I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room. The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good! The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to get it on my first night. The second night I went there, & it was randomly closed even though all the workers were there. The 3rd night I was out exploring the town. However, upon check-in I did receive a "free drink" coupon, which they allow you to use on any drink, so I chose a highball cocktail, because I think it was the most expensive & heard they were popular in Japan. After I checked out, I decided to try the restaurant food just for the one time. I kind of wish they had all items available all day, but seems like they switch between breakfast, lunch, & dinner menus. I had the lunch menu & ordered their beef cheeseburger. It was actually really good! A few days earlier, I ate at a burger place called Shogun Burgers, which supposedly has wagyu patties, it was good, but in my opinion, the burger I had at Graphy was even better. It made me wish I tried the restaurant more & during every menu time. Overall, my experience was great! Staff all spoke English, so foreigner-friendly!

Amazing location! About 12 min walk from Shibuya Station or Ebisu Station, both with great transfer options. They give you free drink ticketsfor every night you're there and the options for the drinks are really good. They offer towels, pjs, cream, toothbrush, every toiletry you can think of as well as free umbrella rental. There's also a lounge on the top floor with a coffee and water machine and various teas. The staff was very helpful and curtious. The rooms were quiet and offered great soundful sleep with the ear plugs and eye mask given. The only downside would be the size of the lockers as they on the smaller side.

Modern hotel with various room type, booked a room with shared bathroom for 4 nights for me and my son but the room was really small. Had to put the luggage on the bed to open it up. I had to upgrade to a bigger room with a bathroom and that was great. Plenty of room. I did not eat at the restaurant but the food looked great. The top floor was a pool table and they provided refreshments which was appreciated. Would stay here again with a bigger room

Staff were helpful, all spoke fluent English and the vibe was good at both the hotel and the bar. The amenities are nice, and the free drinks is a great touch. The only annoyances had to do with lack of space in the rooms (there’s not enough hooks and shelves in the rooms to hang things). Place was quite clean, tho it is difficult to sleep in since they enter the dorm rooms to clean starting at 10am. Most of the staff are very quiet when cleaning, but one kept letting the door slam closed, repeatedly, for some reason, which was not a great way to wake up. Other than that though, the stay was great

Good location close to Ebisu and Shibuya train stations - Ebisu a lot quieter and easier to navigate with luggage if you are staying here, but also in a fairly quiet spot and very friendly and helpful staff. Staff were very kind. The staff that work at the bar and eatery were amazing and food was great! However our room always had a musty smell and the shower curtain had a musty smell and our shower wouldn’t drain and flooded our bathroom some how from the floor drain in the bathroom not from tub, but overall stay was good. Ac worked great

I was worried the hotel room would be too small but it was actually great! It had big windows that faced the street so it felt bigger. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The people who worked there were super friendly! Location is about 15 mins walk from Shibuya station and crossing area, so a little off the beaten Ebisu is like 10 mins walk which is a really cool neighborhood. We really loved it there!

Extremely well trained personell with a good attitude, impressively good english and of great help. First impression was very good. Rooms super small, so don’t expect much here. But very comfortable bed, and well functioning air condition in the room. Shared bathroom, but it was good standard and super clean. Food in the restaurant was high end. It was very very good food. But very comfortable bed, and well functioning air condition in the room. Shared bathroom, but it was good standard and super clean. Food in the restaurant was high end. It was very very good food. Location, quiet, clean, modern. I just found a bit lack of communication between bar and reception. When I went to checked out they asked to me to pay my breakfast and I had already put it. Also be very careful when you book for a dormitory or double room.

We started in a private room with private bathroom and it was AWESOME! Very hip hotel, with accommodations for solo budget travelers as well. It was so very xlean, the food was delicious, very western style food, but very very good! The only complaint i have is, on my birthday no less, the bar manager stood at the bar talking to one if his vuddies and we sat with no service for about 20 minutes. Another table arrived and they were greated before we were. I'd suggest a no phone policy, as he was also texting, but also that patrons get the treatment they pay for- dinner options aren't cheap. BUT!!! I highly recommend the hotel! Going to the 7th floor to watch the sunrise while shooting pool was also really cool for my son and myself! Thanks, Hotel Graphy!!

I was worried the hotel room would be too small but it was actually great! It had big windows that faced the street so it felt bigger. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The people who worked there were super friendly! Location is about 15 mins walk from Shibuya station and crossing area, so a little off the beaten Ebisu is like 10 mins walk which is a really cool neighborhood. We really loved it there!

I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room. The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good! The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to get it on my first night. The second night I went there, & it was randomly closed even though all the workers were there. The 3rd night I was out exploring the town. However, upon check-in I did receive a "free drink" coupon, which they allow you to use on any drink, so I chose a highball cocktail, because I think it was the most expensive & heard they were popular in Japan. After I checked out, I decided to try the restaurant food just for the one time. I kind of wish they had all items available all day, but seems like they switch between breakfast, lunch, & dinner menus. I had the lunch menu & ordered their beef cheeseburger. It was actually really good! A few days earlier, I ate at a burger place called Shogun Burgers, which supposedly has wagyu patties, it was good, but in my opinion, the burger I had at Graphy was even better. It made me wish I tried the restaurant more & during every menu time. Overall, my experience was great! Staff all spoke English, so foreigner-friendly!

Amazing location! About 12 min walk from Shibuya Station or Ebisu Station, both with great transfer options. They give you free drink ticketsfor every night you're there and the options for the drinks are really good. They offer towels, pjs, cream, toothbrush, every toiletry you can think of as well as free umbrella rental. There's also a lounge on the top floor with a coffee and water machine and various teas. The staff was very helpful and curtious. The rooms were quiet and offered great soundful sleep with the ear plugs and eye mask given. The only downside would be the size of the lockers as they on the smaller side.

It’s was great if needing a place to sleep. Close to train station had restaurant down stairs, staff was good could speak English also had a bar. One thing that could be better is the lounge, the lounge was nice and had pool table but need better seating and probably little bit bigger tables.

Nice hotel. Queen size bed means something else than what I am used to (about 120 cm), and the room was rather small. The staff was friendly, breakfast was lovely and the location is good for Tokyo beginners.

No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but you can store luggage at the reception.
