Remise des clés autonome car c’est une machine qui vous donne votre clé de chambre, je vous conseille de prendre le parking en plus si vous êtes véhiculé, il n’y a pas de parking aux alentours pour se garer. Nous avions une chambre pour 4 personnes et il manquait un lit de fait à notre arrivée.

Muy bonitos apartamentos limpios, modernos, nuevos La zona tranquila, a 100 metros hay un Aldi para hacer grocery shopping La atención de Ram muy buena. No están cerca del centro de Madrid, pero con vehículo es fácil trasladarse y tiene un estacionamiento muy amplio y seguro MUY RECOMENDABLE

The Oliver was super convenient for us - it was clean and our digital check in process was smooth and staff was very friendly in assisting us with any enquiries. Elevator services are also available. We found our room very clean and comfortable. The location was very quiet. Laundry services are onsite and uses a very convenient mobile app. Breakfast is available for a separate cost. There is also a bar for socializing. We didn't drive but the parking is available. ALDI was a 5min walk and other restaurants and shops were approx a 10min walk. It is close to the indoor shopping mall - El Corte Ingles was a 5 min Uber drive and each floor had EVERYTHING from Cosmetics to TV's, something for everyone, and when you are tired of shopping - take the escalator to the restaurant on the top floor for some delicious food.

Es la segunda vez que estoy en estos apartamentos y la verdad, que volveré a repetir. Es un apartamento cómodo, accesible y económico para un grupo. Disponen de su propio aparcamiento y está muy bien ubicado, a 10 min en coche del centro de Madrid y cuenta con un supermercado al lado

Facilities and room was perfect although the staff were absolutely useless and non existent. Make sure you have your mail with entry code and parking code pre trip otherwise you will be literally stuck outside without and help whatsoever. Very disappointing staff throughout my weeks stay.

has everything you need and the quality fittings are a bonus. Feedback is honored very quickly and result is present right away. Has parking, which eliminates the location restriction if you have a car. Very close to station otherwise and Aldi shop. For me, I use taxies so location was not an issue.

Dessverre utrolig langt fra sentrum og andre ting. Vi hadde ikke bil og det var neste ikke fortau noen steder for forgjengere i nærheten. Bor du her, er du 100% avhengig av bil. Det var heler ingen renhold for opphold under 1 uke. Det er dårlig! Kjøkkenet var heller ikke utstyrt slik an en kan lage mat. Ellers dyrt med parkering på stedet. De tar 15 euro pr døgn. Natten vi kom der, var ikke sovesofaen klar for oss selv om vi hadde spesifisert at vi skulle ha sovesofa i tillegg til seng. Vi kommer ikke tilbake!

Hôtel correct, propre, mais sans aucun personnel. Le lit d’appoint n’était pas prêt. Quand on appelle la hotline, on s’étonne que notre interlocuteur ne parle aucune langue étrangère. On nous dit que quelqu’un va venir ou qu’on peut le faire nous-même… personne n’est venu.

Everything is brand new, which is really nice. The check-in process was very smooth, and there's someone there to help you. The rooms are spacious, which was a plus. The only downside is that they are quite far from the city, and there are very few dining options nearby. You do have an Aldi down the street to go to, but overall, options are limited. I would rate this place an 8/10.

Apartamentos muy nuevos, se nota que hace poco que han abierto, por el olor a madera. La unica pega es que encuentro que los colchones son algo duros. Por lo demas todo bien.Parada de tren de cercanias a unos 10 minutos caminando para llegar hasta Atocha, Recoletos o el aeropuerto.

The Oliver Aravaca is a newer building, very clean and fresh. The units have fully equipped kitchens which is perfect if you want to make your own meals. There is a grocery 1 block away with many good options. The hotel is cemtrally located and access to other shopping and restaurants is good. Most of all, the staff is fantastic and very kind and accomodating. Nicholas is a very good Manager and helped us very well! The Oliver Ownership should be very happy with his performance!

The room was comfortable but check in was via machine, the property has no bar or restaurant and there is nothing in the immediate area. If you have a car and are looking for self catering accomodation this would be a great job. If not then it will likely disappoint.

