What a thrilling experience! Venice is a boutique hotel with full of surprise. The hotel is small but artistic. I really love all mosaic painting decorating every piece of the building. The guest room is small but is clean, tidy and filled with enchanting atmosphere. What’s more ? The stunning view from the balcony is unexpected. I can even watch the spectacular show, i.e. “Symphony of the Sea” , from such direct and close distance. As this is my anniversary, they decorated my room with towel arts which give me a “wow”. I must also say thank you to those hotel staff serving us, they are so friendly with smile in their face always. The captain of the cafe is so nice and hospitable. Every moment in this hotel is memorable. They even spare another whole block of building opposite for their spa and massage service. The place is again nice with first grade facilities that I really enjoyed receiving service with those skillful masseuses ! P.S. Maybe the price a bit higher than other boutique hotels in the vicinity but the service you receive definitely values for money. They offer free shuttle service within the town, transfer service to the airport and unexpectedly they provide complimentary tickets for cable cars, water park as well as the iconic “Kiss Bridge” where are all places must go!

Hôtel magnifique où le personnel se démène pour vous satisfaire. Nous y avons passé de bons moments.Cependant, la piscine se situe en dehors de l’hôtel et, comme pour les baignades en mer, il faut être véhiculé. Le bruit intempestif de la musique jusqu’à 23h est à souligner.

After a lengthy 6 days’ stay in Venice Hotel we are justified to make the comment we have got a good price to value choice. We have enjoyed free airport shuttle transport , round the clock buggy in the town, a free city tour with admirable driver, daily firework and sea symphony shows from our room balcony. The Hotel also special provides us access to a roof top swimming pool in the nearby clubhouse which is pinned at the highest city sky level , from which we can have a 360 degrees bird eyes scenery of the southern Phu Quoc Island. The Hotel restaurant serves breakfast buffet with daily chef selected menu which we can order all as we like. To make the Hotel perfect is the services provided by the staffs, from the concierge, food catering to the managers are all distinguished.

While ocean view on upper floors gives great views of the nightly fireworks you are also beside a bar with load music from 7-10 pm. Sunset town is one of the Vietnamese “theme” places… amalfi coast meets South China Sea! Good beaches are 15 min drive … make sure to have the Grab (viet uber) App… breakfast was not particularly good here; but staff was very helpful

The hotel boasts a unique decor. I would not call it Venice, but closer to Spanish. Breakfast is small, but quite delicious. The hotel, similar to the nearby Hilton La Festa and other boutique hotels on this trip, is on the beach. However, it is not recommended to swim in this beach due to the chemicals from nightly firework displays. You may have a rash afterwards, the hotel says. There's a small swimming pool/Jacuzzi/lounge on the back side of the hotel - with an ocean view, overlooking the kissing bridge. The staff, esp. the front desk, are all very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers free airport shuttle and also free rides to bus stations to get to Khem Beach, the best beach on the island in summer. Khem Beach is about 2 miles away, with better dining options.

It’s a pretty hotel. Feel like I’m in Venice. They gave each guest a free hon thom ticket when I went. The services were excellent. Staffs were friendly and helpful. They provided shuttle transport around the area. The only down side was the sunworld’s construction that was going on right behind the hotel next to the beach. It was so noisy and dusty during the day. I would stay at this Venice hotel again next time if I visit phu quoc (of course it would be after a couple years and the construction is complete)

