The staff is extremely friendly and respectful. The room was spacious, well kept, amenities provided, safe neighborhood, outstanding restaurants walking distance, & plenty of pharmacies close by. There is also a Starbucks across the street but there is coffee/juice bar downstairs next to a yoga gym. The restaurant downstairs under the hotel is outstanding with great music and drinks, indoors or outdoors. The courtyard is absolutely spacious, filled with a beautiful garden to drink your coffee.

La estancia fue agradable, cumplió perfectamente lo esperado. Lugar idéntico a las fotos. Sin duda regresaré y será de mis lugares favoritos para hospedarme. En las mañanas dan café de cortesía. Lo único que no me pareció es que la publicación menciona que hay estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad pero no que tiene costo por noche.

Staying in Roma Nte was a great location as it has semi quiet neighborhoods and lots of shops and restaurants. Centrally located apartment hotel, well furnished. There is a yoga studio, a coffee bar and a sirloin taco restaurant in the lobby area. Staff is generally friendly especially the security guards at the entrance. Full but small kitchen great for preparing snacks or breakfast. I would return!

Staff service was great, specially security guard Karina. Great location. We felt safe all the time (in and outside). There are plenty of restaurante and coffee shops around. If you are staying in the rooms 103 or 105 you might hear noise from the restaurant below, but in the other floors noise is tolerable. Breakfast was small but of a very good quality. We will definitely book again.

Great experience and the location is perfect. I have stayed in a few different areas, and this was by far one of the best locations for getting anywhere. The staff was great, the building and room were perfect. Also great taco 🌮 restaurant on thr complex so that was another extra point!

The apartment-hotel is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent and it was surprisingly quiet. The noise level might change as they are opening up a beautiful restaurant downstairs that will be open in the evenings. The housekeeping, while appearing clean, lacks attention to detail. Upon arrival, our soap dispensers were empty, the toilet had paper in it and wasn’t flushed, and there was definitely some kind of dander throughout the apartment because our sinuses would go crazy when there, but fine when we went outside.

I had a pleasant experience with some minor setbacks. The space itself was fantastic — the rooms were spacious and beautifully lit, creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere. It was ok, my main dis’s appointment was that the air conditioning wasn’t working and that apartment can get really hot with the huge glass windows and if you open the windows it’s too loud . We complained and just got a fan. We barely slept . Other than that it was a nice spot kinda hidden . But 20 minute walk to all the cool spots

I’m from the east coast of the US. This apartment is like the standard Furnished Apartment- appealing and staged well. Bed is comfortable, couch and sofa etc. It offers spaciousness and at home vibe. My only drawback is the noise outside and in. It’s on a busy street. The street does settle around 10p, but you will also hear neighbors because the walls are super thin. I played music to steady the noise. I would suggest the property get some sound machines and curtains that are darker. Didn’t rest well.

Loved the property and staff! The rooms have everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very safe and walkable and has excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Will definitely stay at Cuadra 134 again. The only issue was the noise from the generator across the street (noise all night) I recommend choosing a room on the opposite side of the street.

Rooms are exceptional, the location as well. But I felt very uncomfortable when I was ask to sign what looked like a lease contract upon check in followed by giving my credit card information in a piece of paper to the building security guard. (Which of course I refused considering I have my Expedia account and billing info to back up any issues) Th security guard was very light weight about it like it was nothing major to ask for my credit card number and info. I was asked to sign a six page contract that I took time to read, nothing bad about it but I would have preferred to know in advance what to expect when booking this type of property. The check-in email did included that I would be asked to sign documents upon check-in but wasn't very detailed about it, and it did NOT mentioned having to provide card info to the security guard.

There is also a Starbucks across the street but there is coffee/juice bar downstairs next to a yoga gym. The restaurant downstairs under the hotel is outstanding with great music and drinks, indoors or outdoors. The courtyard is absolutely spacious, filled with a beautiful garden to drink your coffee.

