I ran a conference and stayed for two days and nights. Staff excellent, professional and helpful. Excellent location to run events and training. Although I was happy with my stay in the past, certain areas of the hotel have been upgraded and further improved. Me and my delegates loved the food.

Easy acces to/from the highways. Nice secure parking with the option of charging for EV. Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Excellent facilities like fitness room and great breackfast. Excellent Thai restaurant 5min walk from the hotel.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße (kostenlos) oder kostenpflichtig im Hof. Nur beim Frühstück hätte ich mir Schälchen für die Marmelade und frischeres Rühei gewünscht (war etwas trocken), allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Die Ausstattung war gut, das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer könnte sauberer sein. Super das man direkt vor dem Hotel parken kann. Der Parkplatz hat 10€ gekostet.

Überaus freundlicher Empfang. Kein Schrank im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist eindeutig eher für Kongresse bzw. kurze Aufenthalte gedacht. Da ich über Expedia gebucht habe musste ich für das Parken bezahlen. Nächstes Mal werde ich direkt buchen!

My prime reason for being at Greet was to run a two-day event for a client. Greet is an ideal place to run training events especially when you want space for team work. I would describe it more as a campus, very conducive to learning. The location is relaxed, staff are friendly and they accommodate for your every need. I am looking forward to returning in Sept. I left Greet return to the UK where I was to run a two-day virtual training event from my London base. When arriving at the airport I found that BA had cancelled my flight last minute and left be stranded in Frankfurt. I emailed the director of sales out of hours, who I had been introduced to during my stay. I am not a decision maker when booking locations and the director knew this. I wanted return to Greet but had a few questions about how I could run my remote event and whether they could accommodate a late checkout etc. Even though it was outside normal working hours I got an instant reply offering to support me. In short, Greet Hotel and their amazing staff supported me every step of the way. Without going into too much detail, nothing was too much trouble. Where I thought I was a pain, they took everything in their stride. I would really like to thank the hard-working and customer focused team at Greet and especially Oya Hahn, director of sales. Now home I have not stopped talking about how badly BA treated me and how amazingly great, Greet is. Perhaps they should change their name to 'GREAT' Hotel.

Check in war OK, Freundlichkeit des Empfangs eher unterkühlt. Zimmer spartanisch eingerichtet. Sehr hellhörig, also nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf. Ein Eimer Farbe würde den Wänden gut tun. Bett war bequem Zahnpastareste des Vormieters an den Fliesen hätte man entfernen können. Seife wäre auch schön gewesen. Die Klimaanlage macht Krach wie ein startender Flieger. Auf dem einzigen Hocker im Zimmer wurde man seekrank, vernünftig sitzen und arbeiten unmöglich. Die Rechnung sollte per email kommen, sowohl beim Check in als auch beim Check out angemerkt, muss ich wohl noch ein drittes Mal anfordern.

Newish hotel interior. Slightly wonky throughout, such as the stylish but always so user friendly furnishings (like the chair in the room designed not to balance). Staff not so knowledgable regarding neighbourhood. All in all, passable hotel for a one night stay. Clean.

The checkin was quick and the room itself, although basic, was very clean and immaculate. Although the room lacked AC, the windows did open so it did let in the cool morning air. The breakfast was good, as the eggs were cooked hot each morning. The bacon was somewhat underdone, but still okay.

Knapp 1,5 km vom Darmstädter Bahnhof entfernt liegt dieses Hotel in ruhiger Lage - das Zimmer war sauber, dass Bett sehr bequem. In der Dusche sind Duschgel und Shampoo vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut - es gab u. a. Cappuccino, Rührei und Croissants sowie drei verschiedene Säfte. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen 😊

Hotellet hade ett bra läge, men rummet saknade AC och var extremt varmt, frukosten slutade serveras tidigt så vi vart tyvärr utan. De kunde kanske informerat tydligare om sina avvikande serveringstider.

Gute Zimmer und Bäder, großartiges Frühstück (wenn man den Preis sieht) mit Bretzeln, Croissants, Porridge, Obst, Kaffeespezialitäten Vor dem Hotel sind leider die ankommenden Gäste auffallend laut gewesen (z.B. Karaoke bei offener Autotür und aufgedrehter Anlage, aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts dazu, sicherlich dem jungen Publikum geschuldet). Dadurch schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster und Klima, die war aber super.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Alles war in Ordnung. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht. 2 Klimageräte, es war sehr Heiß an diesem Tag. 2 Fernseher. Leider gibt es keine Kühlschränke in den Zimmern.

Es war super.. am Wochenende erstens ein tolles Angebot gehabt und dann der nette Mensch an der Rezeption.. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich komme nächstes Jahr zur Messe wieder.

Bei der Ankunft sagte man mir, das kein Zimmer über Expedia für mich gebucht wurde und das man auch nicht gerne mit Expedia zusammenarbeiten möchte. Erst am nächsten Tag, nach viermaligem Nachfragen wurde meine Buchung bestätigt.

Hohe Wartezeit an der Rezeption. Für den Parkplatz wurden für eine Nacht 10 Euro extra angerechnet. Das Hotel ist in einen sauberen und sehr guten Zustand.

Good modern hotel. Excellent breakfast. Nice room. Miraculously the WiFi worked fine with Android, but not at all with Windows. The toilet flush system was nicely designed, but practically flawed and needed a hand reset frequently (lift the panel carefully). Mo-Fr bus line K stops in front of the hotel, but Sa and Su it is a 15-20 minute walk from the Hbf.

Easy acces to/from the highways. Nice secure parking with the option of charging for EV. Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Excellent facilities like fitness room and great breackfast. Excellent Thai restaurant 5min walk from the hotel.

Knapp 1,5 km vom Darmstädter Bahnhof entfernt liegt dieses Hotel in ruhiger Lage - das Zimmer war sauber, dass Bett sehr bequem. In der Dusche sind Duschgel und Shampoo vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut - es gab u. a. Cappuccino, Rührei und Croissants sowie drei verschiedene Säfte. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen 😊

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße (kostenlos) oder kostenpflichtig im Hof. Nur beim Frühstück hätte ich mir Schälchen für die Marmelade und frischeres Rühei gewünscht (war etwas trocken), allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau.

The checkin was quick and the room itself, although basic, was very clean and immaculate. Although the room lacked AC, the windows did open so it did let in the cool morning air. The breakfast was good, as the eggs were cooked hot each morning. The bacon was somewhat underdone, but still okay.

Alles was goed qua prijs / kwaliteit. Vriendelijk voor mensen met honden. Ook bij ontbijt konden onze honden onder de tafel, wij laten ze niet meelopen bij buffet e.d. Honden kunnen uitgelaten worden rond het hotel en in het bos vlakbij. Personeel erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ontbijt heel erg gevarieerd en goed.

Angesichts des sehr günstigen Zimmerpreises hatte ich keine besonderen Erwartungen an dieses Hotel. Ich dachte für eine Nacht wird es schon reichen. Dann war ich aber sehr angenehm überrascht. Dort gab es alles was man braucht und das Frühstücksbuffet hat mich dann wirklich überzeugt. Wenn ich wieder nach Darmstadt komme, gerne wieder im Greet Hotel. P.S. Das am 27.09. morgens das warme Wasser ausgefallen war, möchte ich hier nicht unerwähnt lassen, dafür kann aber keiner etwas und deswegen hat es meine Bewertung nicht beeinflusst...

Good size room with parking outside. It should have been easy to access from motorway but due to roadworks in the area there was a complicated detour when we visited. Easy to walk into town centre. Good value for money and good chouce for breakfast.
