I was on the third floor. Elevator was inop.

Cons: -Stairs and walkways were filthy (needs a power wash). -Elevator was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. -Bathroom door was broken and couldn't close. Pros: -Parking was good and had security. -Bed was comfortable and clean. -Large units with separate bedroom and refrigerator.

It's four walls and a ceiling, dry, mostly clean, functional. My key card REPEATEDLY didn't work, but they front desk was always cheerful in getting it fixed. The keycards RARELY worked on the car gate.

Water went out in the entire building, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Property washer and drier wasn't working. And unless you have a car its very out of the way. Staff is nice though.

Old food left in fridge, dirty floors. We left after one night despite having the week reserved.

This is a very basic lodging. With comfortable beds, rooms are basic: one soap, no glasses, broken curtains, very used, with an inefficient AC. They just turned on the water after a few days without, in a hot summer. Keys got systematically demanatized. If you have a thick skin, you can try it.

The laundry facilities was not as user friendly as they could be

This is nothing like the photos. There is not a gate around the property, there is no one in the office ever even during their posted hours which ends at 7pm. The office is also closed on Sundays and you have to call to get someone to help. The windows open and there are no screens. You have to take your own trash downstairs, any left over trash is a fee of 20 per bag. There is a sign that they do background checks of guest in the lobby which is odd for a hotel. It was close to where we needed to be, had hot water always, and cheap which is the only reason there are any stars at all. It seems to be sketchy all around but it was a means to the end.

Our expectations were low for the price, but the conditions of the property and the room were pretty bad. We had a room in the gated section (the gate didn't work for exit - I had to get out of my car, walk through the man gate and use my card to get it to open), which seemed to be in better condition that the other portion of the building, but I think the photos speak for themselves. The room was generally clean, but there were what appeared to be shoe marks on the sheets. We weren't comfortable staying the night, and the drop box was broken, so we had to track down the security guard to turn in the keys.

This was a huge disappointment. A room that was not cleaned, a stain in the mattress, totally unsettling.... given a different room but that did not remove the impression of the first one. Over powering smell of cigarette smoke was also difficult to accept. The photos in the description of the room were not even remotely close to the reality. I would appreciate compensation for this!

My room had not been cleaned, smelled of smoke and there were cigarette butts on the floor in the room. There were no other rooms available and I left – they would not give me a refund on my stay.

Avoid this place like the plague... we arrived and the room was dirty with mold, underwear in the bed, and cockroaches. There were sketchy people outside and later that evening gun shots in the parking lot. Staff would not refund the rest of our stay and we tried everything. Paid for 28 nights and only stayed one.

This was a terrible room. We walked in and there were no pillows on the beds, no trash bags in the trash can, and only a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The radiators on the walls were rusty and dirty, there was a puddle in front of the fridge, and the floors needed to be swept. We turned the TV on and there was no signal, because the antenna cable was broken and barely connected to the TV. We called and asked for pillows and for someone to fix the TV, and we were told that someone would come in the morning for the TV. That night, a huge bug ran across my bed, and the next morning there was absolutely NO hot water, and also no plugs for the bathtub! I asked about having someone come spray for bugs, and they didn't have anyone who could do it before Monday (we were there Friday-Sunday). Also, the office is only open from 11am - 7pm, so we had to wait until they opened on Saturday to get toilet paper and hot water! They never fixed the TV because the maintenance man called out. The pictures made it look nice, it was NOT. We would have asked for a refund but we booked through a 3rd party so we couldn't get one.

Mold, dirty, scary people, dog poop in common grass area, looked nothing like the pictures, key cards did not work on gate, dirty towels in room, used bar of soap left,

When we checked in, there were bounty hunters on site looking for someone. This should have been our first clue how bad the place was. Regardless we check in and got to our rooms. The place was super unclean and the condition of the place was very worn down. Found cockroach in the bathroom which was the last draw for us. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough!! Don’t trust the pictures uploaded on orbitz!

This whole property is disgusting from the nasty floors to the stained nasty sheets. They didn’t even give me a cotton instead just a polyester blanket that had what look like cigarette holes and juice stains. Everything was disgusting like you don’t want it’s a total slum

blood trail on the floor, cockroaches running under the couch, holes in the bedding, unsafe within the hotel vicinity

Bloodied mattress. Dirty curtains and walls. Worn paint in bathroom. Front desk addressed all after complaint.