Nous sommes des touristes français venus découvrir Phu Quoc, avec l’envie de voir le Vietnam authentique. En arrivant, nous avons été surpris de découvrir une ville à l’architecture très inspirée de l’Italie — élégante et bien entretenue, mais assez éloignée de l’image que nous nous faisions du Vietnam. L’hôtel correspond parfaitement à ce décor de carte postale : très propre, avec une belle piscine (même si elle n’est pas totalement privée, d’autres visiteurs y ont accès) et une plage à seulement 50 mètres. La chambre est confortable, spacieuse et impeccablement entretenue. En revanche, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer. Si vous recherchez le calme, ce n’est sans doute pas l’endroit idéal : musique forte, feux d’artifice et ambiance festive jusque tard dans la nuit. L’endroit vise clairement une clientèle plus animée que reposante. Le personnel, en revanche, est absolument charmant et aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la visite privée de la « ville » ainsi que la navette personnalisée pour l’aéroport — un vrai plus. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, sans être exceptionnel. Quant aux restaurants autour, ils semblent surtout destinés aux touristes, avec une authenticité un peu absente. Malgré ces points, l’emplacement reste idéal pour profiter du feu d’artifice, qui vaut à lui seul le détour : un moment magique.

Märklig stad, men boendet var fint, rummen var coola och fint designade! Högljutt varje kväll - gick inte att somna innan 00. Poolen var på annat hotell och inte djup. Fanns ingen strand i närheten riktigt.

部屋からの花火はとてもきれいに見えてよかったです。目の前にレストランがオープンしたせいなのかショーはかすかに部屋から見えるだけでした。 全体的にホテル自体はとても綺麗で清潔感がありますが夕方から夜にかけて寝室の天井でねずみが走るような音が続いたり、朝方の酔っ払いなのか、部屋のドアノブを何度も開けようとされたり、また隣のレストランのクラブ音楽は深夜2時ごろまで続くので、音に敏感な方には耳栓など対策をしないと熟睡は難しいようです。（私は気にならないタイプなのですぐに爆睡してましたが、パートナーは朝方まで寝れず大変な思いをしたようです。）ベッドはとても寝心地が良く快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方はとてもにこやかにサービスを提供してくれとても満足しました。空港送迎サービスも対応いただけてとても助かりました。 ホテルの立地も、とても便利な場所にあり、ナイトマーケットやケーブルカー乗り場、スーパーマーケット、マッサージも徒歩圏内でとてもよかったです。 朝食も、パン、フルーツやフォーなどいろいろなものを食べれておいしかったです。

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phu Quoc, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and nicely maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great as well, it’s very central to many of the main attractions in the southern part of the island. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit limited in terms of variety, and the cold cuts were sliced extremely thin. Additionally, because the hotel is located close to the street, you can hear the daily evening performances happening nearby. The noise usually stops around 10–11 PM, so it’s manageable, but if your room faces the city, you may also hear people talking outside. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel.

Wonderful decor and a great location within Sunset Town. Service was very attentive. Hotel and room condition was very clean and well maintained. Sunset Town itself isn't very busy but this is a great selection if you get a water/fireworks view room

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The decor is beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and there was a variety of food we liked. The buggy tour of Sunset Town and transport to and from the show was great. The staff were lovely, all smiling and very helpful. Loved our stay !!!

가족여행으로 왔습니다. 무료 케이블카 티켓과 키스브릿지 입장권 ! 너무좋은혜택이지만 2024년 신상호텔이라 벌레하나없이 깨끗한 시설또한... 정말 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 저는 다음에 오더라도 여기서 지낼 것이며, 가족과 친구들에게도 추천할거에요.! ㅎㅎ

Property itself was nice good quality and rooms were great. Bed was a little stiff for us. Staff were very helpful and kind. The location to the beach and seeing the fireworks also great. On the downside construction next door started at 0730 very loud. The worst part and i know its not the hotels fault but the jass club located right infront of the hotel plays music so loud until 1030 pm no joke you can not not hear a normal conversation in the room. Then after 1030 they move inside and its tolerable.