Estuvimos 3 noches y no hicieron las camas ni añadieron toallas, por lo demas bien, nos cambiaron de habitación el primer dia porque el aire no funcionaba, tuvimos un problema con una tarjeta de entrada a la habitación y el chico del whatsapp nos lo solucionó. Añadir que el primer dia de entrada el chico que nos ayudó en hacer el chek fue de lo mas soso y poco empático, parecía que no tenia ganas de trabajar y además ni saludaba lo vual para trabajar de cara al publico pues siempre se agradece alho de empatia y educacion o como minimo una sonrisa

Apartment was nicely decorated and clean. Mixup by the Oliver sent us the wrong access instructions, quickly fixed. Close to a Lidl. Great place to stay, would return.

Une nuit a Madrid et j'ai trouvé la pépite rare chez olivier . Franchement le top ,c'était un appartement carrément avec cuisine et tout . Du neuf ,la literie les matelas tout . Je recommande vivement ,on y retournera . Le personnel de l'accueil tres gentils .

Hôtel correct, propre, mais sans aucun personnel. Le lit d’appoint n’était pas prêt. Quand on appelle la hotline, on s’étonne que notre interlocuteur ne parle aucune langue étrangère. On nous dit que quelqu’un va venir ou qu’on peut le faire nous-même… personne n’est venu.

Everything is brand new, which is really nice. The check-in process was very smooth, and there's someone there to help you. The rooms are spacious, which was a plus. The only downside is that they are quite far from the city, and there are very few dining options nearby. You do have an Aldi down the street to go to, but overall, options are limited. The Oliver was super convenient for us - it was clean and our digital check in process was smooth and staff was very friendly in assisting us with any enquiries. Elevator services are also available. We found our room very clean and comfortable. The location was very quiet. Laundry services are onsite and uses a very convenient mobile app. Breakfast is available for a separate cost. There is also a bar for socializing. We didn't drive but the parking is available. ALDI was a 5min walk and other restaurants and shops were approx a 10min walk. It is close to the indoor shopping mall - El Corte Ingles was a 5 min Uber drive and each floor had EVERYTHING from Cosmetics to TV's, something for everyone, and when you are tired of shopping - take the escalator to the restaurant on the top floor for some delicious food.

Apartamentos muy nuevos, se nota que hace poco que han abierto, por el olor a madera. La unica pega es que encuentro que los colchones son algo duros. Por lo demas todo bien.Parada de tren de cercanias a unos 10 minutos caminando para llegar hasta Atocha, Recoletos o el aeropuerto.

Has parking, which eliminates the location restriction if you have a car. Very close to station otherwise and Aldi shop. For me, I use taxies so location was not an issue.

Dessverre utrolig langt fra sentrum og andre ting. Vi hadde ikke bil og det var neste ikke fortau noen steder for forgjengere i nærheten. Bor du her, er du 100% avhengig av bil. Det var heler ingen renhold for opphold under 1 uke. Det er dårlig! Kjøkkenet var heller ikke utstyrt slik an en kan lage mat. Ellers dyrt med parkering på stedet. De tar 15 euro pr døgn. Natten vi kom der, var ikke sovesofaen klar for oss selv om vi hadde spesifisert at vi skulle ha sovesofa i tillegg til seng. Vi kommer ikke tilbake!

Everything is brand new, which is really nice. The check-in process was very smooth, and there's someone there to help you. The rooms are spacious, which was a plus. The Oliver Aravaca is a newer building, very clean and fresh. The units have fully equipped kitchens which is perfect if you want to make your own meals. There is a grocery 1 block away with many good options. The hotel is cemtrally located and access to other shopping and restaurants is good. Most of all, the staff is fantastic and very kind and accomodating. Nicholas is a very good Manager and helped us very well! The Oliver Ownership should be very happy with his performance!

The room was comfortable but check in was via machine, the property has no bar or restaurant and there is nothing in the immediate area. If you have a car and are looking for self catering accomodation this would be a great job. If not then it will likely disappoint.
