Gym was closed and under construction. Room was dirty with hair and some bodily fluid under the toilet lid. I about took the hide off from the underneath of my foot with the transition strip being pulled up from the floor going into the bathroom. Bed wasn’t too bad. Staff was friendly.

I will start by saying we stayed here 8/8-8/9 when it was 95⁰ all weekend. We had a King 1 Room Suite. Negatives: We walked in to NO a/c on and a heavy scented cleaning smell. The a/c worked great in our room after a few hours but that was it. Even with the door open, the front room (where our kids were) didn't go below 75⁰ and that is being generous. Our bathroom was the same temp. The pool room was easily 80⁰. Just walking into the pool your eyes started burning from the chlorine. The hot tub jets were messed up and had water spraying all over. The breakfast would have been okay but they were out of just about everything at 7:30 on Saturday morning and they have you crammed in there. The elevator needs some work also. Everyplace in there smelled like weed. The restrooms downstairs were about 80⁰. The positives: The AC worked well in our room. The shower pressure was good. If stocked, the breakfast would have had biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit and all the other basics. The cost was appropriate. Convenient location and it seemed to be a good neighborhood. Good food nearby. It was an okay stay but for the price, I would have preferred working AC and a better pool and breakfast set up.

Rooms are outdated, showerhead was coming off the wall, pool was freezing, hot tub looked dirty. Very disappointed since we just wanted to go swimming over spring break. I asked the staff to turn up the heat and turn the air off in the pool room and was hit with, we have someone coming to fix it. Only no one came the 2 days that we were there.

Room is falling apart. Phone did not work. Staff were horrible. Did not provide extra towels. When I asked for them I was told “they will be coming”. Never came. Hot Tub water was green. Room needs serious work as well.

Great rate. Room was comfortable and clean and spacious. Walking distance to shops nearby. Shuttle to Airport made it convenient. Staff was nice. Had a small store in hotel with snacks. Pool was open which was nice. Do recommend a room in back of hotel to avoid traffic noice from the street

The room we were given was slapped together from being a storage room. Bad ventilation, very humid and smelly inside it. Next to the pool so it was getting environmental spill from that. The recent construction on the room meant poor molding, cracks in the walls, crappy paint job. Only fluorescent light bulbs and some light switches did not work. Not a fun stay at all and I paid $350 for it. Want my money back.

Adequate at best. Room comfort was ok, but Cleanliness was seriously lacking. Didn’t look like the bathroom had been swept or mopped in weeks. Stains on the floor by the sink and toilet. Sofa had questionable stains on the fabric. Will not return.

The room had dirt and hair on the floor. The bathroom was old, outdated and scary. The water pressure was awful. The temperature of the room was either freezing or hot- the common room with the sofa had jo temperature control- had an oscillating fan hanging in the corner. The “blanket” on the bed was paper thin. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The sofa pull out was basically a sheet over some springs- awful. The mini fridge decided to defrost and we woke up to a puddle of water. Parking - good luck- shared a lot with Holiday inn, so you had to walk to a neighboring lot to park. We left our room for 6 hours and utilized the DO NOT DISTURB sign, when we returned housekeeping had been in the room and an item of my sons had been knocked to the floor, partially under the bed and was broken. We still had over 8 hours until check out- but decided to check out early. We literally couldn’t take it anymore. We did not choose this hotel to use for airport/shuttle service. We were in the area for work and honestly this was a horrible experience.

The pictures make it look great but the elevator smelled like mold, the hallway smelled and the carpet was stained and dirty. There were holes in the bathroom wall and the sink was slow draining. Very run down compared to the pictures. The beds were nice but absolutely not worth $240 a night and couldn’t get a refund to change hotels once checked in

Great Breakfast! Eggs, sausage, gravy and waffles, along with fruit, yogurt oatmeal and more! Breakfast staff kept the food stocked and the tables cleaned. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful - smooth check-in. Some areas of the property are outdated (hallways), but the room we were in was updated. Comfy bed. Air conditioning worked well and it was quiet, despite being near the airport and the interstate. The main issue was the overall cleanliness of the property, including the room (dust, hairs in corners), the hallways, and the pool. The pool was also really warm and had tons of hair all over.

The service was great! They were super friendly and punctual. They were able to help with all of my requests. Hotel was not clean. Room was gross: children’s drawings on walls/furniture, dirty floors, ripped cushions, outdated. The elevator smell was AWFUL. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, with biscuits, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.

