We were the only guests during Mud Season. No restaurants open on the mountain. I lowered the raing only because our heat would not turn off and the hotel does not offer air conditioning. Awesome hot tub. It has a couple of jets that need adjustment.

parking was great, the ease of access to the lifts was even better than i imagined! beautiful views from my room and very close to shops and restaurants!

The front office staff was efficient, but definitely not warm and friendly. No warm greetings and no smiles. I spent a career in Customer Service and I think they need more work. The hotel advertised a heated pool. There was nothing heated about that pool.

Tub did not drain. Basic TV. Staff was awesome-from check in, parking help, offer to let us use pool area to make up for lack of shower. Convenient location.
