Kudos to the staff! My wife was going crazy because she couldnt find her purse (we were out by that time); so we called the hotel and asked to look at the bar; then we asked if they could go in to the room and they did,..and found it! major relief. all great

We travel OFTEN and this property was beyond our expectations. The staff was professionally dressed, polished, and polite. Everything you’d expect from a hotel. When in L.A. again, we are booking here. Great job Baldwin Park staff😊💕
