냉장고가 작동되지 않아서 다른 냉장고로 교체했는데도, 시원하지 않았었네요. 매니저가 말하길 지금 다른 냉장고들이 모두 사용중이고, 이것은 원래 냉장고처럼 시원해지는것이 아니니 얼음을 줄테니 얼음넣어서 먹으라 했었네요. 그리고 수영장 시설은 너무 좋은데 수질이 조금 안좋았어요.

It is a nice resort with wonderful deck pool. The environment is tranquil and relaxing. The roof top bar for sunset viewing is nice as read and being verified when i was at the bar at evening. Personally felt the music sound at the bar is a little too loud when i was there.

The place was clean and luxurious. The room was in great condition, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really liked the food at the restaurant, the pool, and the lounge for departing guests. This resort is stunning, but still in it's infancy, with quite a way to go. The rooms are stunning & we had a residence room for one night & ocean view for 6 nights. Much preferred the layout of the ocean view room & tower. I have just cleaned the glass on the balcony, to be able to see the beautiful sunset. It was not clean when we got here & not been cleaned since. It took me a whole 4 minutes to clean the inside of it, as that is where the filth was. Shower glass is also never cleaned & quite grotty. For a 5 star property, house - cleaning has a long way to go. Breakfast was great, buffet dinner was extremely average for the price. Yes would recommend, but have a little way to go. In-line with what has happened in the would the last few years, i am happy to be a little forgiving, but this needs to change. Also, quite isolated, so awesome if you want to do nothing. If you want to venture out, you will need a cab every time. I sincerely hope they iron out some of these issues, as it really is a stunning property, with awesome staff.

너무 기대가 컸을까요. 체크인/체크아웃/식당 서비스가 좋아서 별 5개를 남기지만, 솔직히 이 가격에 어울리는 숙소는 아니었습니다. TV 너무 작고 ott 지원 안되구요, 방에 객실키를 넣어서 전원을 켜는 시스템이 아니어서 외출시에 냉방과 냉장고가 자동으로 꺼집니다. 외출 후에 돌아오면 냉장고 안의 음료수가 미지근해져있구요. 프론트에 연락하니 테크니션이 오셔서 세팅을 바꿔주십니다. 이후에는 외출 다녀와도 냉장고 온도와 냉방이 유지되네요. 조치가 되어서 불만은 없지만, 아마도 컴플레인 없으면 주니어스위트룸을 쓰면거 온도조절/냉장고 온도조절을 마음대로 못하실지도 모릅니다. 설상가상으로 마지막날 조식 먹은게 뭔가 문제가 있었는지 와이프가 장염을 심하게 앓아서 고생하느라 비행기를 놓쳤습니다.. 2박3일동안 인터컨티넨탈 리조트 안의 식음료 말고는 먹은게 없었습니다. 가성비 최악, 별로 좋은 기억이 없어서 다시는 오고 싶지 않습니다. IHG 체인도 이용 안할거 같네요.

The beach/pool/resort component was nice. The staff was super SLOW--no urgency, coffee at breakfast takes 15 minutes and refills take longer. Upon arriving hungry at 9pm I was counselled my only dining option was barfood on the roofbar with blaring loud music. The restaurants advertise to be open until 10pm, but I guess they really close at 9pm. Also breakfast beginning at 7am is actually quite late. It would be nice to have a coffee option starting at 6am. It would be nice to have a filtered water station allowing guests to refill water bottles vs. always supplying more plastic. Overall, it was just okay for the price and my expectations of an Intercontinental. Also, the music blaring in the evenings was super loud & not a welcome playlist. Room & common areas were clean.

The building area (lobby, pool area, …) is outdated. Our room with garden view is clean, spacious but outdated. No chair service at the beach. The restaurant for breakfast is very busy and noisy with Korean guests. The food at breakfast is only 2* and is not fresh, not comparable with other 5* resort. Coffee is terrible! In overall we rate the outdated Intercontinental resort in Phu Quoc as 4*- or 3*+, but does not by far deserve 5*. The staff (front desk, room service) is very helpful though.

Hotellet är fint men servicen matchar inte vad man förväntar sig av ett femstjärnigt hotell. Hela upplevelsen var långt ifrån vad Intercontintal marnadsför sig som. Långa köer vid incheckningen. Hände en riktigt otrevlig incident med en vålsam gäst på rooftop baren utan att personalen gjorde någonting. Saknades helt vakter på hotellet.

