The toilet was dirty when I entered the room. I had to go and purchase cleaning products because the toilet seat was nasty, and the toilet had fecal matter left in it from the previous guest. The bed was very uncomfortable, the springs in the bed could be felt while sleeping on the bed. Not a place I would recommend staying. I stay in many hotels on my work travels, and this one is not a place I would stay twice.

The smell of the room was terrible. When I first entered the room the smell of bleach was overwhelming. I opened the window the tiny amount available and ran the fan on the HVAC unit to try and dilute the bleach smell. The bleach smell did go away and was replaced by a moldy wet dog dumpster smell. There is a problem with the HVAC condensate drain pan or a sewer vent broken in the wall or sewer trap not properly installed. Would never consider returning due to smell. Which is terrible geven everything else was OK. I really hope management can track down the source of the terrible smells.

Sadly discovered a single live flea in my bed upon trying to turn in for the night. Ick!! Hotel staff gave me a new room, but still was a bummer. Hotel staff were all very nice! But hotel is run down, not clean upon close inspection in places, and in need of updating.

The place is old, you have to ask for shampoo, there’s no conditioner, the breakfast, is a handful of muffins and nutragrain bars set out and when they’re gone you’re screwed. Don’t even ask about the pillows they were terrible and the mattress was old and hard as a rock.

The rooms are very spacious. The room was clean minus behind the entrance door to my room. When I took my dog for a potty break it was well cleaned outside. The staff were very friendly, they had welcomed me when I checked in at the front desk.

Although our room was spacious and well appointed, service was needlessly bad. The promised "grab and go" breakfast did not materialize. The room had no coffee machine and the lobby had coffee only at breakfast time. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The kitchenette was entirely unequipped (no plates, silverware, etc.) The bathroom light was out. At our requests, the front desk fixed the light, supplied some kitchen items, gave us some shampoo, but all this seemed like a hassle.

Rude receptionist who refused to look up my Hotel.com booking. Made me show it to her on my phone instead of using her computer. Told me reservations sometimes don’t go through, and I told her why don’t you look to see if it came through, instead made me show her my reservation on the app and never bothered to look anything up. Corridor smelled like chorizo and room smelled like pot smokers occupied it before me. Such a horrible hotel.

Access to freeway. No one to check me in. I waited 20 minutes at the front desk after calling the number posted and the number listed. I couldn't acccess the internet as the desk clerk didn't know their site. Fan in Bathroom was VERY loud. Room smelled. Breakfast snacks were almost non-existant.

The location of the motel is convenient but the grab and go breakfast was extremely disappointing! They only offer guests small (cheap tasting) muffins, mediocre coffee, below average cocoa, hot cereal packets that are designed for children, granola bars, and absolutely no fruit! I was quite shocked that this particular Extended Stay was so frugal but they are pretty occupied or full on a daily basis which means they are making a lot of money! This is the third time we stayed with this hotel and we will continue to us this hotel every-time we are in Fremont it has great locate to all the places we need to go. As soon as we enter the hotel it has a clean smell and we are greeted immediately. The rooms are very clean and we are happy that it has a microwave, stove and a full size refrigerator. The breakfast is made up of grab and go type but that’s fine with us because we usually bring stuff to make in the room. The staff is always friendly and ask us if we need anything. On our trip before this one our luggage got lost and the airlines delivered it to the hotel they keep it secured until we returned from our errands

I asked for a refund not even an hour in and the front desk said they’d give it to me but I had to call Expedia for that and I called back and said that he was going to give me a refund even though he said he would

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The linens were clean. The only downside to this hotel was the first room they gave us was outdated and appeared to have not been cleaned well. There was a bug on the bathroom door and one on the counter it appeared to be roaches. The staff immediately switched us to a new room on a different floor and this new room appeared to be way more clean and updated no signs of bugs anywhere in this room but I was still cautious. The parking lot was safe and it was a convenient location.
