Terre Haute Casino Resort - Adults Only

The rooms were nice and the corner suites were amazing! However, I do not like the $10 daily resort fee. You dont get preferred parking, so you park with everyone else and it's packed, so we were stuck way out everyday. The wifi is not secured, so we asked why the charge? We were told so we can have access to the gym and pool. The pool is not open and those things are included with EVERY HOTEL!!!

This has become a 1/2 way stop of us on a drive south and we love it. It is a luxury hotel with a casino. It has spacious, clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The enjoyed time at the outdoor pool this trip. We would highly recommend!

The only thing missing is a spa then it would be perfect

The condition, comfort and staff at this new property were excellent, as usual. However, calling this property a "resort" is quite a stretch! Despite having 6-7 dining options, only one (the soda shop) is open on M-T-W for dinner. No hot tub, no indoor pool, no spa, no shops. Apparently the "resort fee" covers free wifi and an average fitness center.

Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. From the moment you enter the property everything was very clean from great landscaping down to everything inside. Love the marble throughout. My husband and I went on our honeymoon. Did not get to enjoy the pool but I did put my feet in and it was heated.

Great hotel. Not happy with paying resort fee. Pool wasn't open,only 2 bars were open. Advertised 5. Roof top bar only opened one day. We stayed for 2. Would probably stay again once everything opens up. Staff super nice and friendly.

This is a gorgeous new hotel with a smoke-free casino!!! The rooftop restaurant/bar, pool, lobby, etc are beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and modern.

This is the nicest hotel in Terre Haute. It is about 15 min to downtown/ISU campus. The rooms are spacious and new. The housekeeping was hit or miss. The gym has only cardio equipment, no weights, etc. A lot of people go to the Casino. I would stay here again.

Plenty of lifts. - Rooms were massive and comfortable, shower room good size and modern. - Lovely pool. - Front staff really friendly and welcoming. - Good food options in hotel to suit all budgets. - Casino itself has good facilities if you're into gambling. - Plenty of parking (free) and seemed very secure. Also you go through airport-style security to get into gambling hall. Cons: - Not much else nearby. - No free breakfast.

We stayed one night at this property and it met every expectation we had. The room was spotless and smelled clean. Check in and out were seamless. We will stay at this hotel every time we are near that area.

This is a brand new hotel that looks great on the surface, but has multiple issues in the finishes. The front desk staff was friendly, but not particularly helpful when we had an issue with our room. I called the front desk, and took photos of the damages and trash left behind from previous occupants, but the front desk staff seem to have no idea how to respond.

Very nice and clean!

Our room smelled like smoke. One of the staff said someone was burning wood in the area. Another staff said it was the washer/dryer room. We were moved to another room that smelled the same but less so. Finally to another room that was ok but was a handicap room. We finally were able to settle in at 12:30 am. But the staff were prompt and helpful in the process.

Hotel/casino is very nice looking. I like that the king room had 2 chairs. TV was a pain, if it was aim just the right way it wouldn't work. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding is not hypoallergenic. Food at Rockwood was good, drinks not so much. Overall, I would stay again because the price was good, but I will bring my own pillow and get food before going to the hotel.

Room was nice. Shower leaked and had no hot water in the 7th floor. Overall nice place but being less than a year old, should be better.

We had an issue with our bed and they responded promptly. Really nice staff and a very comfortable room.

New hotel so everything was clean and fresh. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have expected them to be. Room had loud fan that ran all night. Pros, it drowned out any hallway noise. Con, hard to adjust because it was so loud.

The property is new, nice and clean. Rooms are large. Heating/AC unit is insanely loud. Sounds like a jet engine is taking off every time it runs.

We were confused as to why our room wasnt ready when we arrived. There was no comfortable space in which to wait: we were there for a medical appointment rather than to gamble and the hour-long wait to get in a room was annoying. The hotel and room were spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

The place had a nice casino playing area. Check in was okay customer service not so much safety and communication not so much. Gor done playing slots the. Went to bed around 1am was sleeping awesome! 3-3:30 alarm went off in room loud noise lights it was as if the room won the grand tried to gwt some more rest. Nope got up after 6am grabbed a coffee and headed down to go outside before that spoke to the desk about what happened he explained a tornado warning i said ok and the room we was in was a disability room. And thats why we had lights flashing loud alarm and was supposed to get a phone call and or kbock or buzzer. No knock no buzzer push no phone call just interrupted sleep. No apologies no im so sorry just thats the way it is sir. I said seriously tbis place is ridiculous so the same story few hours later when checked out tbos all happening today march 15th 2025. Customer service? No fucin way no casino front desk cared about our situation its like oh well sorry about your like! Seriously for real nobody's fault but mine? Btw it wqs me and my wife so she can witness this Terre haute casino off highway 70 casino play good. Customer service resort stau i said resort stay customer service that cares about you the customer and there needs ??? No way read this it ais for real never in my hotel staus has this ever happened....

