Staff was cordial. I only spoke with one person. Hotel location was very convenient. Overall the hotel was clean, but dated and in need of some repairs. The beds were pretty firm. I was able to park directly in front of my room since it was all ground level. Quiet for the most part. I would stay here again, but only if I didn't have other options. We were only in the room long enough to shower and sleep. We had to leave early, so we didn't have time to experience breakfast. It's not the kind of room you can relax in. It's not awful, but it definitely has room for improvement. On a 10 scale, it's probably a 6.

There is parking in front of each room. The bed was comfortable. There was a roach in the cabinet with the refrigerator. The towels were very thin and thread bare. The ceiling fan was so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. The shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere.

Very lovely historic road side motel. The grounds are not as inviting as the photos lead us to believe, though you can sit in chairs outside. The room is small but had everything a traveler needs, including a small table with 2 chairs. The bathroom shower is unique-- it is made into 10 or 12" deep enamel corner base. Very easy to get into and out for my mobility challenge husband.

The parking area was safe and the gazebo was a nice place to sit and enjoy the flowers. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but passable. Room was small, but clean. Service was good.

This is an older motel that has been completely redone. It is charming. I thought the breakfast was more than adequate. The linens in the room were pristine. The grounds are lovely and I sat outside in the gazebo for a long period of time. And the rate was so reasonable. I will stay there again.

Room was small but cozy. It had a small refrigerator and a microwave. We stayed in the summer so we were able to sit outside in the gazebo and play cards at night. The bathroom was small but adequate and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! The breakfast didn’t have hot food except oatmeal but there was a variety of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. Nice place to stay - will visit again!

Each room had a porch light. Property was very clean and staff were bery helpful.

Condition of room wasn’t great. Room smelled musty and bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Air conditioner smelled like mold which I pointed out to them when I checked in but I was told to just let the air run for a bit and that it should go away…it helped a bit but it didn’t go away completely. I asked for some Lysol spray which they did provide. So I wouldn’t recommend if you have allergies like myself that it’s not a good place to stay. Went to breakfast and it was ok. Check out was 11am and before checkout time, someone knocked on the door and told us it was time to leave…although it wasn’t 11am. In all my years and stays at different hotels/motels that was a first for me. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I have stayed here several times previously, but this visit was not pleasant. The floor was wet, we found a leak (even offered to fix the clearly evident problem), and it was very moldy smelling in the room; had an allergic reaction. When asked to change rooms, were told they were full, though 1/2 hr later one miraculously opened up. The next room wasn't much better, stale and musty also but with a/c running it helped. The bed frame was dirty (next to mattress in the crevices; like never been vacuumed.) The toilet will fall apart with a few more people sitting on it; moved every time you sat down. We were eventually offered a refund if we were not staying, lol, though not even a discount for the entire ordeal. Not fun; I will not stay here again.

My family and I opted for this motel after deciding that the hotels in town were a bit more then we wanted to pay. I’m so happy we did! This is such a nice overlooked property. It was by far the cleanest motel I’ve ever seen. My only complaint that I have (and that’s being really picky) is that there was only one small mirror in the bathroom. It made it difficult for two ladies to get ready at the same time. Save yourself some money and stay at this well kept establishment.

2/5. Overall value was decent for below average pricing in the area. The room was decently clean other than the floor needing a deep clean. Walking barefoot on carpet made the bottoms of our feet black very quickly. We also had an issue with both the bathroom sink and shower head leaking. The majority of our stay, the bathroom was covered in a pool of water from the sink. Informed desk attendant when we checked in and was told someone would come and repair it a few hours later. We stayed 2 nights and no one ever came to repair the sink so dealt with wet floors the entire stay. Bathroom also had a dozen or so ladybugs in the sink and shower which was a little inconvenient. Breakfast was average for the price of the stay. Parking was good and the gazebo attraction was decently clean.

There was a small in our room and we found mold growth in our closet. When we reported it, he offered me that I could check out early but there was not another hotel available in town.

Nice little motel with friendly staff. Quiet rooms that are well kept and clean. It would be nice if the air conditioner would be in before check in. The room was very hot on arrival but it did not take long to cool off.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Murray Inn, but it had exactly what I needed. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. Only suggestions I have: more options for breakfast, different hair products (shampoo/conditioner), and drapes for the windows and door. While there are blinds on the windows and door, there was so much light that came in the room. I had trouble sleeping due to all the outside light coming in. However, for the price I would recommend this place for an overnight business trip.

Bottom line though is that he had a room, I paid for it, and the negative messaging served no purpose and was counter to his own. Be sure to hang on to your room key after hours or you won't be able to get in after 11 he warned me. This is an ok place to stay for a night or two, especially if you want to be away from the city and given there aren't a lot of choices in the immediate area.

Low price old motel. Friendly staff. Large Cable TV channel line-up. Wifi worked well. AC worked well. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Shower needs to be detailed or replaced. Room was tiny, tight for 2 people.

Overall the property was well maintained and the staff was quite friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, as were the beds. The breakfast area and offerings were a bit sparse. There was a lot of light and noise coming into the room from outside which made a difficult night's sleep.

From check in to check out the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and AC worked great. Definitely a great place and a great price. A hidden gem.

Very friendly people, simple but, comfortable and clean room. I'd stay again. Breakfast was continental but, plentiful. If they ran out just ask and they'd get you more of whatever was out.

The receptionist charged 8 usd for each day as extra as we were 3 people . Breakfast was terrible , needed to ask for bagels as 2 was there only , shortage of banana and no nuts and needed to ask him . Tissue was finished as he said they are out of it And he ordered . Very disorganised and not worth to stay at this cost .

The room was outdating but good - the a/c worked but not enough to really cool the room down. We were in town for the weekend and it was a nice budget friendly hotel and it was just what we needed. My problem was with the staff- the younger girl working the front was always rude and short - You could tell she didn't want to be there and I had issues with my booking prior to arriving it didn't help the situation. Over all the property was very nice, The free break was good but lacking - it was the same basic offering all weekend.

was out of the way for us. misled by the title Paducah and Murray. it has nothing to do with Paducah. Murray is 50 miles of Paducah, which added 80 miles to our trip back home

This hotel was worth every penny. Very clean. Great centralized location. Very friendly staff. Will Most Definitely Stay Here Again!

It was nice for how inexpensive it was. Breakfast was good, but simple. Rooms were clean.

Good was very quiet. Room was comfortable. Bad: Air conditioner did not work. Moved to a different room where it did work. TV however did not work. Breakfast was minimal. Recommend to skip and go down the street to Murray Donuts. (have breakfast sandwiches also)

The price is right for a very clean and well maintained property. Always enjoy our stay here. Nice assortment for breakfast. No hot meat or eggs but enough other items for a decent breakfast.

Good value and convenient location. Older motel but adequate for short stays. Beds are comfortable, and has fridge and microwave. Basic breakfast items available each morning.

They didn’t have any coffee when I went in the breakfast area at breakfast, but everything else went smooth. It was close to end of breakfast though
