Breakfast is served in pool area and is lacking and humid. The facility needs a face lift and we were on rhe third floor with no elevator . The location is acceptible for shoping and close enough to port for ferry service. The staff was nice and property was an okay value. I would seek other options at an increase in price.

My wife, daughter stopped for two days in Cape Cod prior to going to Boston for the Ordination of a friend. The hotel was close to shopping with many great restaurants within walking distance. It had a indoor and outdoor pool and daily light breakfast served daily. Free parking and easy check in with Cliff who was very friendly and helpful.

My granddaughter and I stayed here for three nights. We were greeted warmly and Cliff even helped us bring our bags to our room. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub which were well maintained! We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. We truly loved staying here and are already making plans to return!

Staff are fantastic. From the front desk to the helpful young gentleman who help with the luggage the people here were great. Parking is sufficient, both indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub, breakfast has plenty of options and walking distance to many amenities. The mall is an 8 minute drive. Clean, adequate sized rooms with balcony.

First time and will definitely be back. Love the option of indoor & outdoor pool. Room was very clean. Great continental breakfast. Every staff we encountered very helpful and most friendly. Stairway to our room (310) needs cleaning and stairs very close together.

I chose this property because of the great reviewed it had about cleanliness. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating! However, once we got to the room, I found mold along the sides in the bathtub . Lots of it. I’m really Sorry but I won’t be coming back here unless that mold is cleaned out. That’s a health hazard.

Room was fairly clean, horrible musty/mildew smell. Was actually so strong it kept me from sleeping the first night. Beds are very firm, by night 3 my back was very done. Clearly small children above us, jumping running at all hours - wish they would put families with small kids maybe first floor? Area very convenient to shopping and dining. Not the best area, lots of homeless. Overall our stay was fine. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

The bed was comfy and no bed bugs. Great black out curtain. My roomie and I both slept like logs. The only downside to the room is the toilet and toilet paper holder. We had to take the paper out of the holder because we couldn’t reach the paper on the other side of the bathroom. The toilet was also very small and short and took many flushes to get it to work. If there was no counter next to it to help propel me up, I don’t think I would be able to stand up easily. Im tall, but my roomie is 5’2 and she thought the toilet was also unusually low to ground.

Great location for Hy-Line ferry, this one has free breakfast, swimming pool. Only thing the bed is out dated and bed sheets are old, need to change those. The TV was bad and internet was slow. The maid lost my own wash cloth that I brought from home, carelessly….

Most comfortable beds ever! Bathroom was dated. Hotel needs many updates. Staff was excellent especially Pete and Patrick. If you have any questions ask Patrick, he is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great front desk service—so friendly and helpful with our questions. Great value for money. However, the bed is too soft and saggy, bathroom needs a renovation. But I would stay here for the price for what you get, but if you want a firm bed, do not stay here :).

Stayed at the Hyannis Travel Inn on Wednesday and loved it! Patrick and the front desk team were welcoming and even helped us safely store our bikes—Patrick, an avid cyclist, shared great trail tips too. The rooms are clean, parking is easy, and the location is perfect. We also met the owner, Liam Monaghan, who was warm and genuine—clearly proud of his staff’s hospitality. The “super” continental breakfast offered everything from bagels and Danish to yogurt and cereal. Friendly staff, great location, and extra touches that make traveling easy—we highly recommend this place!

The hospitality was exceptional. The front desk had one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He even wrote a map to guide us around the cape. It was very helpful, great food recommendations as well. The rooms were clean. Honestly one of the better stays I’ve had anywhere. Will definitely come back

Outstanding! Really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic service — you could tell the staff really cared about the guests. Greatly warmly at check in and every time we went to breakfast or the pool. Great location convenient to Hyannis Main Street, short drive to family friendly Dennis area beaches. Would recommend checking the price of directly booking through the Hyannis Travel Inn’s website — you may be able to save a few dollars.

This was a great hotel with a friendly staff. When the front desk attendant asked if we could use extra towels, and we told them yes. The towels were already in our room by the time we went to get our luggage and go to the room. The attendant also asked if we needed help with our luggage. It was also very close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.

It’s in a great area - safe, convenient, walkable to lots of restaurants & stores & the harbor. Friendly & accommodating staff. Room’s clean. Breakfast options could be improved though, maybe add eggs & breakfast meats to the table. Appreciate having coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator in the room! I would recommend this place to friends & family.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Could walk everywhere. The only thing yhey could improve on is to provide more protein options other than yogurt at breakfast. Boiled eggs would be something they buy already cooked.

Loved this motel, perfectly placed, clean, comfortable big rooms with everything you need. The 2 chaps on the desk were very good and hilarious and made the stay super enjoyable. Great breakfast and facilities. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was very limited. Coffee was awful. Seating (tables) were dirty. Breakfast was served in an area that had a pool and hot tub. No a/c. 3 or 4 tables outside. Very disappointing.

We had a great time at this hotel. It was nice and clean, the staff is super accommodating, friendly and helpful, it's conveniently located and the price was fair. They also allowed us to check out a little later to enjoy the pool some more. The olnly thing I missed was eggs and bacon for breakfast; they did have a good spread of pastries, cereals and yogurt thought. We'd definitely come back.

This place is a gem. Clean facilities, pool and jacuzzi. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and very close to main st where all food and shops are. The only suggestion I have is the complimentary breakfast should be expanded and is limited to starches, pastries, breads and cereals with yogurts as the only protein. But it’s all laid out very nicely.
