Beautiful hotel. Lots of amenities. Only there for 1 night though. Would definitely come back if in Chicago. Close to everything!

The facility is beautifully old school. The staff extremely attentive and polite. The breakfast was perfect and priced very reasonably for Chicago.

It was a great place downtown to stay if you are interested in a key location. But staff is not available unless you go down to the desk. Beds were comfortable but no coffee in room, no microwave and just felt like a number there. This hotel is historical and decent but needs better management
