Wifi on the seventh floor is terrible. They should fill the rooms on the non train side first before giving out rooms on the noisy train side. The piano bar was closed on Saturday night due to staffing, so no food was available on premises that day.

Het hotel is mooi en het ontbijt was uitstekend. Jammer dat de kamer niet gepoetst was en dat de faciliteiten (zwembad, sauna) gesloten waren.

The pool on top floor with sauna was very nice. The room was also very nice with a nice bathroom and big comfortable beds. Very quiet. The bad thing is that there is only one bar serving very limited choices of food. All other resturants are far away, not within walking distance. We took a taxi 5km to downtown and a very nice Libanese resturant.

Det var et fint hotel for en enkelt overnatning. Vi skulle videre sydpå. Aircon virkede desværre ikke, hvilket var utilfredsstillende. De sagde, at der var tekniske problemer med det. Morgenmaden var ganske fin faktisk. Personalet smilede ikke meget. Deres pool område var fint. Men desværre virkede saunaen heller ikke. Der findes heller ikke spa-behandlinger mere på hotellet, selvom det står i deres beskrivelse.

Quick overnight stay while driving south… booked late, just one hour before arrival. Hotel is a typical business hotel, a bit worn. The floor in the room was incorrectly laid and had raised in all joints which looked and felt weird. The beds were excellent and the window could be opened for a very good nights sleep. The parking was ridicously expensive at 18 Euro with no other options availlable in the vicinity. Breakfast was very nice.

첫날 기차역 앞 룸을 배정받았지만 다른방으로 바꿔달라고 요청하니까 신속히 처리 해 주었고 청소는 깨끗하지 않게 했어요. TV 밑, 소파 테이블 먼지등 아쉬었습니다 3박 294유로 인데 첫날 보증금 150 유로 카드로 결제, 그외 룸은 넓었습니다.

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, zudem war es nicht vollständig vorbereitet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wirkte das Personal überfordert. Es gab nur eine Kaffeemaschine, die aufgrund mangelhafter Instandhaltung nicht richtig funktionierte – daher bildete sich eine lange Schlange am Kaffeeautomaten.

wir haben vom 07.12.24 bis 08.12.2024 das o.a. Hotel über Expedia gebucht. Heute Nachmittag haben wir aufgrund Ihrer Email online eingecheckt und gezahlt. Leider hat uns ein sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gesagt, dass wir erneut ein Check in Formular ausfüllen müssten, da der Check in nicht funktioniert hätte. Wir haben um Bademäntel gebeten, da wir den Wellnessbereich nutzen wollten. Der Pool war leider gesperrt. Der Mitarbeiter wies uns zurecht, dass wir die Bademäntel nicht einpacken sollten. Ich bin Direktorin in einer Bank und stehle keine Bademäntel.... Wir schrieben an das Hotel, der nachfolgende, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter entschuldigte sich. Eine der beiden Zimmerkarteb funktionierte nicht, wir mussten also nochmals zur Rezeption. Als wir schlafen gehen wollten, bemerkten wir, dass es nur für eine Person Handtücher gab und nur eine Bettdecke quer auf dem Bett lag.. Dafür befanden sich auf dem Bett befanden sich etliche schwarze Haare, die nicht von uns stammten, da wir beide blond sind...

Zimmer und Wellness Bereich sind sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Nur das WLAN war extrem schlecht und total unwürdig für ein BW Plus Plaza Hotel mit so vielen Seminar-Räume. Ich war auf der 4. Etage und konnte nicht am Laptop arbeiten. Sehr frustrierend und enttäuschend… Dabei hatte ich so viel zu tun.

Good hotel, excellent location but when you feel the bed vibrating because of a heavy goods train passing next to the hotel it not fantastic. Perhaps some people have no problem but it woke me up two times during the night. I assume rooms on the other side of the hotel do not have the problem.

