great place. Friendly staff. Nice room and it was clean. Happy they had a pool and hot tub. The only complaint I have is that the hot tube and pool was very dirty. The rest of the hotel seems clean. I generally recommend the place.

Hotel seemed clean but we got bit by fleas as soon as we walked in room 309. Didn’t realize this was a pet friendly place. You should designate one floor for pets and if it fills up that’s it, say you are booked up! staff gave us a nice discount but we won’t be back.

Close to freeway. Night check-in person and the morning check-out person were excellent. Had a bit of ant problem in the room but otherwise was clean and convenient. Their food wasn't as good as that of Sherman Oaks Marriott, but so many dining options within the same plaza or within 5-min walking distance, it didn't matter. It was also nice taking bath in the bath tub, which I didn't know that I missed.

Beautiful, but small Courtyard property. The courtyard is mostly the pool and a few tables around it. We were told our room had a pool view by the front desk, but in reality, the roof blocked our view of the pool. This was very disappointing.

On my check in, I’m a Bonvoy member, they couldn’t find my number and stated that when I checked out, they would find it, so unprofessional. Got to my room, toilet wasn’t working, I had to rush out for a wedding, hot water worked for only a few minutes, I’ll never stay there again, doesn’t meet the standards of the company.

Housekeeping was an issue. After the first night my room was not attended to until after 3:30pm. My next day I decided to take a morning nap 2 hours before check out. I got a knock on my door at 10am from housekeeping. “Sorry, wrong room.” I know I should have put the do not disturb sign out. The parking was terrible during the early evening and night. Probably people parking for the restaurants nearby. Not the most welcoming looking place.

Over-all the hotel is great. The only downside is the location, which is far from tourist destination. We stayed in the hotel to attend a wedding. The location of the wedding was less than 3 miles. Staff and service were good.

Very clean property. Had an issue with the 1st room assigned and the front desk immediately moved us into another room. Staff was great. A little disappointed that since COVID all of the hotels have discontinued having the lobby courtesy coffee available and only the Bistro "buy" coffee available for travelers. Otherwise, a very good stay (again) at this location.

It was a fast one night'er, but went well. The only thing was The cost to get a cup of coffee. In the past stays, coffee was part of our stay. The coffee in the room was poor, and only one cup, if that. What if you had a coupon for a cup of coffee for me and my wife. If I need more then I could buy it.

I left the room at 11:15 AM and returned after 4:30 PM and the room had NOT been serviced by housekeeping, which was frustrating. As I didn't want to be disturbed by them making up the room after I returned ("Do Not Disturb" sign was NOT out) I had to deal with an unserviced room, even though housekeeping services are part of what I had paid for. Also, was VERY put off being charged for my entire stay BEFORE I even arrived at the hotel. EVERY hotel I have ever stayed at has charged upon checkout --- NOT before arrival. To make matters worse, I was charged an ADDITIONAL $40 upon arrival JUST IN CASE I made any charges during my stay. This is also something I have never experienced at another hotel (and hopefully this fee will be refunded). This whole experience seemed VERY money grubbing, with the implicit message being "We don't trust you to pay, so we're going to get our money up front". EXCEEDINGLY off putting...