Very unpractical check in,they make you sign a multiple page rental contract in paper, including an inventory of the apartment, without even seeing the interior to confirm all items are there. Additionally they make you pay a deposit (eventually to be returned upon check out) - not very practical, in case something is missing and you cannot tell until you already signed and got into the flat. Overall flat was very well equipped, a courtesy wine bottle, as well as water available. Very nice recommendation books was provided, with good city tips, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

El hotel no me informó sobre el check in, ya que esto incluye que debo llevar tarjeta de credito para un deposito en garantia, les comente que no tenia y me dijeron que querian el deposito en efectivo, la persona del check in con una actitud muy incomoda y negativa hasta cierto punto grosera con comentarios como "pues quizas no leyó bien", todo el tiempo cada que sales o entras te preguntan a donde o de que apartamento vienes, durante 3 dias llega a ser incomodo, al checkout no habia recepcionista, me hizo checkout la encargada de seguridad, quien nunca me entregó voucher de cancelacion del deposito en garantia porque ell aera la de seguridad. La verdad muy mala experiencia y en lo particular no es mi deseo volver ahí simplemente por el costo beneficio.

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico City! The balcony view was absolutely amazing. The host responded quickly to all my questions and was very accommodating with my early departure, which made everything so easy—better than any other place I’ve stayed. The rooms were spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the whole space felt cozy and welcoming. There were so many great dining options nearby, the property was spotless, and the staff was friendly and respectful. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here every time I visit the city!

Great experience and the location is perfect. I have stayed in a few different areas, and this was by far one of the best locations for getting anywhere. The staff was great, the building and room were perfect. Also great taco 🌮 restaurant on thr complex so that was another extra point!

I highly recommend staying at Cuadra 134 to anyone visiting Mexico City. The neighbourhood is amazing and you have countless options for restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. You feel safe because the area is supervised 24/7 and there is always staff at the front desk. The security, housekeeping, and hotel staff are all very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the bathroom was big and clean. Our room had a kitchen which was very convenient as well as a washer/dryer. Our bed was next to the balcony, so just an FYI that you will hear street noises. It didn’t bother us at all and the balcony was a great space. It’s worth the convenience and comfort.

Staying in Roma Nte was a great location as it has semi quiet neighborhoods and lots of shops and restaurants. Centrally located apartment hotel, well furnished. There is a yoga studio, a coffee bar and a sirloin taco restaurant in the lobby area. Staff is generally friendly especially the security guards at the entrance. Full but small kitchen great for preparing snacks or breakfast. I would return!

It was great! I loved the apartment vibe, and the restaurant below was amazing! the staff was super friendly. The only issue i had was that the AC wasn't working, and we weren't notified of that when we got there, even though i think they mentioned AC in the units on their listing. It was a very hot weekend. Still, nice area, lots to do, and would probably be back (if they fix the AC that is lol)

Staff service was great, specially security guard Karina. Great location. We felt safe all the time (in and outside). There are plenty of restaurante and coffee shops around. If you are staying in the rooms 103 or 105 you might hear noise from the restaurant below, but in the other floors noise is tolerable. Breakfast was small but of a very good quality. We will definitely book again.

Hotel itself was beautiful and edgy and the location was right in the center of Roma Norte in Mexico City. Hotel staff were also courteous and helpful. The little breakfast they offer was pretty good and decent as well. The only thing that kind of surprised me was the deposit upon check-in which they said will be refunded after 5-7 days. Over-all though, we really had a good experience and we will surely recommend this aparthotel. Thank you Cuadra 134!

Really lovely, spacious and quiet accommodations. The bed was so comfortable! Nice linens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The entrance to the hotel is behind the restaurant that faces the street. You may need to request for extra towels in the room as we were given only two of each and one face cloth. They had coffee, yogurt, pastries and apples on the first floor in the morning.

I absolutely loved staying here. It was my mother and I and is was a perfect apartment. Amazing location, steps away from everything we wanted to see and the metro. I loved the huge windows, the boba shop down stairs, the security and the front desk. They were all lovely and thoughtful. There is purified water spout in the kitchen and I could cast my phone to the TV to watch World Cup games. We will be back! Very happy with your stay here, 100% recommend

The place is great and property very clean . My only down fall is that they advertise early check in at a cost which I have no problem paying and a late check out and which is also not available. Also the front desk staff are not very attentive or friendly. And like other reviewers mention they make you sign a 3 page contract on the spot without giving a chance to read it prior.