We stayed four nights in the city view room but the room is smaller than the 28 sq m it claimed. At most 20 sq m. The room is new and well equipped but wifi is weak. The staff is friendly and helpful and strive to accommodate our requests including change from a noisy air con sound room and late check out. Special thank to the restaurant staff Dui Phuc who is friendly and helpful. When including cable car and water world admission, the room is overall, value for money.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phu Quoc, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and nicely maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great as well, it’s very central to many of the main attractions in the southern part of the island. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit limited in terms of variety, and the cold cuts were sliced extremely thin. Additionally, because the hotel is located close to the street, you can hear the daily evening performances happening nearby. The noise usually stops around 10–11 PM, so it’s manageable, but if your room faces the city, you may also hear people talking outside. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel provides free golf cart transportation to/from the hotel to anywhere in Sunset Town and even provided car transportation to/from the near-by town shops outside of Sunset Town. The hotel even provides some free scheduled transportation from the PQC airport. The staff of the entire hotel (reception, housekeeping, and restaurant) are extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff are lovely and trying really hard to communicate and accomodate guests. Located in the middle of Sunset Town and an easy walk down to the beach, kiss bridge and the night markets. Staff are happy to drop you off anywhere within the area by buggy. Unfortunately the Venice Hotel is situated behind a large gastro beer pub and next to that is another bar. Both venues have very load bass music playing each night thru to after 11pm. Our second night they had dj’s at both venues competing against each other and there was also an event with a live band and singer on the beach in front of the pub. This is not good if you want to sleep after a big day out exploring. When I realised we had to listen to this each night I mentioned it to the staff and they offered a transfer to their other location Hotel Roma. Best decision we made. The noise is something the hotel needs to discuss with the surrounding venues as I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. If you are happy to put up with the noise the price of the hotel included, a buffet breakfast, tickets on the cable car and water park, kiss bridge, airport transfers and a tour around town.

While ocean view on upper floors gives great views of the nightly fireworks you are also beside a bar with load music from 7-10 pm. Sunset town is one of the Vietnamese “theme” places… amalfi coast meets South China Sea! Good beaches are 15 min drive … make sure to have the Grab (viet uber) App… breakfast was not particularly good here; but staff was very helpful

The hotel boasts a unique decor. I would not call it Venice, but closer to Spanish. Breakfast is small, but quite delicious. The hotel, similar to the nearby Hilton La Festa and other boutique hotels on this trip, is on the beach. However, it is not recommended to swim in this beach due to the chemicals from nightly firework displays. You may have a rash afterwards, the hotel says. There's a small swimming pool/Jacuzzi/lounge on the back side of the hotel - with an ocean view, overlooking the kissing bridge. The staff, esp. the front desk, are all very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers free airport shuttle and also free rides to bus stations to get to Khem Beach, the best beach on the island in summer. Khem Beach is about 2 miles away, with better dining options.

L’hôtel correspond parfaitement à ce décor de carte postale : très propre, avec une belle piscine (même si elle n’est pas totalement privée, d’autres visiteurs y ont accès) et une plage à seulement 50 mètres. La chambre est confortable, spacieuse et impeccablement entretenue. En revanche, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer. Si vous recherchez le calme, ce n’est sans doute pas l’endroit idéal : musique forte, feux d’artifice et ambiance festive jusque tard dans la nuit. L’endroit vise clairement une clientèle plus animée que reposante. Le personnel, en revanche, est absolument charmant et aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la visite privée de la « ville » ainsi que la navette personnalisée pour l’aéroport — un vrai plus. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, sans être exceptionnel. Quant aux restaurants autour, ils semblent surtout destinés aux touristes, avec une authenticité un peu absente. Beautiful hotel, good location for everything in Suntown. Unfortunately over the last year or so 2 night clubs have been built right un front of the Venice Hotel, great if u want to join in, not so good if you want to sleep. It's a shame as tge hitel is fantastic and tge load music is outside their control . If you go to Suntown recommend 2 or 3 nights. Day 1 Suntown Tour, walk about, night mar, Day 2 Cable car, if you do day 3 trip to Bia Khem Beach to swim.

