The pool is lovely but needs a daily morning scoop for leaves and bugs that have landed during the night. The breakfast is abundant and tasty and the gentleman that runs the breakfast station is very happy and right there eager to serve.

It’s a nice quiet and clean property with spacious parking

I was pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness, decor, and just how spacious the room was! The bathroom was very nice, equipped with blow dryer, with full size Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. Retractable makeup mirror and great lighting. The water pressure and the amount of hot water in the shower was perfect. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable, along with a great A/C unit. The room a mini refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. The check in was easy through Expedia and the free breakfast was one of the best ones I have had! Biscuits and gravy, was my favorite, along with the hot cinnamon rolls. The coffee was fresh ground and brewed in a fancy dispenser! Parking was free and easy, which is great because I own a large pickup truck! Close to restaurants and shopping in the city if Bartow. I will definitely be back, if I am in the Bartow area.

It would be great if you could add an electric car charger. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Clean rooms, courteous staff and fantastic breakfast.

The hotel looked fine… my baby was walking around and her feet turned back from the carpet. The AC did not smell Pleasant and the worst part was I think the room/hotel had bed bugs. My baby woke up with bites on her face and I have some on my back. I took precautions when we got home. We checked out very early and did not speak to anyone because my baby was fussy. But they need to clean these better.

Room was clean and comfortable! The amenities were great! Quiet with no issues! The bagels and English muffins on the breakfast bar were rock hard and definitely not fresh. Other wise everything was great! We will definitely be back!

Property is run down. No idea how this is rated so highly. It’s completely worn out. Impossible to keep something clean when the carpet has probably 10 years of dirt in it. This is not a normal Holiday Inn Express you would get in a major city or new area, this is more like. 1.5-2 star Red Roof Inn quality.

Please beware! I got bitten by bed bugs. Never before in my life. Nasty bites. Hotel’s general manager took it upon himself to educate me about bed bugs, so in short dismissed me (and in the end simply hung up on me). Evidently, according to him, I could have been bitten in my rental car or a restaurant booth. He said, bed bugs can be everywhere and I could have been bitten everywhere else, but not at his hotel. He also implied that I should have looked for bed bugs myself to make sure there were none. :0 please note the hotel has reviews on other websites from people complaining about bed bugs.

I went with my family of four and we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The place is and smells cleans. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and modern. We would definitely come back and highly recommend to others.

I like the cleanness of the property, but was too close to the street too much noise

The room is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The only thing it’s missing are streaming apps on the TVs. No one watches cable anymore.

We arrived at 3 o'clock PM to check in after a long drive, but the room was not ready. We had to wait almost 30 mins to check in. (Understaffed?) The next morning I went to breakfast a got a rotten banana, wasn't able to log into the WiFi (MacBook Air), and then my key stopped working so I had to go back down to the desk to get a new key.

This is my second time staying here and I’m sure I’ll be back. The staff is nice and friendly and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The only thing they could upgrade is the TVs. Smart TVs with streaming capabilities would make the room even better.

This property was the best one during our trip. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast options were great and the staff was very friendly. I'd stay here again.

Noisy AC

Air conditioner was a little noisy.

Clean, simple but nowhere near $239/night! Highway robbery! Also, fridge didn’t work.

Hotel is very clean and updated. Free breakfast offers different hot and cold options. Front desk staff and breakfast attendant are exceptionally friendly and attentive.

I wanted to say the staff at this hotel was awesome. I had to visit the area do to a family member illness and staying at the hospital across the street. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good. Staff was super helpful. The staff person who checked me out was very kind. When I left I was still out of sorts. The next day when I was home I realized I had left my Apple tablet and a very expensive LV purse. I called the hotel and spoke to the same lady staff member that checked me out. She did remember me. I told her what happened and 30 minutes later. She called me back with the great news that she had my items. I was so excited. She held on to my items until a family member was able to get there. I’m so very grateful for her and the staff. I don’t know her name. But thank you. I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in that area again.

