Pros: -Clean rooms -Good breakfast selection -Well maintained property -Friendly staff -Free parking and wifi Cons: -Although it was quiet in the room during my stay. The entry door is a bit thin. If there were more guests I can see the noise being an issue.

The hotel is clean and employees very nice and helpful. The parking can be frustrating. The front entrance parking lot is small and doesn't go all the way through. We came to the front but there was no parking and turning around was precarious with other vehicles trying to access main door. Plenty of parking in back but the door is locked so if you haven't checked in yet you will need to walk around the building with bags to get in.

Pros: family friendly, kind staff from check in to check out. Gym was nice too. Breakfast was decent. Loved having coffee always available. Cons: Far from downtown Chicago, but not the worst.

The breakfast is good. The staff tried to open the door without notifying us for a prior issue with toilet. I had already fixed that although it was a recurring thing. Ceiling leaked at elevator after rain. The room fridge was quite noisy, the shades were kind of janky, the water temp in showere and the shower head were not great. Shower head kept slipping down the pole and the device that was supposed to hold it obviously didn’t work.

The breakfast in the morning is awesome w/many options. They also have a nice dining area for ppl to eat and an outside patio. I would definitely choose this place again.... And there's a Dollar tree just a walking distance away😉

The brefest was very good. The front desk employees were trying to be nice but you could tell it was forced. They didn't clean our room, so the next morning i went down and told the front desk (he did not believe we did not have "not now" sign on our door - then that night when we got back the room was not cleaned that day either - i went down to the front desk to get clean towels, and again she did not believe we did not have the "not now" sign hanging on the door. We stayed 4 nights and 2 of the days they did not clean the room.

Our room was not cleaned one day and when I asked, the young lady in the front desk with a rude facial expression said it was because the hotel was only 3 stars and they only cleaned when requested, I also found a big bug on the rooms curtain.

Clean, modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Unlike many hotels of this type, the AC unit was relatively quiet! The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The noise from the street is excessive. It is better on the non-Milwaukee Ave side, but you still hear it. If they could put in sound insulating windows, that would be perfect!

We are a family of 4 and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is amazing and realky clean, BUT is close to an airport and you can everything at night, even during the day. The first night was a dog there and was barking at midnight 😏

I had 2 rooms $th floor the shower head was installed at 90 degree angle and the water hit the opposite wall or straight in the face. not adjustable the 5th floor room the shower only had cold water.

The customer service was great. All the reps were friendly, understanding and helped with everything that came up. The room was large, very clean and had a super large tv. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. An actual shower sprayer that worked.

The visit was fine. Issues with housekeeping and leaving coffee and cups in room. Sporadic at best. Breakfast is fine for two days, but repetitive after 2 days. Bananas are scarce.
