My biggest issue is VALUE. When weekend rooms start at $300+, guests should be rewarded for ALL the money they spend not just gambling. Hotel rooms, food and drinks should somehow connect to the rewards program. If they’re separate entities, figure it out behind the scenes that shouldn’t be the guest’s problem. At this price point, the little things matter too. Our shower had hand soap instead of body wash. Is that a huge deal? No but $300+ a night isn’t a small price either. Premium prices should come with a premium experience. That said, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and casino are very nice, and every staff member we encountered was great. We took food from the Soda Shoppe back to our room and it was very good. Queen Beans had good coffee and a delicious apple pecan muffin. Overall, it’s a nice property with great people. Tighten up the amenities and find a way to reward guests for ALL the money they spend on property, and you’d have something that feels much more worth the price.

What a great casino and hotel! Had dinner at the Rockwood and it was excellent. All of the employees we encountered whether at the casino or the restaurants or check in were super nice and helpful. Loved the pool. Can’t wait to come back!