After a lengthy 6 days’ stay in Venice Hotel we are justified to make the comment we have got a good price to value choice. We have enjoyed free airport shuttle transport , round the clock buggy in the town, a free city tour with admirable driver, daily firework and sea symphony shows from our room balcony. The Hotel also special provides us access to a roof top swimming pool in the nearby clubhouse which is pinned at the highest city sky level , from which we can have a 360 degrees bird eyes scenery of the southern Phu Quoc Island. The Hotel restaurant serves breakfast buffet with daily chef selected menu which we can order all as we like. To make the Hotel perfect is the services provided by the staffs, from the concierge, food catering to the managers are all distinguished.
After a lengthy 6 days’ stay in Venice Hotel we are justified to make the comment we have got a good price to value choice. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The decor is beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and there was a variety of food we liked. The buggy tour of Sunset Town and transport to and from the show was great. The staff were lovely, all smiling and very helpful. Loved our stay !!!

The hotel boasts a unique decor. I would not call it Venice, but closer to Spanish. Breakfast is small, but quite delicious. The hotel, similar to the nearby Hilton La Festa and other boutique hotels on this trip, is on the beach. However, it is not recommended to swim in this beach due to the chemicals from nightly firework displays. You may have a rash afterwards, the hotel says. There's a small swimming pool/Jacuzzi/lounge on the back side of the hotel - with an ocean view, overlooking the kissing bridge. The staff, esp. the front desk, are all very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers free airport shuttle and also free rides to bus stations to get to Khem Beach, the best beach on the island in summer. Khem Beach is about 2 miles away, with better dining options.

L’hôtel correspond parfaitement à ce décor de carte postale : très propre, avec une belle piscine (même si elle n’est pas totalement privée, d’autres visiteurs y ont accès) et une plage à seulement 50 mètres. La chambre est confortable, spacieuse et impeccablement entretenue. En revanche, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer. Si vous recherchez le calme, ce n’est sans doute pas l’endroit idéal : musique forte, feux d’artifice et ambiance festive jusque tard dans la nuit. L’endroit vise clairement une clientèle plus animée que reposante. Le personnel, en revanche, est absolument charmant et aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la visite privée de la « ville » ainsi que la navette personnalisée pour l’aéroport — un vrai plus. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, sans être exceptionnel. Quant aux restaurants autour, ils semblent surtout destinés aux touristes, avec une authenticité un peu absente. This is the prettiest hotel I have seen, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and pillows & very quiet considering it was in front of the massive Gastropub. The staff were friendly and checked everything was ok during breakfast each morning. Breakfast was ok you could choose something from a list be cooked fresh and help yourself to the buffet. The only negative which is quite big for us is the pool, it does not have one but you can use the bar pool behind the hotel, you have to get a towel from reception then at the pool there is nowhere really to sit and relax and people come and look and watch especially being westerners. We were going to book a day pass at the Hilton nearby the next day for Vnd 750,000 which you can use as a credit for food/drinks/spa but it was raining that day, you can use the gym and the pool area which has privacy and relaxing sun beds.

Cute room and amazing breakfast, with many delicacies to choose from. Great location right on the beach, perfect to experience the fireworks show. The staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stay possible. Also check out their apartments, like Luna Sol up the hill, they are great and some of them have a breahttaking view that includes the bay, Kiss Bridge, and nightly fireworks shows.

Great place to stay if you want to see the two awesome shows in Sunset Town! It's very loud here at night so be aware iof that. Some views are obstructed but good location. Staff is pretty good at fulfilling requests but very task oriented not customer focused. Hotel is very uniquely decorated and I liked the style! I chose to stay here twice to watch the shows for a second time!

One of my favorite hotels our entire trip. I LOVED the decor, so beautiful! It's gorgeous and super clean!! The pool is across the way, but it was so cool to watch the water show from it and order drinks/food. The staff was wonderful, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Oh and the town around it is walkable and fun!!

Room wasn’t like on photos. Bad condition and mold in the bathroom. Also their business seems very odd and a bit illegal as there is clear signs outside the building that short term rent is not allowed. Can’t recommend this staying.
