Had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean. Always had coffee and hot chocolate available. The indoor pool and sauna were excellent. We came for a pony pull at Murray State and we will definitely be back next year!! Thank you for a most wonderful stay.

Everything was clean and nice. We LOVED the sauna wish there would’ve been a hot tub but the sauna was a treat. Breakfast was nice, our family loves waffles so we were disappointed they didn’t have those :/ But we would definitely stay here again!

Took grandkids for an evening swim fest. Pool area did not disappoint! Room was warm and clean. Plenty of towels. Water was warm . Had outlets so I could charge my phone while kids swam. Front desk person was excellent.. breakfast was good with Many Choices.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fitness room has a sauna, which was a bonus because we were there for baseball at the University. The breakfast is as good as a restaurant and runs late into the morning.

Management were very kind and helpful! Rooms not extremely clean (found a leftover sock on our first night and there was some mold or caulking that needed to be redone, plus the bathroom didn't seem to have a functional fan so I imagine that doesn't help the mold issue) but overall very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Both mattresses were very lumpy and difficult to sleep on. The breakfast was the same every day and not very good. Especially the pancakes. The view out our hotel window was awful. There was a mobile home park and many trashy-looking homes. Garbage all over. Very unsightly.I did not like the location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful.

Terrible Guest Relations. We had to get our client moved due to weather early, and the property is refusing to authorize a refund and hotels.com is not helping. Please dont use this property. They are choosing to not refund 130 and so they will lose future revenue from me.

All of the staff I encountered at this property were absolutely phenomenal. They were polite, accommodating, and made sure our stay was great. The room was clean. There was an outlet in the room that didn't work, no biggie. We also had an issue with one of our key cards not being activated - which was no problem, they fixed it quickly. The only thing that would've made this property better, is if they allowed pets. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fitness room has a sauna, which was a bonus because we were there for baseball at the University. The breakfast is as good as a restaurant and runs late into the morning.

Conveniently located close to Murray State University. Quiet, clean stylish. The breakfast had healthy options and was very well stocked. The fitness area had updated machines and a nice sauna. The staff always super friendly. A

The stay was great and very comfortable. There was an entire baseball team that got pretty noisy but nothing the hotel could have helped! Breakfast was great and fresh coffee was available 24 hours!

Both mattresses were very lumpy and difficult to sleep on. The breakfast was the same every day and not very good. Especially the pancakes. The view out our hotel window was awful. There was a mobile home park and many trashy-looking homes. Garbage all over. Very unsightly.I did not like the location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful.

Hotel was very safe & comfortable. Especially the beds and pillows. Room was VERY clean, and the shower was excellent. They provided Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hair dryer was perfect! We enjoyed a great breakfast and staff was so nice, asking us many times if we needed anything, they took our plates away when done. Genuine southern hospitality all around. This is our third time here, so that alone speaks for itself. Thank you so much Holiday Inn

Pretty good with an asterisk. Really the only thing I could complain about is the fragrance they use to I guess hide the bad or musty smells. I absolutely hate that smell in a hotel. They aren’t the only ones that do it but it’s one of the reasons I don’t like older hotels. Good…bed, quiet, shower, front staff. So overall really good but get rid of the smell!

Our stay was ok and the staff was friendly! Do have a complaint about a loud noise in our room all night! It was not the air conditioning system. We turned it off and it was still very loud! We stayed on the fourth floor in room 413. Sounded like a train was going by our window all night long! Incredibly loud and felt like it was almost rattling our floor! We couldn’t figure out what it was but made it hard to sleep! Someone should definitely check it out for future guests! We were in town for a funeral and got in too late to bother with moving rooms! Thanks!

The entire hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were all exceptionally friendly, pleasant and helpful. I stayed for 4 days and had absolutely no issues whatsoever.
