Best gym of any hotel I’ve ever been in. Room had some nice touches like stainless steel cups and a big sink

Properly has been remodeled which made it inviting. Parking is limited but free. The bar and restaurant area were popular!

Great place to stay in winter park on a budget. Right in town- walking distance to everything and mountain nearby. Room was clean and had everything needed (besides a microwave- I thought I read there was one). Nothing fancy, as mentioned, this is a basic, motel style place. Bed was comfy, setup was good for hanging ski gear, etc. no closets or suitcase stands- very basic but worked for a quick ski trip. My one complaint is that the jets on both hotubs were not working (so they were just like hot baths). Also- not related to the hotel itself but to its restaurant, the coffee is AWFUL and a rip off. I figured I’d try it instead of going to McDonald’s across the street and it was a waste of money. I was particularly annoyed because I asked if they took cash and the server said yes and after I paid she said “we don’t have coins so just round up.” So I basically got charged 40 cents extra for an awful coffee without being told first. And it’s not even like it was a tip since they had no change. I would have used card if I knew that I was trying to help them by using Cash for a small purchase. Bottom line: good budget stay, DONT buy the coffee, and see if your room actually has a microwave before buying anything you may need to microwave.

Very cute hotel in a great location. Plenty of places to walk to for food and drinks. Cozy lobby. Nice workout area and hot tub. Room was big and beds comfortable. Was not a problem for us but no elevator.

Great location near the winter park base but could use some updates and TLC. Hot tubs were both broken, the bed side tables were worn and cracked, and the bed was worn in beyond my liking.

Great property in the heart of downtown. Very comfortable beds and lots of nice touches in the room. The gym is a training facility and the nicest gym I have used at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. I love the small town vibe and the people and atmosphere were great. I’m disappointed their kitchen is under reno and it wasn’t noted on their site, so no food. Also the hot tubs are broken. Also not noted. Great place but I would have stayed elsewhere had I known that.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with great amenities. AWESOME workout room, with outdoor hot tubs with mountain views. Highly recommended

Check in process was seamless but no employees on staff, room was a 5/10 cleanliness the mattress was horrible bent by the head board area where your pillows would fall into the divot, the shower has a brown stain which looked to be leaking from the ceiling, the dressers were falling apart the hot tub jets didn’t turn on

Gravity House Winter Park is a hip and conveniently located hotel right on Hwy 40 in Winter Park a short drive from the lifts. My one complaint is that the parking absolutely sucks and they allow the bar patrons to parking their lot. I asked the management where I could park and they said I could park on the street as long as it wasn't snowing. Wrong answer, rude and disrespectful response.

the property it self was great! very convenient to local shops and bars. the room on the other hand was borderline nasty, the sheets had many holes throughout, the shower liner had what looked like pink mold all over it, the shower drain was gross, the sink was gross, and the flooring was a little dirty.

We had two rooms booked for two nights. When we arrived the first night we noticed both rooms had stained sheets and dirty floors, one room was quite a bit dirtier than the other. We decided to stay in the cleaner of the two and talk to management in the morning. The next day Emily told us she would refund us for the one room we didn’t use the first night and sent a cleaning crew out to clean both rooms and provide fresh linens. Overall our stay was nice. We only were here to basically sleep. I’m picky when it comes to hotels so I was disappointed but the staff were great and did what they needed to remedy the issue.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a used mouthpick on floor by shower, comforter and at least 2 pillows had holes in them. No soap in shower and body wash was actually just conditioner and did not clean. No thermostat on hvac for room so it was either too cold or too hot as it didn’t seem to regulate well. Weird “kitchen sink” in bathroom instead of a bathroom fixture and not a single closet in the room. Good location and the staff was friendly but didn’t seem to surprised or too concerned about no soap, used personal hygene products on the floor or the holes in the pillow cases and comforter. Overall, for the money not worth it and I would not return.

My hotel was full of dirty items and sheets, multiple stained floor towels as well as shower towels. I had to go to the service attendants multiple times to get new things.

Check in was smooth, room was super clean and the bedding was wonderful.

I spilled something on the floor, and I used a wet wash cloth to clean up my spill. The wash cloth was filthy.

Property was not in great shape, but main thing we had a concern with was the cleanliness of the floors in the room. Our socks were black from walking on the floors for less than an hour. Staff was amazing, location was amazing but cleanliness was terrible. Disgustingly terrible. Even after we were told they would send the cleaning crew back in it made no difference 🙁

The hotel has a great lay-out for the room. The people were pleasant and helpful that checked us in and out; they just have a lot to handle from hotel check-in/out to running the coffee shop. I like that the hotel has a hard-floor instead of carpet, but it was definitely in need of a good wash. The room wasn’t “dirty”, but it wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be.

Very dirty. Cheese on the floor. Dirt on the floor. Shower was moldy and dirty. Foul odor was covered with perfume scent. Restaurant closed. No breakfast as advertised.

Hard to find at night and no parking when we arrived. Desk clerk had to ask one of her friends in the bar to move their car so we could park. The other option was “park down the street.” Room is very small but bed and shower were comfortable/good.

The room we had was perfect for a family of five. So clever to put bunk beds above the queen beds. We also loved the bar/cafe area. We played games with our kids and enjoyed a light lunch during the day and mom and dad had a cocktail in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Good location and helpful staff. Liked the bar/restaurant/ check in area. Comfy bed, but nightstands were pretty beat up. No closet or dresser for clothing.

A/C incredibly noisy and not very responsive. Very hard to sleep with all the 'on and off' going on. The coffee pods do not work well - either too weak, if you steep for the time suggested, way to cold to drink. Room was clean, employees were welcoming and helpful. We loved the little coffee shop though.

