Surprisingly lovely hotel. Very well acquainted -- though I didn't use it- the indor outdoor pool is a great idea. The workout room could be updated for sure. Extra equipment- bosu, kettle balls, etc. Also cardio is fine if you want a treadmill, but stair climbers are the best and most used equipment for a great cardio workout. I was Underwelmed for sure. Other than that- lovely staff, very friendly and professional. Had a nice time at the bar.

We took our grandson to the Monster Jam event at nearby Allstate Arena for his birthday trip and stayed here overnight afterwards. After mentioning this to the check in team, they delighted us by comping us breakfast, parking and a free beverage. It made our trip very memorable to be treated so well. We also LOVED the huge indoor/ outdoor pool!

Older Marriott. The outlets in the room were very loose and you’re required to jiggle whatever you have plugged in to charge it. The bathroom outlet was pushed in beyond the wall & very loose. Pubic hair on the bathroom floor in the corners. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is not included and drinks are ala cart. $85 for 3 to eat eggs with coffee. Shuttle to airport was fine but we just should have used the very close CTA train. Drinks in the lounge are downtown bar prices.

The check-in was great, parking was a little bit of a mess but they just had a full outage with the airport we were able to push the help button to get in and out when the barcode ticket didn't work. If you are expecting an indoor and outdoor pool WITH THE HOT TUBS shown in pictures it is misleading as we chose this hotel for the hot tubs after driving all day, which was filled in with dirt and vegetation planted inside them.

Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was dirty. Someone spilled something in it that smelled pretty bad. It was in there in the am as well when we left. People were yelling and running up and down the hallway at 3:30 am. Other than that it was fine

For the price we paid, i was disappointed to find that our room smelt like cigarettes. A few fixtures in the room seem to be stained from smoke and the carpet didn’t feel clean. But aside from that, the pool was clean, bathroom was nice, breakfast was expensive but it was okay. Stayed for two days. Genuinely would have liked to have a nicer room for $250 a night but hey, I still had a good time.

Disappointed to say the least. It looked a lot nicer in pictures. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the ceiling.. how does it even get on the ceiling in the first place.. The mattress protector had blood stains on it. Sheet on mattress had a hole in it. The wall by the window was peeling away. Hard to explain accurately but it was deteriorating away from the wall like it had water damage. The shower takes awhile to get hot but when it does, it gets hot hot. We ate dinner down stairs the first night and the restaurant looks nice upon arrival… when we sat down it was pretty disappointing. The glasses were disgusting, covered in finger prints and water spots. Very grimy. The waiter took forever as well. We were done eating for about 20 minutes and when we found him, he was standing on his phone at the podium doing nothing.. on the plus side.. the food wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be after our service and the situation of the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and our total cost including parking and 1 nights dinner was $1100.. in my opinion, it was just a lot of money for not a great experience.

I had a bad experience at another hotel while visiting Chicago for a basketball tournament and thankfully was able to find another hotel quickly. Upon checking in, staff member Jared was great. He was sympathetic to what I went through at the other hotel and unexpectedly gave us an upgraded junior suite and a parking pass for our stay there at the hotel. People do not have to be kind to you and I'm extremely grateful for Jared being so kind to my family and I. The room was a total 360 from the other hotel room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable. I enjoyed our stay there and if I ever visit Chicago again, this hotel will be high on my list.

The hotel did not meet my expectations especially considering the price. I expected much better value for my money. The beds were very small for four people and definitely not suitable for four adult guests. The bathroom was extremely cramped making it impossible for two people to use it at the same time. The room was too small and for the price it didn’t even have a microwave….

Loved the property, amenities, staff and overall experience. Its so convenient by the CTA, and expressway. Having the ability to have breakfast on location is great as well. The only reason I did not give 5 starts was due to the hallways being VERY warm (well over 80 at all times) and when the temp outside was 95 the rooms would not get cooler then 75 (had 2 rooms one on 11th and one on 3rd same experience for halls and room temps).

We stayed one night at this property because we missed our connecting flight. We had no luggage and the manager at the front desk (I believe his name was Ray) was very helpful. He upgraded our room to a suite (we are Marriott Bonvoy Platinum), provided us with toothbrush kits and waters, and let us know that if we needed anything else, he would be glad to help out. We also ate in the hotel restaurant, and while it took a while to get our drinks (the bar was packed), the food was very good, and they were very accommodating even though we sat down to eat after 9:00 at night. The hotel made our annoying layover much more tolerable.

On the whole, the hotel, itself is not bad, but it's location is a veritable industrial wasteland amid the outer regions of Chicago. However, it's proximity to O'Hare is the primary draw, which makes this largely overlookable. Also, the hotel itself isn't a problem, and the airport shuttle ran like clock work. It was an awesome stay! I walked into the hotel and I was starstruck with how beautiful it looked! The hospitality of the staff was great and the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was also fun and I got to eat at the hotels restaurant. Ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and ate the whole 11' dough wheel! Overall an amazing stay and was very nice for helping us recover from a festival.

overall, a very good and comfortable stay during a canceled flight. very friendly staff. my only complaint (very minor) is that the restaurant dinner menu was surprisingly limited in options.
