Fint hotell med fine uteområder og et stort fint basseng med mange solsenger, i tillegg til en nydelig strand. Frokosten hadde et veldig godt utvalg. Et lite trekk for treg service med bestilling og opprydding på strandrestauranten. Hotellet har gratis transport til og fra flyplassen og til Sunset town og Duong Dong. Vi benyttet oss av den siste som dessverre viste seg å stoppe en halvtimes gåtur unna nattmarkedet. Dermed hadde vi kun halvannen time tilgjengelig før returen. Skulle vi tatt turen på nytt ville vi valgt å ta taxi/Grab tilbake. Alt i alt var vi veldig fornøyd og ville valgt dette hotellet igjen.

5 star hotel in Phu Quok. Very large hotel complex, so don't expect very personal service. No one in the staff really remembers your name or recognises you here. They do their best to deliver what you ask for, but you're rarely positively surprised. The breakfast buffet could have had more bread assortments, the orange juice unfortunately tasted a bit watered out, OK egg station. Gym was ok. Not very clear water in the ocean here during our visit, so we mostly hung out by the pool.

Although the hotel is a bit remotely located, they have excellent shuttle services to downtown, a mart, and Sonasea. They have a large swimming pool and a private beach that.my family loved. Staffs are very friendly and room is in good condition.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einer schönen weitläufigen Anlage. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, schönes, sauberes Zimmer, Gym voll ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels war für mich ideal: ruhig und trotzdem gut gelegen, so dass man schnell in die Stadt fahren konnte. Sehr schöne Erfahrung, würde gerne wieder kommen.

At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future

We stayed at the Pullman Hotel for one week as a family of four—two adults and two children aged seven and nine. The location is excellent, only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The hotel is five-star, fresh, and modern, and we stayed during the high season just after New Year. The facilities are very good, with an exceptional pool area and great pool bars. The beach surroundings are beautiful, and it is nice and safe to swim in the sea. We truly had a wonderful time. The staff are extremely polite, and service-minded. Overall, this is a hotel we would highly recommend to both families and couples. If there is one downside, it would be the long waiting times in the restaurants. This applied both to the restaurant, Salt & Pepper, as well as the à la carte restaurant, Mad Cow. The food quality at Salt & Pepper is medium plus—perfectly fine, with especially good grilled fish. The food at Mad Cow, however, is two to three levels higher and truly excellent. We dined there twice and enjoyed the meals very much, although on one occasion the waiting time was far too long and the dishes were served in the wrong order, which was a small negative experience. That said, the supervisor followed up with us afterward, which helped improve the overall impression and we were also offered a small gesture as compensation. Apart from this, the Pullman Hotel is a very good hotel. Also not too far from Sonasea Night market (5 min. Taxi)

The room was very nice and spacious. My kids enjoyed the beautiful bathtub. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! And the pool and beach options were perfect for us. We would definitely stay at the Pullman again!

Beautiful property, great service. Breakfast buffet was amazing, pool and beach were both great with lots of amenities. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, however I didn’t feel like it was cleaned very well while we were there. It was also cleaned very late, we never got enough towels, always had to call for me and felt like the floor wasn’t cleaned properly as it had sand on the ground. But overall really great resort and definitely recommend staying there while in Phu Quoc.

Die Anlage war traumhaft, direkt in der Nähe eines Strandes mit weißem Sand gelegen. Das Hotel wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren gebaut und sieht dementsprechend auch neu und gepflegt aus. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war das Beste, das wir in unseren drei Wochen in Vietnam hatten. Die Preise für das Mittag- und Abendessen fand ich allerdings sehr teuer im Vergleich zu dem, was man bekommt. Das Personal war wie überall in Vietnam sehr freundlich, aber der Service für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel fanden wir nicht ausreichend. Die Englischkenntnisse waren auch sehr schlecht, was für uns eigentlich kein Problem wäre, aber das erwartet man in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel.