After a few small issues in our stay, the general manager, Ms Le and her team went above and beyond to make things right. I was really happy with the level of service and all the efforts made by the resort to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable and safe. Excellent staff! Every staff are helpful, polite with good smile. All staff can speak in fluent English. No communication problem at all. We called for the tissue and the house keeper sent us just within 5 minutes. Also, I want to give a great thankful to the nurse. We enjoyed the holiday here. Great location, near the airport. Clean room, good sea view. Nice swimming pool.

Came here for a family trip for 6 nights with an open mind despite all the reviews. But soon I understand why those visitors felt that way... The five star hotel could have provided more, it felt as though the staff ate lack of training, service was not top notch. Breakfast time is unacceptable, service was super slow and one time we had to wait for an hour for a high chair and self service ourselves with water. The kids enjoy the kids club and the kiddie pool. But that's just kids being kids, to me the hotel lack of ambience, it doesn't feel luxurious. Beach should be combed, water was polluted and there are a lot of rubbish. We were lucky enough to be offered club lounge access after spoken to resort manager about our experience. Club lounge was great, food was great compared to the rest of the hotel, we appreciate their quick reaction and it did make us feel a lot better. But overall, we came looking forward to a luxurious tropical holiday, but left a bit disappointed.

I had a wonderful dinner at LAVA for my birthday, the team upon knowing it was a special celebration were extremely attentive and caring. In particular, I would like to thank the Assistant Manager Le Cat Thuong for taking special care of us during our dinner, she took the time to explain all the dishes in detail and shared about the restaurant and hotel's history. Was a truly magical evening and a special thanks to the team for making it an incredible evening. We had the tomahawk and it was cooked to perfection. Thanks to Le Cat Thuong and the team again, wonderful attentive service, would definitely recommend this restaurant to other people and would definitely come back. They showed their enthusiasm and actively introduced the nearby tourist attractions. Very Impressive.

A great place to stay if you want a resort style holiday. There isn’t anything around the hotel but you can easily get a Grab into the town. Lovely staff and a great selection at breakfast

The place was clean and luxurious. The room was in great condition, and the staff were friendly and professional. I really liked the food at the restaurant, the pool, and the lounge for departing guests. The only downside was that it felt a bit crowded, so when I made requests at the lobby, the response was a little slow, which was a bit inconvenient.

The beach/pool/resort component was nice. The staff was super SLOW--no urgency, coffee at breakfast takes 15 minutes and refills take longer. Upon arriving hungry at 9pm I was counselled my only dining option was barfood on the roofbar with blaring loud music. The restaurants advertise to be open until 10pm, but I guess they really close at 9pm. Also breakfast beginning at 7am is actually quite late. It would be nice to have a coffee option starting at 6am. It would be nice to have a filtered water station allowing guests to refill water bottles vs. always supplying more plastic. Overall, it was just okay for the price and my expectations of an Intercontinental. Also, the music blaring in the evenings was super loud & not a welcome playlist. Room & common areas were clean.

Came here for a family trip for 6 nights with an open mind despite all the reviews. But soon I understand why those visitors felt that way... The five star hotel could have provided more, it felt as though the staff ate lack of training, service was not top notch. Breakfast time is unacceptable, service was super slow and one time we had to wait for an hour for a high chair and self service ourselves with water. The kids enjoy the kids club and the kiddie pool. But that's just kids being kids, to me the hotel lack of ambience, it doesn't feel luxurious. Beach should be combed, water was polluted and there are a lot of rubbish. We were lucky enough to be offered club lounge access after spoken to resort manager about our experience. Club lounge was great, food was great compared to the rest of the hotel, we appreciate their quick reaction and it did make us feel a lot better. But overall, we came looking forward to a luxurious tropical holiday, but left a bit disappointed.

The building area (lobby, pool area, …) is outdated. Our room with garden view is clean, spacious but outdated. No chair service at the beach. The restaurant for breakfast is very busy and noisy with Korean guests. The food at breakfast is only 2* and is not fresh, not comparable with other 5* resort. Coffee is terrible! In overall we rate the outdated Intercontinental resort in Phu Quoc as 4*- or 3*+, but does not by far deserve 5*. The staff (front desk, room service) is very helpful though.

5 star holiday hotel! Immaculate grounds, excellent breakfast choices. One of the top IC hotels that we’ve stayed in around the world. Housekeeping staff excellent. One of the few hotels we’ve stayed in where chefs, managers, and even GM introduced themselves and asked for feedback! Well done ICPQ! *****
