Quality Inn Needles

I stay at the Quality Inn in Needles every year, and it never disappoints! The hotel is conveniently located near the Colorado River, making it perfect for anyone looking to enjoy some time by the water. The check-in process is always smooth and hassle-free, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Their pet-friendly rooms are a huge plus for my fur babies, making it easy for me to travel without any worries. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location couldn't be better—close to everything you need. If you're looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Needles, Quality Inn is the way to go!

Old furniture, loud AC. Breakfast was OK. Bath needs renovation. Bed comfortable. Lots of parking space. OK for stay one night.

This hotel was what we need after a long day on our motorcycles. Room was a little small but doable. The hot tub was a welcome site and it and pool were clean. It is not in an area with a lot of restaurants only one we could walk to were McDonald’s and Jack in the Box. There was a full breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

Nothing fancy but it served its purpose of giving us a rest from the road. Staff were nice, we used the gym, pool and hot tub. Breakfast was decent. If I needed a place to sleep in this area, I'd come back.

The staff and privacy was actually my favorite part of the stay. I did not expect to be received so kindly by the Front office staff upon arrival, Then, when I wanted to extend my stay the nect morning, thet were happy & eger to help, they honored Expedia pricing without putting us through the "usual" possible runaround of having us check out at 11am then check in again after 3 pm. I am so happy not to spend many hours in the heat And their pool is lovely. There's not much around, but it's like a little retreat, very private.As well.

Not enough bright lights, security cameras, felt cars can easily be broken into. Nice breakfast choices.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had to switch rooms because the tv didn’t work properly and the tv remotes in each of the rooms did not have batteries. The lighting around the facility was dim and limited. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty. We arrived in the late evening and ultimately had to drive to Arizona for food, because ALL the eateries in town were closed, yes, even McDonalds and Jack in the Box…

We stayed here twice - once as a stopping point in our way to our final destination, and once in the way back. First of all, the building is actually two hotels in one. So weird! When we checked in the staff asked which hotel we were booked at and switched to a different desk and computer. Each side of the building has different colored doors to designate which hotel you are at. Our first check-in I realized I had forgotten my ID at home. The clerk was helpful in making sure we could still get checked in. The second stay we were basically told without my ID we couldn’t be checked in. The staff was rude and not looking to help us. We eventually convinced her that with my husband’s ID and proof of our prior stay that we could check in. We happened to get the same room both times. The room was “cleanish”. The sink was pretty gross and there was hair in the bathroom. The toilet looked like it was not really scrubbed. The first stay there was no lotion in the large bottle attached to the mirror. Four days later there was still no lotion in it. The breakfast wasn’t terrible but there were limited options. There was also a staff member sitting in the corner on her phone the whole time we ate. I don’t know if she was on a break or if she was on duty to monitor the room but it was uncomfortable feeling like we were being watched the whole time. I knew going into this trip that we’d get what we pay for but I would definitely try a different option next time.

All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Literally our only complaint is that we requested the room be refreshed since we were there for two weeks and they said they would come and they never did. A couple of the plug ins did not work but there were still plenty of them that did work in the room

Rooms were quite run down. Stains on carpet, wear and tear. Cleanliness was okay though, aside from an old dirty face cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod when we arrived (maybe used for cleaning and forgot?). Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

This hotel is right off the I40, so it is convenient. Clean room and good bed. It's older so you will hear people walking above you. Nice buffet breakfast, the food was hot and the coffee was strong and hot. I will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The air conditioning wad excellent. So nice and cold. We loved it.

Room was clean but odd color and so loud. I woke up any time another nearby guest walked around their room or went to the bathroom.

Front desk was rude. In room key did not work. Glasss to window cracked. Bad area.

This room was very nice- plenty of outlets to charge our devices and good lighting. The room was cool when we arrived while it was 118 outside. Everything is in working order.

took a long time for checkin because the trainee in charge did not know the procedure. but she woulf not tell us when it can be done, so waited until the real staff arrived

The computer wasn't working so the receptionist had to call an associate to come and he used his I-phone to check us in and provide us with room keys. Intelligent and resourceful young man. Otherwise, hotel is run down and tacky. It's mostly a place for road and construction workers to live while on the job. there was a functioning ice machine though, so we were able to have a cold glass of soda after coming though the desert. That was nice. The coffee was undrinkable.

The property was hard to find. There was no hot water evening or morning. Staff said that “too many people were using it.”. Really? Both at 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM - hard believe.

Was pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room. The area is a little rough but the room was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had a family suite (family of 6) and really liked that the rooms were separated by a closed door (grown up privacy). Also, the rooms all had blackout curtains as well as a blackout screen on the windows (amazing idea since it was over 100 degrees and in direct sun). Our room was cool, dark and relaxing. Check in was slightly confusing as it is 2 hotels in one building but staff was helpful. Good location, near freeway and Mc D’s in the same parking lot. The area was a little sketch but one of our vehicles had jet skis and a lot of our camping equipment in the bed of the truck. I was a little worried about our things getting messed with but was pleased to see our trailer and items untouched the next morning. Breakfast was a great variety (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.) and good quality. Overall, super pleased and will absolutely be back.

I lkke the fact that they are close to the freeway and they alao have a pretty good breakfast.

Property is decent for the area. Needs some updating for sure. Breakfast is also decent but they did run out of a lot of stuff by Sunday morning.
