We were unable to check in on time. We had to come back two additional times after the check in time to get into our room. When we got in, it smelled of smoke. The shampoo conditioner and body wash were all empty in the room. The room was ok but I would not stay here again.

Everything was great, the room, staff, breakfastand location. The pool was excellent. The only thing was the room was hot and stuffy when we entered. I would suggest turning the air on in time to cool out the room before guest arrive.

We book rooms for our employees when they're staying out of town for work. This particular stay was not the best. Our owner was checked into a room that was over 80 Degrees when he walked in. He turned the air on and didn't feel like the air was very cool coming out so he went to the front desk to request a different room and was told they were full so he spent an hour or more sitting on the stairs outside because it was cooler than his room was. While out there, he decided to check online and according to that the hotel had 4 rooms available. We had another room that the guys said it had a foul odor, but they were so tired they didn't care because it was clean. We had a total of 5 rooms, but I haven't talked to my other guys about their experience. The gentlemen I was able to speak with did compliment the complimentary breakfast. Overall it wasn't a completely horrible experience and they did have a place to sleep, but it definitely could have been better.