First time staying at a Pullman hotel so I’m not sure if how much they had for families was normal, but this Pullman hotel was Very good for families with small children. We could easily let our almost three year old explore the pool while we stood from a distance. Multiple levels of water height and lots of room for the little ones to play. They even had a bubble machine that blew massive bubbles into the water. The beach also catered to families with kids by allowing strollers to access the ocean by way of a board walk to the water, to the beach chairs, to grassy areas. The staff were so kind and curious. It made up for some of the issues with cleanliness. Welcome drinks were dirty when we arrived, it was hard to get our room cleaned, called three times one day just to have them come clean the room. Cigarette butts in the chair on the patio; never cleaned up. The floor to our room made your feet black for the first three days until we came in from the pool or out of the shower where we had to mop up the floor. All in all, I would return with small kids. Just a few issues with room cleanliness.

Pullman Phu Quoc is an immaculate luxury resort in the south of Phu island. I stayed in one of their ocean facing premium rooms on the 8th floor where I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from near the top floor. The room itself had modern amenities and the staff and room service were impeccable. The hotel itself was the same: Beautiful grounds with plenty of pools and a private beach area. There are two restaurants: salt & pepper, which was great, and mad cow, which had excellent staff and views but rather mediocre food, especially for the price. Pullman Phu Quoc is an immaculate luxury resort in the south of Phu island. I stayed in one of their ocean facing premium rooms on the 8th floor where I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from near the top floor. The room itself had modern amenities and the staff and room service were impeccable. The hotel itself was the same: Beautiful grounds with plenty of pools and a private beach area. There are two restaurants: salt & pepper, which was great, and mad cow, which had excellent staff and views but rather mediocre food, especially for the price. I highly recommend this resort but consider that it is pretty remote, as much of the shopping and entertainment are in Phu city and the north of the island. But there is a free shuttle around the island that stops at the resort and the resort’s shuttle is very accommodating.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough to help us during our stay. The cabana room was fantastic - very spacious, well equipped and with a lovely outside area with pool access. The beach and pool were beautiful with plenty of beds and towels available. The food was really good in all of the restaurants, especially mad cow. Having complementary access to the daily connectivity hour, with free drinks and canapés, was a lovely unexpected touch. Overall we had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to Lam who looked after us at breakfast each morning and ensured we had a great table, as well as Ryan, Phuc and Xoan who kept the drinks flowing at the connectivity hour.

The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok.

Wir waren positiv überrascht, die Hotelgröße mögen wir eigentlich gar nicht, auf Phu Quoc ist es aber nahezu unmöglich ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu bekommen, welches nicht so ein Bunker ist. Dafür ist die Anlage echt traumhaft gestaltet. Einiges an Fliesen, Gebäude und auch Einrichtungen ist aber schon eher stark abgenutzt und müsste generalüberholt werden. Nur streichen hilft da nicht. Was leider gar nicht geht ist der Strand. Dieser ist an sich, super schön. Aber das Meer ist voll mit Plastiktüten und anderem Schmutz und das Personal, aber auch das Hotelmanagement tun nicht wirklich was dagegen. Ebenso verhält es sich mit dem Strand, voll mit Müll, Zigaretten, Plastik und leider sogar Glasscherben.

The room was very nice and spacious. My kids enjoyed the beautiful bathtub. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! And the pool and beach options were perfect for us. We would definitely stay at the Pullman again!

5 star hotel in Phu Quok. Very large hotel complex, so don't expect very personal service. No one in the staff really remembers your name or recognises you here. They do their best to deliver what you ask for, but you're rarely positively surprised. The breakfast buffet could have had more bread assortments, the orange juice unfortunately tasted a bit watered out, OK egg station. Gym was ok. Not very clear water in the ocean here during our visit, so we mostly hung out by the pool.

