All staff that we encountered were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. However, the beds were terribly uncomfortable, both the king size mattress and especially the sofa bed. And there were several pieces of metallic confetti found on the floor, so it hadn't been vacuumed well. The pool was tiny, very cold, and the water was so stale we only spent a few minutes in it before leaving. Parking lot was shared with another property, causing several drivers to make their own spots, inconveniencing not only the patrons, but the garbage truck that was trying to get to the dumpster that was blocked by a car parked in front of it. Not the worst property, but we definitely will not go back.

We stayed the weekend and when we got to our hotel room for the night both nights there was no parking spots … was told by the front desk that I could park up the road. They do park and fly so beware. Room was dirty and no sheet on the pull out couch … my room was rented for my family of 6

20 minutes away from the airport. Shuttle leaves on the hour! Not overly convenient for an airport hotel. Check in was poor and impersonal, the receptionist couldn’t be bothered to provide information. The room was pleasantly large and clean.

The main reason I gave a very low review of this hotel is because of my terrible experience with the airport shuttle bus that was supposed to be provided by the hotel, from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at the airport on 10/24/24 around 5pm. After getting my luggage I followed the instructions and requested pickup from the website. I was instructed to wait at the specific spot. I did. But the bus never came. I called twice - the first time I was told the driver was coming and will call me, but there was no call. I called the second time and nobody answered. I waited for another 20 minutes and there was no bus. I finally spent more than $30 and got a taxi to take me to the hotel. I complained to the person at the receptionist but he argued with me saying their shuttle worked which apparently did NOT work for me. Aside from this, I do not have other complaint for this hotel. I will NEVERY EVER stay in this hotel again!

Room was dirty when we checked in. Looked like bathtub hadn’t been cleaned, crumbs on floor, and stains on comforter. Staff was nice enough to re-clean the room, but that meant a 30 min wait in lobby. Unfortunately after that the tub was still dirty and bedding hadn’t been changed. So not sure how that got missed. Front desk manager was very nice and did what she could to make it right and provided new blankets.

Walls and floors are paper thin, can hear everything going on in other rooms and floors. Room seemed clean, until I open drawer in the dresser…there was rotting food with mold on it in a take out container. Will not be staying again.

The hotel is brand new. The A/C system did not work and no actions once it was reported to the Front Desk. i was i. the front desk area and witnessed the employee allowing 2 questionable individuals accompanying a questionable woman into the hotel after "negotiating". The same employee was on duty at the Front Drsk when i cheked out earky morning and i was waiting for their "shuttle" tocthe airport. As result of his unprofessional behavior i almoat loat my flight. there was not shuttle at the time when it was sipposed to be!! thanks to another employee the van called shuttle left the hotel 15 minutes later. i do not reccomend this place, if i could gibe zero stars ..I would

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. But the location is not great as it’s in a rougher area with not much around. The hotel was built next to a busy road with lots of heavy truck traffic, so there is lots of loud constant noise. We were in a room with two queen beds and all of those types of rooms back onto the road. If you stay in a king room you’ll be facing the parking lot so the noise may not be as bad. Overall a decent hotel but it’s in a terrible location.

Our family of 6 stayed 1 night, the pull out was dated and uncomfortable. We had to ask for washcloths as there were none in the room and we were met with a bit of attitude. Overall, accommodations were nice, view of graveyard :/ pool was nice and warm, we didn't get up for breakfast. Nice mirror outside of bathroom, refrigerator but no freezer, microwave, we'd stay again but it's also kindof off the beaten path with just one other hotel right next door.

The gentleman that helped us check in was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us to arrange a shuttle to the airport in the morning, answered our numerous questions and recommended so good delivery food. The front desk evening manager Anthony, who organized an airport shuttle to pick me up and checked in is epitome of real and sincere customer service. Kind, helpful and gentle. The lady who checked me out in the morning Gunjan the same. I missed my connection flight and needed an accommodation. Tired and stressed, I could have not landed in a better place.

The majority of the people working here are ill-equipped to run an hotel. The front desk lady asked me to give her the room numbers to all 5 of my guests to resolve a room issue, “right here and right now”.. it was 2am. I told her that was ridiculous and that we would be there in the morning. She says..”Get ready because it’s going to be a big mess, and it’s going to take all day to figure out.” My wife spent about 4 hours trying to explain how a third party booking works to two guys working the front desk. In the end.. the front desk lady ended up triple charging all the rooms to a guest’s incidental credit card. An unauthorized charge. When I asked her how that was possible? She said.. “I can charge that card any time of day that I want, I don’t need your approval to charge it.” Apparently, and obviously that is false. When I spoke to the manager the morning we left, she says, “I’m so sorry.. I was off for two days. No, you should have NOT been charged. I’m sorry you had to go through everything you did.” In 2 minutes, she resolved the problem and credited us back our money. Thank you. It was at exactly at that moment that the front desk lady’s mouth dropped.. She grabbed her back pack and quickly and quietly bolted towards the door without speaking to anyone. It as hands down the worst customer service experience, ever. Like.. EVER.

Room 105 has issues with the pipes! Heard banging noise all night! When I ask for another room I was told they were sold out but I was able to go online and see they had more rooms! I told the front desk agent to come hear the banging which she did!! Then when she spoke to Expedia she said she heard nothing! Just weird!

I would have given this hotel a higher rating but the shuttle driver is very rude. He hangs up the phone and is super unfriendly when picking you up and returning you to the airport. You can tell he hates his job. The front desk reception was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. It’s a little far from the airport though. I wouldn’t stay again because of the shuttle driver

We did digital pre-check in prior to arrival. Once we arrived, the front desk was friendly and quick to get us our room keys. It was later in the evening, so it was essentially a shower and sleep, but the breakfast spread was wonderful and the staff kept the breakfast facility plenty stocked and clean. Some of the best hotel breakfast bacon I have ever had! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall great experience! Was able to get early check-in and late check-out. One of the afternoon front desk attendant was very helpful who got our room serviced even after 3 pm per our request leaving the hotel late that day. The only negative in terms of cleaning I'd like to highlight would be to have a bit more cleaner breakfast area.

Understaffed but a pleasant surprise once I arrived. My room was clean and spacious. The evening I areived at ORD, I tried to call the front desk of the hotel multiple times to confirm shuttle pick up. No one answered. Eventually someone answered, and confirmed that there was only one shuttle that arrives once an hour. Upon arriving at the hotel, I filled out a form for transportation back to ORD in the morning. That morning, when the shuttle arrived there was barely enough room for everyone who had requested service... The driver was professional, but the van was CRAMPED. Luckily everyone was ready to continue their journeys and we all mingled, and had a pleasant time. This hotel is definitely the best price in the area, but it will take AT LEAST an hour to get there, and it seems like transportation back to the airport in the morning might not be guaranteed. Things to consider.

It was a last minute booking the week of “The Taste of Chicago”. The staff was friendly and our room was stocked with towels. We did need additional bedding which was NOT already in the sofa bed or in the closet, but it was easy to retrieve from the front desk. Breakfast was more than what I expected, so I was indeed pleased! And it was very refreshing to have the hot drinks available 24/7.