Photos in ad are complete & utter bs. No maintenance of any kind takes place here. Housekeeping is nonexistent & no staff members present on site, to offer assistance of any kind. It’s obvious the toiletries are being recycled & reused, as soaps are half empty. Toilet paper (w/out a holder) was at the end of the roll & most imperative to one’s stay (the bedding) was covered w/ holes ranging from mice bite size, to the size of my palm. 2 of the pillows stained w/ oil trails, reeked of clove & the room itself; of stale cigarettes. This place should be condemned.

Shower did not drain, had big rooms with little furnishings.

I like that the staff is friendly and the area is quiet. Well mostly. I don't like that it takes a week to get your deposit back depending on your bank. Overall a good sized room with a stovetop for a decent price.

The roof leaked in several spots and the bath tub hot water did not turn off leaving the room feeling like a sauna. The air conditioner turned on but no cool air came out.

Room was noisy because it was close to the main road but other than that had no issues

Low price, secure lot, clean bed. Room did not have a clothes rack to hang dress clothes. Some lights did not work. Staff worked to try to address concerns.

Terrible wifi, horrible drainage for the tub sinks are broken overall just a really janky place to stay

I chose this motel on short notice. The low price and location near Red Rock amphitheater was appealing. While the actual stay was uneventful I felt uneasy, even as an adult male. I counted over 4 cars without license plates with many hotel guests loitering in the parking lot. Additionally the room had stains on the walls and sheets. It generally felt unclean. I don’t expect luxury with a cheap motel but the stains and crackers under the sink made me worry for pests. Again, other than the bad vibe from the other guests and the visible dirt, I was actually surprised at the amenities we did have for the price. For about $100 we got 2 queens, a stove, microwave, WiFi, TV and fridge/freezer. The hotel was actually really quiet! The staff were pleasant from the limited interaction I had. I was glad we only stayed an uneventful night and would not have stayed longer. I understand budget friendly motels may save some cash, but it does cost peace of mind.

Management was nice. Sink needed rennovating in my room but property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Thanks!

The room was clean and very spacious. Jasmine goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable and feel welcomed doing your stay. She always greets me with a smile and is always so sweet, yet professional.

The rooms are non smoking but smell like cigarettes. Cleary a place where people live more so than it is a hotel. My neighbors got arrested as I was arriving. TV had no remote. Floors were sticky.

No manager to check me in when I arrived. Courtesy telephone to use to call not working. Manager came, let me in, then left before making sure that I could get into my room. Card didn't work first 15 times I tried it. Left to try to find phone to call manager back. Came back, tried again, still didn't work. Walked around some more to see if the security guard who called for me first time was still available. Was not, but kudos to him and his assistance was the only good thing about the stay. I was ready to give up and just leave, but I decided to try it one more time, and another five or six tries finally got a green and I got in. Tried to check out in the morning during posted hours, no manager, and no way to drop the card off; no slot, box or what have you. Jammed card into door crack, shook the dust off my shoes and left. Room was filthy and had a lot of unrepaired damage, clearly some missing furnishings and of course the lack of a manger to talk to, as well. I could go on, but suffice it to say that I will never be staying at one of your properties again.

I showed up late in the evening around 11:30 p.m. There was no one at the front desk. After 10 minutes or so and after I called, someone showed up at the desk. But they would not let me in! This happened three times over 20 minutes. Finally, he let me in. He had a terribel attitude. I will never stay there again.

This property went to weekly checkin only two months ago. No one call the people who had reservation and told them it was canceled. A group ahead of us was from Germany and had to go hunt them another place to stay. I stood their until the person at the desk found me another Hometown Suite to stay in. Should have found my own place. The one in Thorton was just as bad. No ice machine, no ice trays in the fridge. Internet did not work. All kinds of loud noise all night long. Will never stay in a Hometown Suites again.

The best customer service starts here. Always graded with warm smile and treated like your family. I’ll return again and again and recommend everybody. I know who goes out of town that needs a hotel..

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and did not want to be helpful at check in. She stated i had no reservation and when i went to show her my Expedia confirmation sshe said, “that does nothing for me”. (I dont quite remember her name, older lady) She goes on to say sometimes they over bool and they were completely full with no rooms available for the night. After several minutes of her staring at the computer she finds my reservation completes my check in and she tosses my ID back to me. During our stay in the middle of the night security bangs on our door then proceeds to open the door yelling, “hey you are supposed to be in there”. Door had the lock up top so it prevented him from completing coming in and further startling us some more. My husband gets up to open the door and explains to him we have a paid reservation in this ro and shows him our email confirmation. The security guy apologizes and explains he was given a list of vacancies he needed to make sure were actually vacant. So not only was error in their part for having our room on the list but the lady at the desk also lied when she told us there were no rooms available and they were completely full. I would never recommend this place! La Quinta is much nicer and you even save some bucks. This place is horrible not worth the bargain. Its old, falling apart, and there was graffiti in the bathroom. Not to mention the drug use happening right outside in the parking lot. Terrible place and experience.

