The property is a great value. While we did experience some issues (malfunctioning toilet), the indoor pool and hot tub was open late, and the staff were fantastic! We were disappointed that breakfast options ran out on New Years day. But I highly recommend!

When we first checked in bathroom was disgusting covered in unclean area spoke to manager right away she was very nice in changing our room We have stayed here before definitely not as clean as used to be

This property is beautiful and spotless. The staff was great. The breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub were very clean, plenty of towels, and the water made my skin feel so soft after. The shampoo and conditioner in the rooms is 10/10! we really enjoyed our stay!

The room was not clean and the beds were very uncomfortable. When sitting in the lobby, the furniture was dirty and stained and there was trash in the plants. I wouldn’t stay again.

We checked in after a long day at the Christmas festivities in ogunquit. I got in my pajamas and laid on my bed. After a few minutes I realized my pants were getting wet. I looked and the sheets were wet in a circle, and the fourth er down you got the wetter it was. I pulled my hand off while I was on the phone with Chris the manager and realized it was urine. The last guest had wet the bed and I had laid in it- gross. They switched us to the room across the hall. I ahead to showere to get someone else’s urine off me. Got into new dry pajamas and got into my bed again. At 9:30 we pulled out the couch so my oldest could go to sleep and the pull out bed mattress was completely bare- unmade. So again I had to cal down to the front desk so they could Bring up linens, so I could make that bed. The manager was swift in helping us. But it was not very relaxing after a long day especially when we paid over $200 to stay there for only 19 hours. I was very disappointed in the state of the room and seemingly lacking room service, and would like some sort of refund on our rate.

Beautiful and new facility with amenities we have come to expect from Hilton. Extremely disappointed with the sound-proofing. The walls are like paper-thin and I could hear the neighboring kids bickering and adults talking throughout the night.

Stayed here in 2 rooms for a family long weekend. Overall nice service, pool area was very clean, hot tub was nicely hot and breakfast was clean and offered make your own waffles and some good options for little kids. We were dissapointed that we had been told that we would have adjoining rooms only to get there and to be told that this had been canceled- with small children this made it quite difficult. Location is good if you're trying to take a quick drive to downtown Ogunquit. My only significant complaint is the BEDS and bedding. I have stayed in many hotels like this over the past few years and this might be the worst bed/bedding set we have had. The pillows make Walmart pillows look thick- the duvet cover consistently came off the actual duvet and the bed mattress squeaked and creaked like it was something from Temu. Given this- we would stay elsewhere- at least until they update their beds.

Excellent hotel - clean, comfortable. Only down was that the $75 pet fee was a surprise. It was not posted on the Orbitz site. I think the property should know how others are representing their hotel. The front desk clerk was a bit blunt.

This was a beautiful well kept hotel with all amenities. We had to bring our dog and it was so convenient from rm to door for pet relief. The staff were all wonderful from the front desk to kitchen. Staff was very professional and Friendly. There was a minor issue with the thermostat in our room, (battery needed replacement). They insisted on moving us to an upgraded room for our inconvenience even though we were happy with the room we had.

Location was very convenient to both Ogunquit an Kennybunkport. Supermarket, Walgreens & CVS adjacent. My room 109 so conveniently located. The daybed in room was so comfortable for reading, writing, watching TV. Could not have been a better lodging experience!

The rooms were so well planned out with the sink outside the bathroom. Ample room with the suite option. Clean and quiet. Loved the swimming pool, fabulous and whirlpool. They really need a skid free mat from pool to whirlpool, someone can slip! Only complaint was breakfast, Not too many healthy choices, would rather some mixed fruit or oranges. loads of carbs and sugars):, should be looked at. Thank you!

Overall the stay was great. One suggestion: please offer some more fruit options at breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and the only fruit offered every morning was apples. Apples are great but not everyone eats those, so maybe have some bananas or oranges?
