。部屋はかなり狭くスーツケースは開けておいておけません。お風呂も家庭のお風呂を広くしたような狭さでビックリ致しました。ただ、ドライヤーがダイソンだったのはかなりポイント高かったです。

The parking was full, so i parked at the loading zone to unload my luggage and my wife and kids. They insist i go find a parking spot somewhere before i can check-in. So my wife and kids waited half an hour in the lobby so i can i park my car. They could of let me check-in and let my family into the room so i can take my time finding parking. It would have been another 2 minute. There was NO one else waiting that time or at the loading area. We drove 5 hours to get to the hotel. Later on i saw another customer vehicle stayed there all night at the loading zone. Staff also speak absolutely no english.

客室はティファニーカラーでポップな感じで、ビジネルホテルと言うより、女子友にピッタリなインテリアでした。　大浴場はシンプルな作りで、さすがダイワロイネットの系列だけあって、お湯の循環タームは短く清潔で、洗い場の排水の勾配もしっかりして、周りに迷惑をかけることなくスムーズでした。飲料水の提供もあり、大浴場営業中に３度の清掃もあるみたいで、常に清潔に保たれていました。一点不満は、シャワーのレバーを引いてからの一回のタームが短すぎで、１回のシャンプーで10回はレバーを引く必要があったかと思います。　セルフのアメニティ類も充実していて、カミソリのキレ味は素晴らしく、コーヒーがとても美味でした。　　不満点は、安かったので仕方ないですが、最寄りの地下鉄の駅まで徒歩約15分掛かったことと、フロントの対応で、最もポピュラーな名古屋城までのバスの行き方を尋ねても、携帯電話で慌てて探したり、ネットが繋がりにくいので…と、なかなか教えてもらえず、少し勉強不足は否めないと思いました。フロントスタッフが皆若く、笑顔が少なくホスピタリティはあまり感じず、柱になる教育出来る人材がダイワロイネットから１名くらい派遣されては？と正直感じました。

今回は娘の２０歳の誕生日を迎えた記念ある親子での旅行だったんですが、宿泊前からそんな娘へのサプライズとしてお部屋をアップグレードして頂くなどの心細やかなご対応を頂き、心から感謝でした…娘には到着まで内緒にしていたので、素敵なお部屋に大変喜びました！綺麗に行き届いた女性専用フロアや大浴場、そしてロビーにある豊富なアメニティー類に無料アイス等々。。到着からチェックアウトまでとても快適に過ごせました！また名古屋へ来た際は是非こちらのホテルを利用したいと思います！この度はありがとうございました！！

館内は清潔でとても綺麗で、朝食も美味しかったです。またスタッフさんの対応も良かったのですが、３日前に移動式ベッドをつけてもらえるのか電話で確認していたにもかかわらず予約人数が違っていて受付時間がかなりかかってしまったのは残念でした。

ホテルの前に駐車場があり（20台あるかないか）で、停められない時はホテルの裏側にも大きな駐車場がありそこにも停めることが出来ます。チェックインした時に、駐車場代1200円と宿泊料金を先に払うシステムです。後はカードキーを機械で必要枚数発行します。ホテルの部屋はとても綺麗です。一階に男性の大浴場、14階に女性専用大浴場があります。ホテルの前にセブンイレブン。隣にはドンキがあって買い忘れやちょっと何か欲しい時にはすごく便利です。朝食もバイキング式で美味しかったです。また、名古屋に行く際は利用したいと思います。

お盆休みに宿泊しました。エレベーターの稼働が遅く、エレベーター待ちの大行列ができていました。朝食会場のエアコンが故障しており、エアコンから水がダダ漏れでした。エアコン近くの席は椅子もびしょ濡れでした。

今回ジブリパークへ行く前日と当日の2泊宿泊しました。当日朝早く出発するので、朝食を前日に頂きたいとお願いしましたが、対応してもらえ無かったのが残念でした。その他は大浴場も利用出来、アメニティーも必要なものだけもらえるのがよかったです。部屋も清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。