When I got there a sign on the door said closed and returning in the morning. I called the after hours number several times with no answer. The message said that a voicemail is not set up. I had no choice except to find another hotel. Where do I get a refund?

Lobby closes at 7, would not have known that unless you called ahead, if you booked on a 3rd party site, it's not stated at all during purchase. after 7, you cannot check in. Once checked in, we got a room at the very end of the hall, and it was horrific. I mean truly horrific. Its 51 a night granted but this room was in a state of disrepair and is only good for prostitution or if your disparate not to sleep in your car. The lock other than the door lock (The backup safety lock) was broken. There where stains everywhere, rotting ice cream I would assume in the freezer, a broken socket, a very dirty sink with its cover plate removed. The photos below may not be the case in every room but Christ, Hotel.com had much more palatable photos to share. and for a non-smoking room it reeked of Tabacco, like 1950's newspaper writing room Tabacco smell. Though I booked through Hotel.com, when I called to get a refund on the night, it was completely out of their hands and had now been moved to the property's responsibility which okay cool but when I call the property, I get transferred to Reroof something or another and they also don't have a say on the booking and can't do anything. The front desk phone only directs back to Red Roof. We didn't stay any nights. we left the keys in the room and went to another hotel. Front desk service was alright.

The staff here is amazing. You don’t ever feel unwelcome or not like a VIP. They go above and beyond to make your stay awesome!!

This should even be on Expedia. Nasty bugs dirty air conditioner didn’t work. The best part you can only check in from 3pm to 7 pm. And they are usually gone by 6:30. DO NOT book this place. People actually live there.

We felt very unsafe when arriving at this property. This was in a very run down neighborhood with transients sitting everywhere. The place was gated like a prison & we were directed to make sure we close the gates when we return at night. The entrances to the rooms were outside and the place was very run down. We did not stay & lost our first night's payment.

The property felt unsafe from the very beginning. By the time we walked up the dirty stairs to the room past unsavory characters, the room itself was moderately acceptable until we looked for the wifi codes and did not find them. We tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. We then read the points on the key holder; four of them. Make sure you lock the door and three others all basically saying crime is a problem in this area. We walked back to the car, which was filled with stuff we were moving, and drove to the Holiday Inn for the night next to the I70. So for us, it was a complete waste, but at least we felt safe.

We arrived at 2PM to check in and was abruptly told that they could not even look us up on the computer until 3PM. We sat in the parking lot for a few minutes to decide how to kill an hour in a part of town that looked run down and questionable. A few minutes is all it took. We noticed a young man dressed all in black with a back pack coming from the row of rooms. As soon as he saw us he pulled up his hoodie (90 degrees outside) over his face and scurried away. Not more than a minute later we saw a young woman wearing short shorts and a revealing top stroll our way from the room area. Not certain but suspect she was working the area. Overall a very poor setting to spend the night was our conclusion. We decided to leave and stay in a different area and hotel. Non-refundable booking so we lost the funds for one night. Probably a small price to pay for what may have happened to us.

You get what you pay for. Trash all over the place and there was an arrest within my first 30 minutes there.

Staff who checked us is was extremely nice and welcoming. Not the cleanest bathroom, beds were a bit squeaky, other guests were loud, but for the price the hotel did the job and was the most affordable option to red rocks. I would do a quick stay again if I was going to a concert and needed somewhere to sleep.

The property is located right across the street from a gas station and is fairly decent priced

convenient, close to work site, and safe area. exterior and interior upkeep is my only peeve.

After a 14 hour drive, i arrived just aa the front office was closing. The lobby was shabby and the front desk person was clearly ready to leave. I was traveling with my truck full of tools. I drove back to where my room was and saw people sitting on old chairs and a beat up sofa in front of their rooms. Smoking and drinking. They said they live there. This is temporary housing not an motel persay. Beat up vehicles, filthy walk ways. Poor lighting. I did not feel comfortable. I went back to the front office as i did not even go to the room. The lady was leaving and i asked her if they could refund my stay. She said its not refundable and would not refund it either. I booked another hotel and stayed there. This was a mistake.

Beds were comfortable, including the pullout couch. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. They accommodated us whenever we needed something that wasn't in our room.

Very friendly staff. Room thermostat and lighting confusing and not easy to use. Had problem with toilet that took 24 hours to resolve. Comfortable room. Nice and quiet. Great breakfast
