Friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking. Very good hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

It was an acceptable hotel for my stay. Decor seems dated along with rooms. This is a pet friendly hotel so be aware there are sometimes quite a few dogs around.

This hotel was great 😊 the guy at the front desk needs to be told that he works customer service because he didn’t ask me anything but my first name and stayed on the phone talking and laughing through the whole check in biy other than that the hotel was nice enough for sure, beautiful property.

Stayed here because of 5-star reviews. Mistake. No shower door or curtain, so water went out onto the bathroom floor. No bath mat so had to use one of the few bath towels. No safety grab bars. No wash cloths. Mattress was like a sway-backed horse. Elevator closest to our 3rd floor room was out of order. Had Raisin Bran cereal for breakfast which I’m fairly certain was left over from WW II. Canceled our stay for the return trip next week. Remote for TV didn’t work, so I went and got another one. It didn’t work, either. The gal who checked us in deserves a reward. I was 6th in line to get checked in and she was having to deal with problematic customers all by herself. She kept a positive attitude the whole time.
