The start of our stay was quite frustrating as the reception had closed early and we were redirected to a phone number, that turned out to be virtual reception - that at first stated that it didn’t support our location - so it took some tries before we got a real person to provide us the information required. It was a nice room but lacking a proper aircon as the room was extremely hot…. The place was located in a very busy area and there was a lot of noise in the evening from the sorrounding restaurants. Also the nearby parking option was limited and we had to walk a bit. Augsburg was a very nice city and worth a visit 👍

We did not get the code to the door before check-in and had to contact them by phone. It was not easy. And the day after we got an mail telling that the code was not working anymore. So, we had to call them again… Very bad experience!

Excellent suite in a central location. Hotel staff wonderful and helpful. Loved the room and location. Only hitch was confusion over cleaning that left room untouched during our stay. In short, however, a first rate property and terrific choice for a stay in Augsburg!
