The description in the listing is very deceptive. These are not "apartments" — they are dorm rooms, and the building is a dorm that is used by students. And the rooms are tiny — barely big enough for one person, let along two — with minimal amenities. The claim that it is "steps from the best attractions, dining, and entertainment" is a blatant lie (unless you consider "steps" being your daily Fitbit goal). There is literally one college-type bar within walking distance. The only good thing is that it's next door to Navarra Arena. I won't be staying there again.

Clean room, lovely helpful receptionists, and good location for university. Quiet generally around the building and safe. Nice rooftop views. Beds could be more comfortable (topper mattress added?) and a few more toiletries (shampoo only provided but no conditioner, shower gel or tissues). Perfect for 1-2 nights.

Quiet location with a bit of a walk to the central plaza and restaurants. A good deal for when city is busy in festival as bus is across the street and drops off block to plaza de toros. Staff was friendly and helpfull laundry area came in handy for long travel

Great last minute place to stay for San Fermin. Bus stop right out front was able to take us to city center. Only downfall is it’s pretty far from restaurants and eateries but overall property was clean, decent gym, and very friendly hosts.