At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future

Grunden til den dårlige rating er, at hotellet ikke rakte ud på forhånd, at vi skulle have efterspurgt en ekstra seng til værelset vi havde booket. Vi ankommer 2 voksne og 2 store børn til 6 dage og får tildelt et værelse med en seng. Måtte herefter diskutere i over 1 time med flere forskellige personer om at dette ikke var acceptabelt og at de skulle have informeret os om dette ved vores booking, hvilket ikke var sket. Her havde det været klædeligt for et 5 stjerne resort at se at fejlen lå hos dem ift at skulle have oplyst om dette, da vi som kunde ikke kender til værelset og havde forventet at 2 voksne og to børn som minimum skulle dele to senge. Den manglende forståelse og løsninger foreslået er grunden til den dårlige rating.

Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort We enjoyed many aspects of our stay at Pullman Phu Quoc, including the facilities, the overall atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff. We stayed at the Pullman Hotel for one week as a family of four—two adults and two children aged seven and nine. The location is excellent, only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The hotel is five-star, fresh, and modern, and we stayed during the high season just after New Year. The facilities are very good, with an exceptional pool area and great pool bars. The beach surroundings are beautiful, and it is nice and safe to swim in the sea. We truly had a wonderful time. The staff are extremely polite, and service-minded. Overall, this is a hotel we would highly recommend to both families and couples. If there is one downside, it would be the long waiting times in the restaurants. This applied both to the restaurant, Salt & Pepper, as well as the à la carte restaurant, Mad Cow. The food quality at Salt & Pepper is medium plus—perfectly fine, with especially good grilled fish. The food at Mad Cow, however, is two to three levels higher and truly excellent. We dined there twice and enjoyed the meals very much, although on one occasion the waiting time was far too long and the dishes were served in the wrong order, which was a small negative experience. That said, the supervisor followed up with us afterward, which helped improve the overall impression and we were also offered a small gesture as compensation. Apart from this, the Pullman Hotel is a very good hotel. Also not too far from Sonasea Night market (5 min. Taxi)

This is very nice hotel. The location is on the mid of island. And there is nothing in outside that you can buy (no store and market). The nearest market is the night market of sonaset. The Grab to there around 30K VND. And you can have lunch/dinner on the market will be better.

Tolles Hotel und sehr schöner Strandabschnitt. Direkte Umgebung keine Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Jedoch mit Grab und Hotelshuttle als im Radius von 20 Minuten schnell erreichbar.

Stayed 3 nights here was a beautiful hotel. Great staff and food was to a great standard. Its closer to the south of the island so trips to cable car and sunset town are not far but its around an hour from grandworld and vinwonders in the north of the island. I like getting around on moped and didnt mind the journey. Would recommend.

The hotel was lovey. I was given an upgrade to an ocean view room. Amazing! I enjoyed the breakfast selection. The food at the Mad Cow restaurant wasn’t great but everything else was top notch.

Beautiful property, great service. Breakfast buffet was amazing, pool and beach were both great with lots of amenities. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, however I didn’t feel like it was cleaned very well while we were there. It was also cleaned very late, we never got enough towels, always had to call for me and felt like the floor wasn’t cleaned properly as it had sand on the ground. But overall really great resort and definitely recommend staying there while in Phu Quoc.

Arrived at hotel around 10pm, got the free airport shuttle which was quick and convenient. Check-in was fast and simple, staff quickly made us feel very comfortable and immediately in vacation-mode. Bellhop gave us ride in a golf cart with bags through the beautiful grounds to our room. Stunning. We were hungry and were told they offer 24/7 room service. After some trial and error we found the digital room service menu and were slightly disappointed to find the options limited to only 6 items. We ordered three of them. Without going into too much detail, let's just say: two of them were not up to standard, which was disappointing due to the hefty price of the "late night menu." We informed the desk and they collected the food. The next morning at breakfast a staff member approached us and offered her apologies about the food service incident the previous night. She even offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne to make up for the issue. She was beyond excellent. My girlfriend and I decided to extend our stay an additional night based soley on how that one staff member went above and beyond to make things right. She was the gold standard for hospitality. The hotel is beautiful, pool closes at 8pm which seemed a little early for such a beautiful resort. Hot tub would be nice for a late night romantic soak. Not much bad to say other than that one incident. Everything else was premium. Staff was exceptional. Highly recommend; just maybe stick to the normal restaurant menu ;)