Teens really liked it - hot tubs were great. Room was comfortable --even the bunk beds. Food in the restaurant was good and room was clean.

The place itself is pretty good, with newish rooms and a modern design. Hot tubs and gym are great. No breakfast at this time, even paid. But the main problem was the AC and bedding. The first night it was quite warm in the room, but the AC just wouldn’t turn on. Only the fan, which wasn’t really enough. The only option for bedding was a very warm winter comforter- no separate sheets or lighter blanket. I was hot and uncomfortable through the night. The second night the AC did turn on (it was set the same as the previous night), and I fell asleep easily. But in the middle of the night it turned off, and nothing I could do would turn it back on). I was hot and uncomfortable the rest of the night. On top of this they have a bunch of the exact same pillow (down, or similar), which some people like, but they don’t work for me. Why not have a variety of firmness and thickness to accommodate different people? All in all it’s a nice, simple place, but needs improvement.

Cool place overall and I like their concept. Room was quite small with only one desk chair and little room around the bed. A tile had fallen out at the base of the shower that had been proped up. Wood trim/doors were chipped (it's black) or worn down...needs touching up. Parking late afternoon/evening can be really challenging with people coming to the restaurant. Bed was comfy. Hard to get room temperature down even when setting the thermostat to 60 degrees overnight.

Gravity Haus has an amazing property and staff is fantastic. Centrally located in Winter Park. Comfortable rooms but WiFi very spotty laggy and TV/cable hard to load programs. The attached restaurant/bar/coffee lobby area is an awesome setup. Would stay here again for sure!

Place was beautiful with a great view and everything was super close to it. Restaurants and bus stop within walking distance even in the freezing winter. The hotel lounge bar area was super cute. There was always dogs there which we loved. The food and drinks were delish and the staff was always so nice and helpful. The only thing that we didn’t like was the hotel bed it was way too soft and offered no support so it was hard to get rest. Other than that everything was great.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, they made our stay so enjoyable. We also loved that the property is centrally located with a Lift stop right across the street. This made it super easy to get to the slopes/tubing from Gravity Haus!

The location/property was excellent. The bar/cafe on site was enjoyable. The staff (one in particular), was quite rude as we had requested an early check in. He was very rude, and snarky. The housekeeping staff was amazing!! They were very helpful. So all in all, a good stay with exception of the rudeness we encountered with the one gentleman.

The check-in desk is located inside of their restaurant so staff works both simultaneously. We stood around without being greeted for a while, before I had to walk over to the serving area to get assistance. The room was very basic but provided what we needed for the night. We had a king bed which felt like they added comforters to the end of a queen to make a king bed. We asked for a late check out only to check out early because the bed was so uncomfortable. Jacuzzi was dirty and looked liked they do not maintain it. Only good thing about this hotel was the location because we were in walking distance from our event.

The room, staff and location were all perfect. Enjoying a drink by the fire and playing some games was a nice addition at the end of the evening. A guest found a lost dog and the staff went out of their way to find the owner and were even willing to take it home for the night to keep him safe. Definitely would stay here again.

Decent location. Staff not very helpful. I asked for simple things like which bus went to ski resort and both girls seemed annoyed and didn’t know. That should be common knowledge for them. Wasn’t asking times, simply which colored lines. We’re told nothing of amenities when checking in. Girl was more occupied texting. Wasn’t told there was no room service. Stayed 4 nights. Girls seemed annoyed when asked for more towels. Lots of room for improvement with regard to unhelpful staff.

We loved Gravity Haus! Jack, the bartender, was awesome and took great care of us. We'll definitely stay again. Thank you.

Weird check in and out with coffee shop there. I was waiting to check in and someone else came in and was served first. My request for an early check in was not prioritized. Nobody answered phones, tried 3 times on different days before arrival.

Kids loved the hot tub and the room configurations are great for families. Bus to the ski area is across the street. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and attractive from the street, with rooms to match. Very modern and inviting. Could use a little more signage, it was very unclear where to check in or where to go upon arrival.

Gravity Haus Winter Park was great! Its in a great location, super close to a bunch of food options for dinner as well as Winter Park Resort for skiing! Shuttle to go skiing was only a minute walk away. Hottub area was great as well as the bar and coffee shop. I didn't realize the setup was semi like a outside motel but it worked! Room was cozy and really warm. All the necessities were there for a ski trip.

Fun lobby for hanging out. Great cocktails and excellent coffee. Great outdoor patio for hanging out and right in the heart of downtown Winter Park.

Only hotel in CO that I’ve stayed at that has a humidifier! Location is great- walking distance to many places. Our dog loved his pup towel 🐾

Love Gravity Haus! Everything about this property is delightful. The staff is friendly, the amenities are on point (bar/coffee/restaurant, gym, hot tubs, large shower), it's walkable to food and drinks, and it's right outside Winter Park Mountain/Resort.

Cute property, we didn’t realize it was a motel. The check in, dining space, and lobby were all one area. There were 2 hot tubs and neither of them worked during our stay, which was disappointing because they looked really nice in the photos. The kitchen also was not open during our visit. Drinks from the bar were great.

Liked - location in town, hot tubs, tacos were very good, adult beverages were excellent, room had everything one needed for a couple of days of skiing AND the personnel Wednesday evening fun and professional.

yes it was cheaper than other place - why? perhaps due to 1 wifi was terrible 2 PAY breakfast was NO available as seen in description 3 upstairs for handicapped IS NOT FUN 4 i hate mini bars 5 noisy bar in lobby - 6 no lit SIGNS identifying place 7 parking crowded
