Excellent! Will definitely be going back! I was able to extend my stay by two days and worked from there. Internet signal was great. The on-site manager was friendly and approachable. The roof top terrace was the perfect place for morning coffee and the small but well equipped fitness center was an unexpected bonus! The hotel is right on a walking path which is great for a little stroll during the day and I loved the way Culvert falls was integrated into the landscaping!

Overall great experience. Easy to find, on a biking/walking trail. Good communication re self check-in, appreciated assigned parking spot, clean, quiet, room well appointed. Bed a bit high, hard to get in and out of as I am 5’2”. Would benefit having room darkening blinds on patio doors, as light came in by 6am. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

Internet seemed slow. GPS did not work in the parking lot on my motorcycle. Had to drive elsewhere for it to work. Other than that the place was fabulous! Appeared new & was exceptionally clean. A Kurig coffee/tea maker was appreciated. They supplied 6 pods & cream & sweeteners. The fridge was huge for our needs. Having Netflix was a bonus. The whole check-in process was new to us elderly folks but it was seamless. A lady I assume was the manager/cleaning was extremely helpful & polite in giving extra support to make sure we knew how things worked. Was an absolute pleasure to stay there. I like the designated parking spot to guarantee a place to park. Highly recommended. R & B

Very clean, new, property! Great location - walking distance to downtown and university. Bus stop right out front with bus going by frequently. Parking spot included. Kitchen is well equipped. Room was cleaned every day. Private balcony was nice. Rooftop terrace is beautiful! Fitness room an added bonus. Beds and pillows comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again!

This was a nice spot to secure just outside of the main streets of Fredericton, a short 5-10 minute drive into any part of town. Comes with a designated parking space so you don’t have to worry about that. We had to amend our stay last minute and the customer service line was very understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Great location and easy parking. Room was updated and cosy with enough kitchen items. The windows did a great job blocking out the road noise. The key check-in/out system was amazing. Cons: There was a vent separate from the AC/heat unit that was really loud in the room and continuously blowing. Wish there was someone to answer the phone on the weekends bc I forgot my key in the room when I checked out and couldn't get back in or get ahold of anyone so had to leave a message. Other: I only stayed for 2 nights, but I was given at least 4 nights worth of hotel soaps, etc, so their eco-friendly rating lost some points.

Extremely new, well equipped and comfortable studio with all of the amenities for a short or long-term stay. Free parking and good communication with the virtual front desk. I felt like I wanted to just move in it was so nice!

Absolutely spotless and all new. Having laundry, electric fireplace, and dishwasher were a bonus. Too bad there was no dishwasher soap. The bed was so comfortable. Definitely felt five star. Great Wi-Fi.

Everything was excellent. Very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The only thing was the position of the television, it was difficult to watch from the bed. Thanks for everything!!!

Spotless and comfortable. Bedrooms are very small (one had no window, which was strange), but beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchenette had good appliances and there were 2 of each utensil and dinner ware. No spare toilet paper though! Check in and out was very straightforward.

It was quite loud. You can hear people walking around above you (until at least 2am for me). Couch wasn’t comfortable at all and didn’t love that the bathroom and bedroom beside it had doors with opaque glass so when someone gets up in the night to use the bathroom, it lights up that bedroom. But easy check in process, everything worked.

Beau en photo, mais c’est très mal insonorisé au niveau des planchers. On entend tout le monde marcher partout. On sent l’odeur des bouffes des autres unités qui se mélangent et restent stagnantes dans les appartements. Bonne chance si vous devez communiquer avec le service client.

The area was nice and the place had a full kitchen. There was no tv in the unit, which was unfortunate when it was stormy outside. It was a quiet area and very convenient as long as you have a vehicle. The check in was hectic as the codes to get keys didn’t work because they had messed up our reservation. It was cleared up with a quick phone call, which was good.

It was 10pm, and the automatic system would not give me the key. Their telephone hours are only up to 6pm. So you don't have much choice. The system was super slow, you key something, and it took 2 or 3 seconds to acknowledge. I kept trying, and after 6 or so attempts, finally gave me the key. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I drove past the property 3 times looking for it. There is no sign. I finally stopped at the seedy looking apartment building that seemed to be at the address (no numbers are on the building either). By then I missed the real person who checks you in (they leave at 6:00. It was 6:15) and the front door was locked. There were several people in front smoking and it appeared to be an apartment building not a hotel as there were things hanging off the balconies. I called the customer service number and left a message. I then booked a stay in another hotel just before customer service called me back. They text me the instructions for getting in the building that I apparently hadn’t seen. I asked for a refund and they referred me back to Expedia. I didn’t call Expedia as my booking was clearly indicated as not refundable. Lesson learned. Money lost.

Great ‘virtual’ ck-in / ck-out ..easy/ intuitive to use. Contact / communication with helpful manager of building - quick/efficient = and thank you Gabby for taking extra time to help me with carrying items to room. All amenities in suite = everything u need / all modern/ up-to-date. Well maintained / super clean!!! I loved this place. I’m a short “older” female / 82 with recent back injury - and thought I’d have trouble getting in/out of very high bed …but using bedside table as a ‘step-up’ …although precarious .. managed. Great ‘virtual’ ck-in / ck-out ..easy/ intuitive to use. Contact / communication with helpful manager of building - quick/efficient = and thank you Gabby for taking extra time to help me with carrying items to room. All amenities in suite = everything u need / all modern/ up-to-date. Well maintained / super clean!!! I loved this place. I’m a short “older” female / 82 with recent back injury - and thought I’d have trouble getting in/out of very high bed …but using bedside table as a ‘step-up’ …although precarious .. managed. This was a nice spot to secure just outside of the main streets of Fredericton, a short 5-10 minute drive into any part of town. Comes with a designated parking space so you don’t have to worry about that. We had to amend our stay last minute and the customer service line was very understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Great location and easy parking. Room was updated and cosy with enough kitchen items. The windows did a great job blocking out the road noise. The key check-in/out system was amazing. Cons: There was a vent separate from the AC/heat unit that was really loud in the room and continuously blowing. Wish there was someone to answer the phone on the weekends bc I forgot my key in the room when I checked out and couldn't get back in or get ahold of anyone so had to leave a message. Other: I only stayed for 2 nights, but I was given at least 4 nights worth of hotel soaps, etc, so their eco-friendly rating lost some points.

Extremely new, well equipped and comfortable studio with all of the amenities for a short or long-term stay. Free parking and good communication with the virtual front desk. I felt like I wanted to just move in it was so nice!

We rented a room standard, with kitchenette, and balcony. Albeit small, the roomm had all required amenities, including a dinner table, full kitchen - with recent kitchenware (a cutting board should be added). Good size balcony, overlooking a road but a lot of green foliage from trees make it nice to look at. Bed was comfortable. Quiet place. 30 minute walk from city center, but at a much cheaper price then those located in center. free outside parking on site.

Overall great experience. Easy to find, on a biking/walking trail. Good communication re self check-in, appreciated assigned parking spot, clean, quiet, room well appointed. Bed a bit high, hard to get in and out of as I am 5’2”. Would benefit having room darkening blinds on patio doors, as light came in by 6am. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

I stayed 6 nights in this place. Thw building seems new. I don't have any issue for check in. Just whenever you check out, you have to use another fob to scan. The area is quite. Driving to downtown is about 5 minutes. It is convenient to almost everywhere.

There is virtual check in that made trouble for me cause, they are pick up the phone until 6 pm that I was in the flight. Actually, I found out that they sent the code for check in by message to Hotels.com inbox but, usually we don’t check every often. They should have set up a better communication way.