This is an airport hotel and that's just what I needed coming in quite late before a short road trip for a meeting the next morning, so my expectations weren't high to begin with. Even still, this property is showing its age. My check in experience was not great, the room was barely comfortable, I stood on a towel to take a shower because the bathroom grossed me out. It was "clean" but when something is this old, there is only so much that can be done. Some things in the room had been updated, so it seems like efforts are being made, but this place was a little icky. If these kinds of things don't bother you, and you're looking for a close, "cheap" place to stay near O'Hare, this might still be for you.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Biggest issue for me was the WI-FI. It worked great for me in the lobby, but once I got back to my room it said I was connected, but it wasn't. My husband was able to get his laptop connected after awhile, but it was slow.

Still have not gotten my deposit. I live in Canada, now I have to make long distances calls for something so unnecessary. Also the key cards are very sensitive. If you have an early morning flight do not depend on the shuttle. The earliest they’ll leave is 7 am and we missed our flight

I was flying into Chicago O'Hare & I wanted a free airport shuttle, a hot breakfast and a clean/comfortable room… at a reasonable price. The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, in Chicago South, IL fit the bill! Plus, the pool and hot tub are a wonderful bonus amenity! The desk staff are all very kind and helpful, especially Sunny!

I went to check in and the front desk guy owner canceled our reservation. He said he called me. Which he did. I called back to the hotel and spoke to a women who told me our reservation would not be canceled due to card on file declined. I had we are paying with a different card. I explained this guy left me a message and said he was canceling our reservation. She assured me it would not be canceled. When we arrived the man as unfriendly and rude. Yelling no woman works here. What number did you call. I showed him. And he said your room is canceled. I asked for another room and he said there is none. I asked what are we to do. He told me to check with the other hotel which shared a parking lot. It was nicer and we paid a little more. Will never use this hotel again

Room was dirty, property felt dingy, our air conditioner was broken in a way that it made constant thunking noises, and at breakfast no one was cleaning at any time so the waffle/hot item bar was disgusting with waffle batter, chunks of eggs, etc. I was promised I’d get a refund so hopefully that actually happens, but I would never stay here again. The the staff was nice-ish, but none of my very real and legitimate issues were handled at any point.

Everyone was very sweet. I came in with my two kids, younger then ten, and my husband. I left my card in the car so I had to leave for a second. My husband as we were walking to the room went on to tell me how the nice man at the check in desk saw the kids staring at the pool and asked my husband if we would enjoy a room close to it. It was a small thing but my kids got even more pumped that we were so close to pool, only two doors down. We will definitely be going back just because of the kindness of the man at the desk.

Had an excellent stay! This facility was well maintained very clean and offered a great breakfast. Very apparent ownership and staff take care and pride in the building! The room was plenty big enough with lots of modern touches. Looked very nice for the price point. No issues with air conditioning water pressure nothing! Excellent job thanks for the hospitality

The hotel, and the service they provided was great. The airport shuttle worked the best for us. The area had limited transportation available. Closest food place was at either Bensenville or Elmhurst about 2 miles from the stay. Breakfast was provided. Limited public transportation but ride share services widely available 24 hrs.

We stayed a few days here during our trip to Chicago which worked great! We didn’t want to deal with Chicago traffic so used uber some of the days to get to downtown ($35 one way/ 1 hour trip) and other days utilized the free shuttle to get to airport which was easy to access the CTA ($5 all day use) to downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly, felt like “ home”. Hot tub was very hot which was nice and pool water was slightly warm which felt amazing! Also only 20-25 minutes drive from medieval times and Lego land.

Overall it was a good over night stay trying to figure out transportation from O'Hara airport to hotel was not good , called couldn't understand her n directions were wrong . Ended up getting a taxi . Next day it ran 20 min late. So only issue we had was the shuttle service. Pool was actually warm n hot tub was hot! Breakfast wasn't bad , basic .

The breakfast got a little boring. There were no paintings in the hotel room. Very strange. I felt like i was in a prison. All inn all i will be back. They are very friendly, helpful and made sure the breakfast item never ran out. I'll mention it again VERY wonderful staff.

Property is average far from everything no restaurant close by so you have to order through doordash or uber eats, free shuttle picks up every hour and it helps if you track it that way you don’t miss it. Free breakfast is decent. Pool needs cleaning.

The pool was cold and the hot tub was luke warm but it was functional. The room was comfortable and the food was ok. I just wish they served other things other than sausage.
