The elevator situation at this hotel is unacceptable. And frankly just dangerous. It has 40 floors, and 3 TINY elevators. While we were there, only 2 were functioning, but there is no way a 3rd working one would even solve the issue. We were on floor 30 and consistently waited 45 minutes to an hour for an elevator. And it was impossible to get luggage down. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to spend half your days waiting for elevators. If someone were to have a medical emergency, there's no way they'd get help quickly. Also they need to spray for bugs. I killed 6 large spiders in our room. The rooftop pool is surrounded by giant webs and spiders. The front desk girl was really unprofessional and kind of rude. The only saving grace of this hotel is the location, Ajsa (the cleaning person on floor 30)- she was absolutely amazing, and the guy working the breakfast area- he was wonderful. Otherwise it was pretty awful and frustrating.

The location is great. We had several issues that make me not want to return. Started with giving us a key to an already occupied room. Pool closed. No treadmil in gym. Breakfast was no good.

We booked this property for the rooftop pool, which we found out was closed upon arrival. The elevators were poorly run with extended wait times each time we used them. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the AC barely worked, etc. Great location but I wouldn't return.

The only thing I didn't like is that it was a little dirty, with stains on the sheets and walls and the bathroom extractor all dirty. Only two towels for 4 people and a roll of toilet paper for 3 days, everything else was very good, the food, the employees and the view of the city.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of my room- especially the bathroom. When we arrived there was a lot of hair in the shower, like it had not been cleaned. There was also no soap in the shower. Also the fan in the bathroom did not work and the drain in the shower was not functioning so you stood in water the whole time showering. The walls, ceiling, and floor were tattered and broken in many places and the AC barely functioned.

After finding bedbugs I phoned staff. A maintenance man came up at closed the room down. I took photos and maintenance took the bug. We were given a different room but our belongings had been in it all evening so I spent until 230 am washing everything we had. They had no laundry soap so I used shampoo I had brought. I had 1 evening to enjoy myself and that is how it was spent. I was told the manager would contact me. No call and no answer to my email. I’m sad as I don’t feel I should be charged for that experience. I will not stay here again. Jackie the staff member was very nice to me. They did give me quarters to wash the clothes. I asked if we could stay a bit longer as I was tired from being up most of the night. We were given a “complimentary hour”. I wish to be reimbursed for that night of laundry patrol that should have been movie watching with my granddaughter.

I was traveling with my elderly mom who had a doctors appointment across the street from the hotel the next morning. Not the worst hotel but dingy and older building. Spend a little more for another star or boutique. The free breakfast and rooftop pool wasn't worth it; small pool w/ outdated patio furniture, but decent view. Stayed at same brand out in suburbs with much newer rooms & amenities. But both breakfasts were more than underwhelming, even for free.

We reserved a double room with king bed. We got a standard room with two queens. Not that big a deal, but at 8 pm when I went to shower there was no hot water. Was offered another room but by the time issue was addressed was 11pm. Concierge and Bell hop were great!

Room was clean and spacious for Chicago. Down side was my room was rigjt next to the elevators and I heard the motors running all evening (did not wake me up as I am a good sleeper). Nice, hot breakfast, but they were out of fresh fruit minus apples for 3 straight days.

The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny, but clean with good water pressure. The free wifi was very spotty and the business center is part of the dining area so not ideal for working before 10am. The free breakfast was fine for what it was. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, so it was a good value and option for what we needed.

Very large room for the location, valet parking available, snacks available in the lobby and Chipotle right off the lobby - in addition to Magnificent Mile shopping and lots of restaurants that were within walking distance. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. The carpet and paint were tired and need a refresh - but the bed was comfortable and the linens were good. There was a small pull out sofa bed and an additional chair in the room that were newer. I would stay here again - but hoping they have new carpet and paint in their future plans.

The hotel was nice. The reception when we checked in was not nice. I was looked at by an employee like I was bothering her. No one at the front desk was friendly. The worst part of the stay was trying to get an elevator to leave for the airport. We waited on our floor for literally 27 minutes to get an elevator to go down to leave. Ridiculous.

I was given my room key. I had to take an elevator to 28 floor I Arrived at my room, guess what??someone was in the room. Scary!! This happened twice. Ridiculous!! At one point My key to the room didn't work!! I had to go to receptionist twice. inconvenience!! Location of hotel perfect!!

Good value and excellent staff. Lynette was most helpful and friendly as the hotel lobby greeter. Front desk personnel were also very nice and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean

Great customer service started when we checked in. While our room had minor flaws due to wear and tear, it was clean and our view was nice. Housekeeping did a terrific job cleaning while we were enjoying the town. Breakfast was decent to say the very least. I would definitely stay here again!

We had bad experience with room service. We stayed at this hotel four nights and we call everyday to hotel room service to get a hotel trash can liners. Nobody provided even once in our four days stay. We call every morning and wait them in the room before leavuing for an hour or so but nobody showed up. We call housekeeping for extra towels and coffee and to fix coffee maker. They brought us towels but never get us a coffee until we leave hotel. We called them may be three times a day and finally gave up asking them.

Great location in the middle of everything. Great walking distance to so many places from the hotel. Great onsite parking. I felt very safe here while traveling with my 2 small children.

I feel this property is a great location with lots of walkable shopping and dining options. Elevator waits during the morning rush hours can be a little frustrating but overall i still like staying at this hotel. The continental breakfast is decent, but nothing special. They never have bacon, only sausage, and they are not great, but everything else is decent.

This place has a little bit of jank to it, with the worst offender being the elevators (tip: hit both up and down buttons and get on during rush hour), but the staff, price, location, and breakfast are just too hard to beat.

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was within walking distance. The staff member who was monitoring at the breakfast area was very friendly and showed courtesy to everyone. I would love to come back here again next time.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Fruit and yogurt were gone before 8am every day (breakfast hours go until 10), and they stopped refilling hot items almost an hour before breakfast ended. Bread / bagels were never refilled and gone early. Cereal containers were empty all 3 days we were there.

Und ein Hinweis auf die sehr hohen Steuern die noch zusätzlich gezahlt werden müssen wäre nett gewesen.

This hotel has a great location and a friendly staff but is pretty disappointing outside of that. Overall, it is one of the lower priced hotels that is this area so you are paying for what you get. Rooms were decently cleaned and stocked with enough towels. But furniture was a little dingy, the sink water pressure was terrible and the shower drain kept backing up. The door handle on the bathroom was also partially off. Breakfast was not good. The eggs were the fake powered kind, sausage was gamey and oily (even for sausage) and the rest was just ok. We were out and about most of the weekend so we didn't have to deal with the room too much, but it definitely wasn't a room to relax and unwind in.

Didn’t advertise the pool was not functioning pictures of pool in advertisements deceiving and elevator took 20 minutes minimum to go down many people had to walk 22 plus flights of stairs vs wait for no elevator to stop on high floors. Won’t stay there again