Freundlicher Service beim Check-in, aber es hat 20 min (incl Warten) gedauert und das obwohl wir schon online den Meldeschein ausgefüllt hatten. Check-out ging dann schnell. Zimmer großzügig, sehr dunkel (alles in schwarz gehalten). Im Bad gab es keine Lüftung (oder sie ging nicht an), daher sehr feucht/Spiegel beschlagen nach Duschen. Aufgrund der Baustellensituation schlecht zu erreichen, dafür gab es aber im Vorfeld genaue Anfahrts- Beschreibung vom Hotel per Mail. Tiefgarage ausreichend groß, kostet 18 Euro die Nacht. Frühstück/Restaruant nicht genutzt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut weil es direkt am Bahnhof ist und somit auch direkt an viele Linien die in der Stadt führen. Das Zimmer ist gross und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Was mich zu eine neutrale Bewertung zwingt war die Tatsache dass die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Als ich ankam war das zimmer sehr kalt (geschäzte 15 Grad, auf jeden Fall viel kälter als der Gang) und sie ist nicht wärmer geworden durch die nacht obwohl ich sie auf 25C gestellt habe. Da dass ich nur für eine Nacht da war hat es keinen Sinn gehabt nach eine Reparatur zu fragen. Die andere Sache die mich nicht gefallen hat ist das die Garage sehr teuer ist - 18 Euro für einen Tag finde ich etwas übertrieben.

Zimmer sind sehr schön. Sehr schlechte Organisation der Bedienungen in Kaffeepausen, Restaurant und Bar. In der Bar z.b. muss man extrem lange warten bis man eine Bestellung aufgegeben kann und macht überpünktlich zu. Schlechte Organisation, wenn man eine Nacht verlängert und es getrennte Buchungen sind. Nicht mal die Zimmerreinigung wurde tagsüber durchgeführt.

The room faces the railroad, so it wasn't quiet. However, it wasn't shared in advance. The check-in was not friendly, and we were checked in only after signing the BW hotel membership. No hot oatmeal, as is customary around the world, was served for breakfast.

After repeating my request I was directed to a machine to make my own coffee. When checking out I asked the lady at the frontdesk to make note of the broken waterboiler... she nodded and that's it... she didn't write down or make a note of it. Questionable service all over.

Sehr enttäuschend, von einer bekannten Hotelkette so eine Erfahrung zu machen. Beim Check-in wurden 50 € auf meiner Kreditkarte geblockt. An der Rezeption bekamen wir zwei Bademäntel mit der Information, dass diese beim Check-out abgegeben werden müssen, andernfalls würden 20 € pro Bademantel abgebucht – was für uns in Ordnung war. Der Pool war Ende Oktober leider nicht beheizt, man musste also im kalten Wasser schwimmen, was nicht besonders angenehm war. Beim Check-out gaben wir die Bademäntel ordnungsgemäß zurück, und die Mitarbeiterin bestätigte, dass alles in Ordnung sei. Zwei Tage später wurden trotzdem 41,46 € von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Auf Nachfrage hieß es plötzlich, wir hätten die Bademäntel nicht abgegeben – obwohl dies beim Check-out bestätigt wurde. Nach Klärung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass nur der Restbetrag von 1,46 € als Bettensteuer abgebucht wurde. Ich hatte diese Steuer jedoch bereits beim Check-in bar bezahlt. Das müsste auch auf den Überwachungskameras zu sehen sein. Der Mitarbeiter weigerte sich trotzdem, dies anzuerkennen, da es angeblich im System nicht vermerkt sei – also müsse ich erneut bezahlen. Interesting that I have only just seem that I might have been able to use the airport shuttle bus rather than spend £65 getting from the airport to the hotel. Nice hotel but if you stay there make sure that you avoid a room at the back of the building. High speed trains rattle through every hour of the night. If you are a light sleeper you might be disturbed.

Good hotel, excellent location but when you feel the bed vibrating because of a heavy goods train passing next to the hotel it not fantastic. Perhaps some people have no problem but it woke me up two times during the night. I assume rooms on the other side of the hotel do not have the problem.

The pool on top floor with sauna was very nice. The room was also very nice with a nice bathroom and big comfortable beds. Very quiet. The bad thing is that there is only one bar serving very limited choices of food. All other resturants are far away, not within walking distance. We took a taxi 5km to downtown and a very nice Libanese resturant.

Wifi on the seventh floor is terrible. They should fill the rooms on the non train side first before giving out rooms on the noisy train side. The piano bar was closed on Saturday night due to staffing, so no food was available on premises that day.

For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen.
