The woman at the check-in desk was very nice and gave us dinner suggestions. The pool was a bit small. There were a few hairs in the bathroom. The room was very large. The beds weren't very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the employees went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before, and love the comfort of this hotel. The indoor pool is small but nice and clean. The room is very roomy with two sinks which makes it easy for two people to get ready for events. Its proximity to both wedding venues in Murray, KY, is awesome, too!

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Only negative were The handles on sliding doors were loose and we found several things that were left under the bed while looking for the remote for the TV. I would stay here again.

This hotel has been a favorite of my wife’ and mine over the past few years. Recently, we’ve noticed it’s starting to show signs of wear and tear, and these need to be addressed before it changes the whole look of this great hotel!

We had a large room (suite?) that would have fit six if we used the pull out. It was soooo roomy and the BEST was a separate room for the toilet. What?!? That was awesome- toilet and sink in one room, shower and sink in another. I’ve not seen that before and it was great! Staff was great and the breakfast was really good for a buffet style. Coffee was good and the hotel was really clean - all around def 5 stars. Esp in today’s mediocre hotel status!

Hotel staff is welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for a family. Has great amenities. The downsize is that our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking a trailer park. It’s odd when you see them and they see you. Opt for the other side, overlooking the highway instead.

Overall a great experience. The one thing that would be an improvement would be the doors for the shower and restroom areas in the room. When the doors are closed and the lights are turned on it is EXTREMELY bright in the room. WAY TOO bright. If we had small children, it would definitely wake them up. This is a poor design. Not enough to make me use another hotel, however it is very close to being a deal breaker.

I booked a room at this hotel after a 16hr day of driving. All I wanted was a hot shower, to watch some TV, and decent WiFi before getting some rest. Every other hotel in the area was half the price as this one, so I spent the extra cash expecting that all the amenities advertised were included in the booking. I was wrong. The TV in my room had blown speakers and just sounded like screeching. The shower had intermittent hot water. I try to log onto the WiFi to do some work, no dice. By this time it’s midnight, I’m annoyed, and just think I’ll talk to a manager in the morning. The next day I wake up and head straight to the concierge desk to voice my frustration. I should mention that I am rarely one to complain or ask for any compensation. I don’t sweat small stuff 90% of the time. This would be the case if I had paid to stay in a $70/night hotel. But I didn’t. I paid $150 on a Tuesday to sleep in Murray, KY. All I expected was what I had paid for; a room with basic amenities. After explaining my situation to staff about all the broken stuff in my room, all she said was “Why didn’t come down here at midnight and tell me?” I asked “What does it matter if I told you last night or this morning? All those problems still occurred and I didn’t have the energy to stay up for another hour or two while you change the TV, check the hot water heater, and reboot the WiFi.” “I’m sorry sir there’s nothing I can do for you.” Very disappointed. Do not waste your money here!

We are local and this is our go to hotel. We go there to seek shelter in severe weather. The way they handled the tornado warnings and everything going straight for us is amazing. They were understanding of the scared kids.

Would not allow an hour later check out to accommodate a college graduation time. Even though this is a twice a year event in this small community. They have a sign up saying they support the college but not to allow an extra hour check out for an important family college event. Shame on them.

The first set of keys didn’t work. So they gave us another. Then, we walked into someone else’s room! Go back downstairs and they say they messed up and will give us a 15% discount at checkout and give us new room. Get in, it smells bad but whatever. Go to pool…. Keys don’t work. The lady at the front makes new keys and test them herself and they still don’t work. Then finally get 4th set that works. Go to check out next day and no notes had been made about all of our trouble and no discount was given

We have stayed here before, and love the comfort of this hotel. The indoor pool is small but nice and clean. The room is very roomy with two sinks which makes it easy for two people to get ready for events. Its proximity to both wedding venues in Murray, KY, is awesome, too!

Very clean room. Beds were great for my wimpy back. Close to Murray State University as we watched grandson sing in the choir there.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice to have a bar and small convenience store right in the lobby. Breakfast was outstanding - a high-quality spread especially for the cost of the room. Will book again.

The hotel was clean and the people working were all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the gals running it were wonderful too.

Breakfast was not the best. Nice options, just poor quality. Eggs were tasteless and fluffy. Gravy just did not have good taste. Hard boiled eggs felt rubbery. Juice was excellent as was coffee and fruit. Did not have a waffle.

Great stay, clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious room, especially love the separated bathrooms. However, breakfast could be better, room should provide some free bottle water instead of charging $4 per bottle.

We had 4 adults and 2 teens in our group and decided to get a suite. It was very spacious & comfortable. Lots of tables in the lobby for us to play games. There was a bar open at night. Very nice place

Staff at breakfast began putting things away 20 minutes early and stated directly to us when we arrived to eat that they were closed and we were welcome to sit at the tables as long as we wanted but that breakfast was no longer be served as they began to pack up and mop the area at 9:12. The room needed some minor maintenance but overall okay. The facility was clean.

It was a fabulous room with only one problem, the light switch in the bathroom was illuminated - very helpful except at night when your bed is right opposite it!