My wife and I stayed there from April 4th until April 6th. because we were in town on a business trip. We checked out at around 5:45 AM on April 6th. When I got home in New York I received a text from my credit card company saying the hotel charged me an extra $11. I called them up to ask what the $11 was for, the front desk guy told me it was for a damaged towel and a missing towel. I paid 423 dollars for 2 nights stay and you think I can't afford to buy a freaking towel. This the first time a hotel charges its guess for a dirty towel. Do no stay at this hotel. Breakfast was lousy and then they look for excuses to steal your money

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious! The workers at breakfast in the morning were always standing nearby ready to help or refill what was needed. Room was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay for an extra day.

Staff and amenities are awesome and very clean. Jacob at the front desk remembered me from my previous stays and is always a pleasure.

Made a mistake booking this property and no help was given to change reservation. Took my $ and I never checked in. My only recourse was to email the manager.

Overall, my family and I had a great stay. One night we experienced excessive noise from the room next-door. I unfortunately had to call and complain after a couple of attempts to have them lower the noise because they kept waking up my baby. The front desk took care of it, and it was very quiet after that.

We travel with out service dig and called in advanced to know if it was ok and the said YES. When we arrived at the property the didn’t let us checked in and even asked what kind if service dog was. We have to find a last minute hotel and pay a lot!!! Will never recomend this hotel

I was called at twelve thirty am on my hotel room phone by a male caller who did not identify himself. He demanded to know my name. I hung up the phone thinking it was a scam. The phone rang when I answered, again he did not identify himself and demanded to know my name or he would be forced to call the authorities to escort me off the property. I hung up again with the plan to call the front desk. It rang again and this time I did not answer but hung up and immediately called the front desk. The same man answered and told me that I need to come down to the lobby immediately or the police would be called and I would be escorted off the property. At this point at least I knew it was the front desk so I went down and he said I was in the wrong room. I showed him my key with the envelope and I was in the room I had been assigned. He then said it was a mix up and he needed to correct it. I brought to his attention that he was very abrupt with his calls at 1230 am and never identified himself and that due to his threats I thought it frightening and a scam. He then told me that I should have seen who was calling based on the caller ID. He did keep me in the same room so I check the phone, there was no caller ID. He took no accountability but instead placed the onus on me. When I spoke with the manager ) the next morning and explained that the staff never identified himself and it startled me, he said I overreacted and that my name was public information.

Quiet, convenient & clean.

The Hotel appears to be fairly new and is very convenient. Personnel is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. anything you could possibly need is available within walking distance.

It was easy access, clean and near to restaurants. Staff was very helpful.

In town for a softball tournament and it was perfect for us. Great location for the tournament and really appreciated the included breakfast.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn in Bartow! It was central to many fun areas to explore. The staff were ready to help however needed. Special shout out to Gary - he had an amazing breakfast prepared every day and was so kind to all of us.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, good value for the money. Great hot breakfast! Lots of parking. Within walking or short drives of many eating locations. Only negative is that it is located on a fairly busy street that can be noisy at night.

This is my new go to hotel whenever me and my family go to Legoland from now on. We have annual passes so we will be visiting this hotel frequently. Staff and customer service is pleasant and welcoming. Free breakfast program is the icing on the cake

We really liked the fact that the hotel was close to downtown where the cycling event started. We were not happy about the fact that as cyclists in town specifically for a cycling event that takes place yearly that we could not bring our bikes into the hotel and into our room. I understand that there was an"incident" and therefore now they have a no bike, skateboard or rollerskate policy. Our bikes are several thousand dollar bikes and for us to have to leave them in our vehicle when there is more than ine bike was a huge inconvenience. This is the 1st hotel i have stayed in during my 16 yrs of cycling where we were told no bikes allowed. Nice hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast and close to start line for cycling event but will not be staying here again due to the no bike policy.

Well-appointed room with LOTS of power and USB ports, easily accessible TV, nice bathroom, very clean. My only issues were (a) on the second day of my stay a piece of metal (I think it was a bracket from the fire sprinkler head) fell off the bathroom ceiling for no readily apparent reason. No big deal but I could've cut my foot if I'd been in the shower when that happened) and (b) no hot breakfast due to hotel's oven being broken, which was frustrating as I'd heard good things about the breakfast, but not that big a deal as there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Large size room with king bed. Excellent breakfast with hot options including pancakes, eggs and bacon or turkey sausage.
