Quality Inn & Suites Silicon Valley

The room was clean and neat and well appointed. The only reason I’m not giving a five star is due to the fact that they allow homeless people to stay the night in the ice machine/snack room. When I was very startled the next morning because I thought he was dead ands not just asleep, I let the front desk know and all they said was oh yeah we’re aware. No real apology or explanation at all, just acknowledgement. I’m a woman traveling alone for business and I did not appreciate having unauthorized people staying in places they shouldn’t be, since they are not guests of the hotel. You also should not be charging for parking either since it’s not in any of the description on the website. Leaving it up to the front desk to tell people about the parking charge is cowardly.

We were very impressed, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We will come back.

It's good for it's value. Cosmetically it needs help. Overall, nice stay.

Helen at the front desk is very professional and makes guests feel welcome

The room smelt when I checked in. I was able to change the room for a second floor room which was much bettter. The bathroom was very cold, not well insulated windows. Overall the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
