Upon arrival the lady at the front desk finished her lengthy conversation with her co-worker before tending to me. I later found out the hot tub didn’t work and the gym area was closed, the main two amenities the persuaded me to rent a room here. Finally, the vending machine refused to take any form of currency and charged you more, although only $0.10, to use a card. Overall I’m not happy with my stay and will be avoiding this establishment in the future.

Most of the public areas were clean and inviting. The leaking pipe that caused some parking spaces to be blocked was concerning. Also the bucket under the missing ceiling tile on the third floor raised an eyebrow. The complimentary breakfast was good. The pool was lovely.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this place. It’s clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub is not working as that was one of the main reasons I bought the place, however, no other issues.

There are very limited garbage cans on property. None anywhere near lobby and none on floors near elevators. So you pile your food outside your room which draws in the ants. We had a bad ant problem in our bathroom and spoke to other guests with same issue. My guess is the limited options for garbage cans is related. Just add some garbage cans throughout the property.

This is supposed to be a non-smoking property but I could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. The beverage vending machine did not credit cards nor would it accept $5 bills. The refrigerator was placed facing the bed so it could not be fully opened. I had to turn it to face out so I could use it. There was no microwave. The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board. But the blankets were nice and they provided extra when asked. The breakfast buffet was nice and staff was on hand to provide to go boxes, etc. Not sure I would stay again.

The room was extremely HOT and took a long time to cool down. I wasn’t crazy about the odd rest room set-up with the sink outside of the bathroom; this makes for an unexpected loud night of using the restroom during the night or early morning.

I remember staying at this hotel and felt amazed. But this stay was a little different…the Wi-Fi was very weak (low and froze up) and for such a large hotel there is only one (1) elevator. Really? The best part was a nice shower pressure and a comfy bed 😴

The tub faucet was in dire need of a new gasket- it wasn’t just dripping; it was a constant trickle. Tried my best to shut it tight. Housekeeping tried as well with no success. I hope they call a plumber. Freeway noise is tolerable if you’re not a light sleeper. The 10 freeway is across the street!

OK I'm recapping my first review. Stayed there because my brother in law was passing away. The first night with one bed was good. The second night in room 122 was horrible! The Window was cracked open so the room was freezing. That was OK just closed it and locked it. Turned on the heater and it didn't work very well. Still cold at 78 degrees! The bathtub dripped all night and the shower had was loose. So i closed the door because we were so tired stressed and feeling sad. So i didn't complain went to sleep and went to take shower in the morning after breakfast which i have to admit was excellent. But then no shower curtain! Tried to call the front desk and no dial tone. That was it the last straw. I went to the front desk and complained and got very upset but the woman didn't even send anyone with a shower curtain. So we had to shower with no curtain. We received a hundred back but that was it. I know we slept there but come on an open shower! Ridiculous! If you stay there be sure and avoid room 122.

Everything about the hotel was great, especially the kind, patient older gentleman with an accent. He helped me tremendously because…my reservation had somehow been cancelled!! I didn’t cancel & I got confirmation email from Expedia so I don’t have any idea how that happened. I was exhausted & upset but the gentleman found a room, charged same Expedia price & even upgraded the room! If not for him, the trip would have been a disaster! Very nice hotel & can’t say enough abt the gentleman! Idk, Expedia…how did my reservation get canceled?

I appreciate the attempts at eco friendliness. Overall, the room was clean and orderly. Check in was not pleasant. The customer ahead of me complained of ants in his room. It is my view that the hotel employee dismissed his viewpoint ("it\'s only ants"). As I followed that customer I told the clerk that I did not want a room with ants and did not want a room next to the previous customer. He again dismissed the concern with the "only ants" response and rudely advised me to not stay (leave) if I was that concerned. He realized what he had done because other customers were around and went back to polite. He did give me a decent room.

Clean and safe, but the walls and floor were thin. The floors and bed would shake when the neighbors would move around, and you could hear conversations from people in the hallway. Our room was also facing the freeway, it was pretty loud. Bring earplugs.

The breakfast was very good. Seemed the scrambled eggs were "real" and not powdered. They were fluffy and hot. Very good. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but if you like that you should be good. The pillows were square so not very large but comfortable. We were given a room on the 4th floor and it was terribly hot. They quickly gave us a room that was cool & comfortable. We are not used to the HOT weather. 😁

I booked and paid for four of the eight rooms our family needed for a 5-day trip to include a funeral. The heat was terrible and air conditioners not working properly. Ice machines broken down . Breakfast was wonderful; staff very courteous. Rooms clean and maids do a lovely job. Big issue was pool gate and danger for young children; the back gate from pool opens from pool without key (normal) . But its a short sprint to a very very busy street. We were vigilant and caught our toddler before she made it to the street.. its a very short distance and kids can be very fast. But fencing should be installed in this short stretch. This would also hinder the neighborhood folks from invading the pool in the evenings and monopolizing all the chairs. Thank you for your consderation.