Great Hotel! The room was clean, beautiful, & new. The staff was friendly, accommodating & helpful. Best place in Terre Haute for sure.

From the front desk checkin thru the moment we left was a positive experience. Everyone we came in contact with was so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Rockwood Bar & Grill. The food was delicious and our waitress treated us like friends. The room was very large, clean, and super cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We will definitely be back. We couldn’t believe how nice everything was for the price we would have paid for a lower end motel. One of the best (if not the best) hotels we have ever stayed in…and we have traveled a ton!

trying to register was a complete disaster! They said we could check in and then told us to wait another hour. An hour later we were told to wait a little longer! We finally got a room. But we will not come back!

Hotel was nice and new. It is middle of nowhere and there isn’t much else to do. There are no shops. The coffee was not good and way overpriced. The room was spacious and the free water and fridge was nice. We liked the rooftop bar, but were disappointed that the outdoor area was closed and the service was just ok.

One of the nicest places in Terre Haute and convenient to the interstate. Also, the casino provides various forms of entertainment.

Everything was excellent. We will be back soon. Our son goes to ISU and it was a fun place to stay.

The casino is isolated from the nearby restaurants and businesses but is fine for an overnight stay and gambling.

It's expensive for anywhere, let alone Terre Haute, but the room was huge, very comfortable and well appointed. I was attending a high school reunion and grateful not to have to risk drinking and driving.

We booked a room knowing we'd only be in town for the evening. We were looking for something to do before attending a friends retirement ceremony in Indianapolis the following morning. To begin with, the parking available on a Thursday evening was fantastic and safe! The grounds were very clean and well cared for. The lobby is spacious and there were 3 front desk clerks available to complete check-in for guests, so no wait time. The only "bad" thing I noticed during check-in was the gentleman who assisted us had long-ish nails, which isn't a problem. I was grossed out by the fact that he had dirt under all of his long-ish nails. We were quickly checked in and were very pleased with the room and accommodations. Surprisingly, we were placed next to a room of folks who were obviously not getting up early the next day, as they partied well into the night. We returned to our room around 11:30PM after a few hours of gambling to listen to the neighbors for a couple of hours. It finally ended with a man and woman screaming obscenities at one another around 1:30-2AM. We both slept well in the comfortable bed, great pillows and linens. My only other item that prevents me from providing 5 stars, was the water pressure. The temperature was fantastic, didn't wait for the HOT water! But, the water pressure was insufficient and disappointing. When shampooing and conditioning long hair, the lack of water pressure prolonged the process.

Not a lot of food options buy they have is nice

No food, except a breakfast joint with limited menu and times open. Both restaurants were closed until Thursday. The penthouse was closed until Wed. No room service.

Beautiful and clean. Very happy with the hotel. Only complaint is the Soda Shoppe- open til 3am, but when we showed up at 1:05am they said they only had a limited menu. This was not listed or posted anywhere, which was frustrating. Otherwise- will definitely return

Wonderful hotel, beautiful. The staff was exceptional from the front desk at check in to the folks coming to clean our room, truly a first class experience. The outdoor pool is gorgeous. The room is gorgeous. The casino is clean. And the staff there were just as exceptional. Truly recommend for a fun trip. Also great food options at the casino restaurant.

Loved everything about the property except the restaurants are all closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Only option to eat was the soda shop! The food was great, but also confused on soda shop name with Coca Cola decor, but only serving Pepsi products.

The room was immaculate. It was spacious and well designed and the bed was very comfortable. We used the pool which is only 21 and over and that was also beautiful and the area well maintained. We stayed on a saturday night so when we went to the rooftop bar for food and drinks the wait was insane but the food and drinks were good and the staff was apologetic and friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Very nice place. They do need to offer room service and serve breakfast in one of the restaurants other than just the coffee shop. Other than that we really enjoyed the resort.
